Questa bella casa 4 camere da letto si trova a Yacht Club, ci sono molte case in affitto a Cape Coral, ma il quartiere Yacht Club è il posto dove stare se si vuole essere vicino alla spiaggia ea pochi locali passi da ristoranti e il centro della vita notturna . Dalla casa si tratta di un giro in barca 7 minuti per aprire l'acqua e un giro in auto 5 minuti per lo Yacht Club Beach.
Zona principale della casa dispone di un open space, con 2 12 ft. Cursori apertura al bellissimo patio con nuova piscina di acqua salata e spa. Cucina rinnovato di recente, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inox, sedili colazione bar, 3 sedili zona pranzo 8, 4 camere da letto tutte con TV a schermo piatto e lettori dvd, posti letto comodamente 8,
Relax in piscina o tentare la fortuna con la pesca dal molo nel cortile sul retro!

Cape Coral

This house is in the perfect location from where you can walk to various bars / restaurants on an evening. It is also very well presented and has excellent facilities, this was our third visit to this property and we cannot fault it.

Weekend Getaway

The property was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were quite nice throughout the house. The 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family as it gave us plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, glasses and pots & pans. We ate out most evenings and there are ample variety of restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the house. The pool was lovely and was used a lot by all. I highly recommend this property for families looking for nice get away in Cape Coral.

Fabulous place to stay!

First off, I need to tell you that I am a bedding SNOB. Every time we stay at a VRBO home, I find something that I really, really like. This time, it was the bedding and towels! Who knew that bamboo sheets would be so soft and comfortable! Ordering some for my home! The towels were thick and luxurious and the bed and pillows in the master were great. I’m going to try to find the Sealy pillows for my husband. The house was clean, very well appointed and in a terrific location. Everything we needed was already in the home or close by. The hot tub/spa heats quickly and is deep. If you’re tall, you’ll have plenty of room. The pool was wonderful, too. Restraints we went to were the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill. We went 3 times! Highly recommend the Texas French Toast!! We also went to the Oyster Bar and Grill. Wonderful fried grouper (3 generous pieces), Cevichi was fabulous and plentiful. I had the fried shrimp with Babg, Bang sauce. Terrific and again, plentiful with only 1/2 a pound. They were large shrimp. Every meal and drink was reasonably priced and very tasty. The fishing wasn’t that great, but we just fished from the dock. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot! They have coconut trees! Loaded with coconuts, so we brought a few of the ripe ones home. Check in and out was easy. We had a great time.

Great Stay

We stayed in this house for 4 nights. It was very clean and we loved the location. Very convenient location for grocery and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and patio. We had perfect weather while we were there. Great place for some much needed relaxation!

Fine stay.

The property was nice, in a decent part of Cape Coral. However, we did run into some issues with pests, hot tub not working properly, but other than that, we had a nice stay. Would consider staying again.

Pretty decent

Very quiet location. Great communication with property manager. Very nice pool area and backyard. Many beach accessories to use for trips to the beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect

This property waa the perfect size for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of storage for food/clothes. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Great weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for us! Accommodated 8 guests perfectly. We were able to dock our boat in the canal and take it into the ocean easily. Owner was delightful to deal with and extremely helpful.

Family vacation

This was a very nice relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. It was nice to be able to step out the back door and into the pool. We even enjoyed a night of fishing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral. Thanks for allowing use to enjoy you home.

We really enjoyed this home. It was clean, well-stocked, and close to all that Fort Myers has to offer. Great communication from host and house manager. We would definitely book again!

Great experience!

Great location. Just a few blocks from downtown Cape Coral. Easy to get to shops, coffee, restaurants (could bike if you want!). Easy access to Ft Myers, Sanibel and Naples. Property Mgr was super helpful and easy to reach. Lost electricity for a couple moments during a storm and unbeknownst to us, this affected the pool mechanics. Pool started to get a little green, so texted the property manager and she had someone out within the hour. Cute house with a great pool/hot tub. The three teen girls I traveled with were happy!

Best vacation spot!!

I have never been to Florida before and I have to say I was extremely pleased with my stay here! The property was so clean and Anita was so friendly when I spoke on the phone with her. Everything was up to date and we had everything we needed and more. The pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach. If I were to recommend a nearby beach it'd have to be at Sanibel Island at the Gulf City Park Beach which is only about 30 minutes away but worth the drive! I 100% recommend this property to anyone and looking forward to the next time I can make my way down to Florida to this beautiful house!

Perfect Little Getaway!

It was PERFECT! There is so much room! The pool was amazing. Even experiencing a tropical storm it was the perfect vacation. Anita was so helpful and it’s in a perfect spot!

Family and Friends Trip

We had the most wonderful time staying here. We had 7 adults in our party and we were able to stay comfortably. The location was great as it was centrally located to most of the area attractions and there was also some great local shopping close by as well. The owner was great and responded to us quickly with any questions. Most of all we enjoyed being in a place were we could spend some great family quality time. We enjoyed dinners on the patio over looking the canal and beautiful pool. And one of our most favorite things was fishing off the deck. They also had coolers and umbrellas in the garage for our beach trips. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this home to anyone. Definitely made some wonderful memories here.

Host was very friendly & responded quickly to any questions we had. House was spacious, plenty of room for two families & kids of various ages. Property was convenient to local stores & short drive to various beach locations. Patio area was great for cooking out & grills were provided. Pool/beach amenities were a added benefit as well. Lounge chairs were comfortable and in good condition. The dock was convenient fir fishing & some equipment was included which was a nice perk. Overall we had 2 main concerns. The cleanliness of the house was fair, but it was obvious that the cleaning crew does not do deep cleaning in between guest. We had to re-clean the kitchen counters to get rid of a sticky residue, we had to wash rugs in one of the bathrooms to get rid of a urine odor. The master suite bathroom cabinets were dirty and had not been cleaned between guest, there was even hair left in the drawers. When sliding a small night stand over to access an outlet there was a ton of dust, debri & cobb Webb’s where the cleaning crew had not properly cleaned. Also several dishes were put away dirty & had to be washed again. The towels, wash clothes & bedding had definitely seen better days, and in some rooms additional blankets were stored on the floor in the bottom of a closet. We ended up buying our own towels & wash clothes to use for the week. New mattress are definitely needed in all rooms but the master as they are worn out and very uncomfortable or sink in in the middle from not being rotated often enough. 2nd concern was the original listing didn’t include any charges for electric use. This was one of the reason we originally chose the house because we didn’t want to have to deal with any “unknown” charges. When the owner stopped by at random the day before we were set to leave she let us know we had used an additional amount of electric and that she would just take it out of our deposit. We packed up this same day and left a day early so no other electric was used during our stay but then I received a note saying we were being charged another additional amt for electric. Additional electric charges on a day that we weren’t even staying at the home?. Definitely confusing & the listing for the property needs to be updated so that potential renters are aware.

Location, Location ... it's the best, the home has that "old Florida feel" although remodeled, it retains its charm, also beautiful view of canal from the living room.
