Long Beach Peninsula, Lower Corner Apartment in Belmont Shore, on the Peninsula, just a few steps from the Sand, Bay or Ocean. Apartment is located on Bay side. You can swim, kayak, surf, Sunbathe, Walk, Roller blade, Bike or rent an Electric scooter or Duffy electric boat for a harbor cruise. The best place to relax and have fun in the Sun. Very safe for children. No wind or waves. No need to drive to go to the Beach. Umbrella, Beach towels, and 4 beach chairs are provided.

Apartment will sleep 4 guests. Bedroom has queen size bed, and 2 convertible beds in Living room.

Perfect little staycation spot.

Clean, nice, quiet neighborhood and steps from the beach. We really enjoyed the kayaks that were provided.. This was a perfect little staycation spot for our small family. Host was very responsive and kindly accommodated a last minute request. We'll be back!

Great place to stay

Beautiful place to stay and the use of the paddle boards really added to our enjoyment of the area. It’s my favorite rental in the LB Belmont Shores area, and I’ve stayed in many. It’s my first choice every time. With responsive and lovely hosts, you can’t go wrong. Thanks for the lovely stay!

It was a cute little first floor unit and had a courtyard where other tennants would sit and chat. The location was nice to walk a few minutes to the ocean one way or few minutes to the bay the other way. 4th of July did make parking a challenge ...we had cancelled our rental car due to a very long wait and glad we did. Fireworks were both July 3/4 but seemed to quiet down for the most part after around 11pm. The bed is a full size and the futon couch opens up to a twin one way and cot size another. kitchen had all basics. There is a liquor store with milk snacks and eggs walking distance and a restaurant, Vibes, closeby. We really enjoyed the restaurant! otherwise all stores/restaurants seem to be over a 20min walk away. Uber took around 20minutes so call early!

Great stay

Great location. Updated layout and newish clean furniture. Wifi worked great. TV and cable was a plus. Kitchen had the basics like a coffee machine, plates and cutlery. It was also a short walk to the Vibes cafe. Laundry was available and John was so nice to provide laundry soap and quarters. There was a cute courtyard with citrus trees and chairs to chill in. I found time to use the kayaks. They are kinda big for one person to handle, but with my cousin joining in, we were able to get the kayaks to the bay. It was done easily with wheels provided. Kayaking to Balast Point Restaurant and Brewery was a highlight. There are public docks to park the kayak and you can walk up to the brewery and other places around the marina! Street parking by the rental was scarce in the evenings but was able to find a spot within a block on the main street. I love staying on the peninsula. I would definitely stay here again.

Steps away from the beach!!

This was an excellent property. It is on the first floor on the corner and step and I mean steps away from the beach. Really really great location. The place was clean and everything looked very new! The owner was super responsive to any questions we had.

A few steps to the beach. If you have kids, then the Bay is for you. If you like the wind and waves, then the Ocean side is for you. Both are within 100 feet from Apartment.
Famous 2nd Street is only a 20 minute walk away, or you can take Uber. At last count, over 150 Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs and Boutiques are on this street.
