Parking on any roadside between November 1 and May 1 is prohibited in Washoe County.

We are very accommodating and hospitable hosts, and our guests have always enjoyed their stay with us. Due to an unfortunate recent experience, we want to emphasize that we are PERMITTED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE total, including adults, teens, and children. Our HOA does not permit pets in rental units :(.

Our cabin is managed onsite, and for the security of our guests and home, also by Ring camera devices. Above all, we really love it when our guests have a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing time at the cabin.

Due to health considerations by the owner, HOA rules, and chemical transference to the furniture, there is no smoking permitted on the property (cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and 420). If you use chewing tobacco, please use the most discreet and respectful practices possible (our son-in-law chews, and he's very respectful).

Such a dream!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Vinnie’s cabin over Valentine’s Day weekend. It is in the perfect location and we could not get over how cozy it was. Incredible place to go for a weekend away! Very close to mountains for skiiing/hiking. Would without a doubt return any time of year. Additionally, Vinnie was super attentive and checked in throughout the weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. By far my favorite rental yet!

The perfect host & accommodation.

Communication from the owner was amazing. From soon after booking to before and after arrival, the owner made sure everything was covered. The cabin was very comfortable with so much attention to detail. It was like being in your own home.I will definitely be coming back.

This Is the Place to Be

Lovely, cozy, quiet. Comfortable bed: not too soft, not too firm. Great shower. Nice art on the walls. Very good communication with the owner, Vincent. We had such a good time.

Perfect Incline Getaway

Exceptional house with cabin vibes. Clean and wonderfully appointed. Great very quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed hiking and hidden beach. We didn’t get to see Bernie but maybe next time. Thanks again.

Little gem in the woods

A lovely cozy cabin for two tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Everything one needs during a short getaway was there. It was a perfect base for local hiking. We could really sit back and relax. The owner recommended a local Mexican restaurant which was very good. Best Mexican food we had in a long time. Altogether a perfect stay.

Peaceful and inviting

We had a wonderful, memorable stay in this cabin surrounded by tall pines. Opening the windows provided a cool, crisp breeze even in July! The living room leather sofa and recliner were very comfortable. KIng size bed was comfy too. What I liked best was that it was so quiet! I would definitely return.

Quiet and Cozy

There is so much to say about our stay. First off, the hospitality we experienced from Marla was off the chart. She gave us an extra safety light for our e-bikes and citronella candles to ward off mosquitoes, as well as adjusted our umbrellas to help cool the cabin. She was absolutely fantastic! The cabin is fully equipped…we lacked for nothing. Marla also gave us excellent tips on where to ride too. It’s perfectly located. Even though the cabins are close together, it was quiet and relaxing. We had the best parking spot too. I can’t say enough good about this rental. Thanks for everything.

The owner was friendly and available by text for any questions. The cabin is very cute and cozy. I enjoyed having a kitchen in which to cook breakfast, and the front porch was an amazing spot to sit under the trees for a nice breeze, and listen to the creek rushing past. It's a very short walk into the woods to find the creek and walk along the banks. Just beautiful!

Adorable Cabin - Great Location

Vinnie, Marla, and Matt were excellent hosts during our stay. They were available whenever needed and offered many suggestions and tips of things to do. The cabin was quaint, cozy, and incredibly clean. We enjoyed exploring the area and retiring to the cabin at night. We would rent from Vinnie again!

Very Comfortable, Quiet and Conveniently Located Cabin

This little cabin was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It has a grocery store and restaurants nearby but is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood. We enjoy hiking and found many trailheads within just a few minutes. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best!

At the risk of being scheduled out of my future trips to Incline, I want to say this VRBO by Vinnie and Marla was outstanding in every way. The cabin is extremely cute and cozy. It is very well stocked - kitchen, bathroom. There are nicely situated sitting areas inside and out. Communication before and during my stay was impeccable. Instructions for what to do and when, as well as suggestions for fun are waiting for you in a meticulously prepared booklet. You really can't go wrong with this place. Have fun but leave me some days to enjoy it too.

This cabin was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful, totally surpassed my expectations. I was in town for a wedding and I had the best time enjoying the cabin on my downtime. I just sat on the porch in the living room and read a good book, soaking up the local beauty and peace. If you're looking for a nice cozy little retreat I couldn't recommend this cabin enough!!! I would definitely stay here again. And the grocery store and other town things are a 4 min drive away so easy to pop in for essentials or meals. Great communication and help from the owners as well!

This has been our family retreat for nearly 3 decades ... our home away from home. We LOVE Incline Village (on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe) because it is the quieter, more beach and mountains-oriented side of the lake, with just a short drive to casinos and nightlife.

Why they chose this property

Enjoy the comfy living room with couch, 2 recliners, a Smart TV, and a gas stove. The open floorplan features an adjacent dining area and fully furnished kitchen (just bring your personal care items, beach towels and ski gear, Keurig pods, and groceries)!

Relax (or nap!) on the sofa upstairs in the forward loft (with floor-to-ceiling windows), while reading, gaming, or watching a movie on the Smart TV.

The sunny, first-floor, large master bedroom has a California-King bed (and another Smart TV) - it's an amazing spot to wake up in every day.

The full bath is located just across the hall from the master bedroom, offering a tub/shower combo.

What makes this property unique
