Quale posto migliore per rilassarsi e godersi una meritata pausa!

"Paradise Point" è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia, in un amico o in coppia. Al "punto" godrete delle viste panoramiche sia del fiume Shallotte che dei bellissimi corsi d'acqua intercoastal. Paradise Point ha un bel molo da pescare, uscire o semplicemente guardare le barche che passano. Abbiamo installato una piscina nel 2017 e siamo lieti di avere la possibilità di riscaldare la piscina a partire da marzo 2019! Paradise Point ha anche un molo galleggiante perfetto per riporre la tua barca, fare un giro in kayak o per divertirti mentre giochi nell'acqua. Trascorri la giornata sdraiati sull'amaca e una sera nella vasca idromassaggio o intorno al pozzo del fuoco! Si trova a breve distanza in auto da Ocean Isle Beach o Holden Beach. Al punto sarai vicino alla spiaggia, ma in una vacanza privata e serena. Il Paradise Point dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni al piano inferiore. Al piano superiore troverete 2 camere da letto e un bagno più una zona letto a castello e soppalco con TV, comodi posti a sedere e Wii. Wi-Fi gratuito in tutta la casa. Al livello principale c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi piatti, utensili e bicchieri. 4 persone possono sedersi sull'isola e c'è un tavolo con due foglie per sedersi fino a 10 persone. La camera familiare ha sedie reclinabili e una TV da 55 "montata sul camino. Ma la parte più strabiliante della casa è uscire sul ponte di grandi dimensioni. Il ponte ha una zona pranzo, un firepit propano con sedie capitani e una veranda protetta. Sotto il portico abbiamo recentemente aggiunto un sottocoperta con vasca idromassaggio, tiki bar, griglia a carbone, tv e zona salotto. Ancora più recentemente, abbiamo aggiunto un tavolo da ping pong !! A pochi passi c'è un favoloso ristorante, The Inlet View Bar and Grill. I bambini possono trascorrere ore interminabili giocando in piscina, alla ricerca di conchiglie o granchi eremiti, catturando i granchi di pietra nella trappola del granchio o giocando nella zona di sabbia vicino all'acqua. Paradise Point è un'ottima posizione con tante cose da fare per bambini e adulti di tutte le età!

Great Spot

Hostess was very timely when asked questions and had concerns. Property and house was very clean. We enjoyed all the amenities there was to offer. We caught crabs off the dock and ate dinner. The sea shells were awesome. Overall we would definitely book again. I would give more stars if I could!!

Family Wedding

The stay was great! Even though it was cold, the place was great. The kids loved the sand beach. Dolphins came by and the kids were amazed. The house was clean, well stacked, beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Summer Getaway

The property was beautiful and had a great view of the inter coastal waterway. Plenty of space for a family with lots of gathering spots inside and out. Our host Gretchen was always available to answer a question and was a joy to work with. We will definitely be going back!

Something for everyone

Whether you want a heated pool, hot tub, screened in porch to read, dock to fish and or watch ships and dolphins, this property doesn’t disappoint. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Beautiful

Nice organized clean kitchen to cook and eat in, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, lots of space to spread out. Swimming, sunbathing, book reading in screened porch, hot tub, fishing, campfire with s'mores, boat watching, beautiful moon view over the water, cozy TV, games, complete with watching lightning in the distance our last night. Close to shopping, many Beaches, sunset at sunset Beach, arcade, bowling and just an amazing view.

Nice! We had a great time the place is so nice! Hot tub, Pool, River my grandkids live close, so they came over to visit and had a ball. I texted with the host and each time she was right on it getting back to me and helping me out. Love the place Love the view and love being NOT in the hustle an bustle of tourist town! short drive to fantastic food (Smoke and Oyster Rock my favorites) pier fishing was good even in December. You will enjoy a nice relaxing place with a lot to do! Roland

Great family vacation

What a wonderful time! The interior of the home is decorated so nice and very comfortable. The property is very convenient to grocery stores. We enjoyed everything from the heated pool, to the pier with the swing and the hot tub. Our host was top notch and very responsive. I would recommend this home for your family get aways.

Unbelievable

This was our 10th year renting beach houses we normally do OBX but in all the years this one was my favorite. The house, location and amenities were top notch. I have fished Brunswick county coastal waters for 20+years and this has one of the best fishing holes around right off the dock. Our family made priceless memories to last a lifetime we will definitely be back!!

Paradise Point is definitely paradise!

We had the best week at Paradise Point. The house has everything you could want in a vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the pier, grilling out and grandkids loved the sandy beach area. Plenty of parking for cars and room for our boat trailer. Gretchen always answered any questions very promptly. We are already booked for next year!

Family Vacation

Paradise Point was absolutely wonderful! Gretchen has thought of everything. The laundry baskets in each room was great but my family loved the blanket baskets! We caught several fish, some very interesting. My grandson even caught three stone crabs! We loved the pool and hot tub. Both so nice after golf. The home is so clean, comfortable and truly has everything you might need. I could have left half of what I brought at home! Thank you, Gretchen, for sharing you home with us.

Fantastic property !!! The host was awesome, and quick to fix our internet. The family loved the pool and dock. The house is a true upscale vacation home. It was furnished very nice and had everything we neede. We will seriously consider booking it again.

A little piece of paradise

We stayed at Paradise Point for our family summer vacation and it truly did not disappoint! It is the perfect place to make lasting memories and there is so much to do! Gretchen was fantastic with communication and we truly feel like this is a place we will visit again and again!

Mother-Daughter trip

Just what we needed, a relaxing long weekend on the water. The house is the perfect coastal cottage, from the comfy beds and sheets to all the decor and touches which make it so special. We loved watching the boats from all the multiple decks, walked to nearby restaurant, enjoyed hot tub and heated pool. Great trip.

My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 22 years. We have 2 children ages 20 and 18, a boy and a girl. We enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends and family, attending Church, and most of all, going to Paradise Point!

This property has been in my husband's family since the 1930's. This house was built by his Aunt and Uncle and we had the opportunity to buy it in the summer of 2015. My husband grew up fishing and playing on this property and waterways and we have been coming here since we started dating. He even proposed to me on the pier of our new house over the 3rd of July, 2002. When we had the opportunity to buy the house, we just could not pass it up. It is a secret spot that is truly paradise!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The Views at Paradise Point are like no others. We frequently see yachts, barges, sailboats and shrimp boats go by. When fishing we have caught various fish, sting rays, eels, flounder, trout, and even an octopus! It is so much fun to leave the crab trap out and see what you get or to put out the minnow trap and use fresh minnow for bait. If you enjoy fishing, this is the place for you. And, if you don't fish, you will have so much fun watching (and may enjoy fishing after this experience). There is a man-made beach beside the water but the actual waterfront is located on an oyster shell bank. While this requires swimmers to wear water shoes, it also allows for entertaining sea shell and crab hunting. We also have a beautiful pool with a fire pit seating area beside it and an underdeck with a hot tub, tiki bar, tv and more! The most relaxing thing about Paradise Point to me is watching the sunset. It is just a breathtaking time of day. We have several different outdoor sitting areas so you can see if from a slightly different spot every day! We love to eat in so there is a fully stocked kitchen and a grill for your use. However, if you choose to eat out, the Inlet View Bar and grill is within walking distance (.1 miles). If you enjoy site seeing, historical areas, or touristy events; Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are 45 minutes away. The beach is an easy 10 minute drive but nothing beats coming back to Paradise Point!
