We had 12 of us in total staying at the house and there was plenty of room! The entire downstairs is technically its own apartment with its own fridge, kitchen and everything you need. We skied one day at Killington and it was really easy to get to and Pico was even easier the next day. You really can't be closer unless you are literally ski on/off. LJ was always quick to respond to messages as well and was very nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
Great house for three families to stay at together. Just beware, whoever stays in the loft, there is no bathroom up there. Otherwise great location and setup!
10 of us stayed comfortably at the house, we had both the upstairs unit and downstairs unit. We enjoyed the backyard, fire pit and deck areas. The foosball was a big hit too! Location was great and communication with the owner was great too. We had linens included but did have to put the sheets on the beds, which was no issue. We did run out of grill propane on our stay and were reimbursed the replacement cost promptly. Really enjoyed the house and would come back again.
LJ and Tauni were excellent hosts. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and very helpful and kind. The pre-check-in information was extremely thorough. The house was clean, large, and well-stocked (particularly the kitchen, linens, and games). Our family ranged in ages from 2 to 50 with varying skiing experience so it was wonderful being so close to Pico for most of us and not far from Killington for the more experienced skiers who wanted more terrain options. One thing that I may have missed in the original listing is that the 6 bed 3 bathroom layout is divided into 2 units (a 4 bed 2 bath unit upstairs and a 2 bed 1 bath unit downstairs) that connect inside the vestibule of the house and there is a separate private residence there as well. All units had separate coded door locks and it was not an issue for us (in fact we never saw or heard the other residents and despite our group arriving very late on the first night, they didn't complain about the noise as we unloaded our cars), but this could be slightly better advertised. We would certainly not hesitate to stay again as the house location, comfort, and hosts were top notch!
The property had two separate entrances for the upstairs and downstairs units, but we mostly spent time in the spacious living room while home. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit area, which we used one night. Peaceful location and drivable to hikes, Rt100, etc. We were a big family group visiting to go hiking and look at foliage, and this place worked great.
The set up of this house was great for the 2 families. We each had some private space and the upstairs living area was a great place for hanging out. We really enjoyed our stay here - and the owners were very quick with responding to any questions and even made sure that the driveway was sanded and salted while we were there when we had freezing rain and sleet on Christmas Day.
Lots of room in the house and a great space to hangout outside. Location is perfect to be out in nature and have the opportunity to head into town. We had an excellent stay, would highly recommend!

Friendly owners; reasonably priced property
I brought a group of 7 here plus myself for MLK weekend and it was a wonderful property that fulfilled our needs perfectly. I thought it would be somewhat crowded but it was surprisingly spacious and accommodating. Everything was neatly organized when we arrived; the owners went through the trouble of labeling most things for easy access. Inside the property it was very well-kept and clean with everything in working order. The condo was conveniently located halfway between Killington ski resort and Rutland (you could see Pico mountain from the property). I briefly met the owner LJ as we were checking out who was friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay 5/5
