Appartamento completamente arredato con 2 camere da letto adiacente alla nostra casa è appena stato rinnovato di recente. Il quartiere tranquillo è situato a solo 1 isolato da Bellevue Avenue, a pochi passi da Cliff Walk, dalla spiaggia, dai ristoranti, dai negozi e dal lungomare.
Questo delizioso appartamento con tutti i nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici ha due camere da letto entrambe con letti matrimoniali, 1 bagno, soggiorno, cucina e un ingresso privato. Nuovi pavimenti in legno e nuovo tappeto. È disponibile un parcheggio fuori strada per un'auto e tre nuovi condizionatori d'aria ti terranno comodo. Si tratta di un'area al secondo e terzo piano, quindi gli ospiti devono essere in grado di negoziare le scale.

Perfect accommodations, walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights, but in a quiet neighborhood. Barbara was very welcoming and communicative.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Easy walk to Thames street and the start of the cliff walk. Every thing was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place!

This was a great place for our family to stay! It was a great location and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice… very clean and they had everything we needed. Barbara was great to work with and was very helpful with recommendations on things to do!

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

This is a beautiful property within walking distance to everything. Any possible necessity was anticipated and the hosts were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Charming apartment with lovely decor.

5 night stay to enjoy the Mansions, beaches and restaurants. Found everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms and comfortable living area.Host was very attentive. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet location With everything we needed

We had a great stay and walked everywhere. Stop and shop supermarket, sushi and pizza place right around the corner where a big plus. Very quiet road with no through traffic. Would definitely recommend to stay with Barbara!

Amazing stay all around

Barbara was a superb host. She is very punctual, immediately responded to any questions and was very accommodating for our needs. Very clean and nice space in a great location right downtown. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved this property for our first visit to Newport! We were traveling for the first time with our infant and this could not have been a better jumping off point for everything that Newport has to offer, with roughly 10 minute walks to all the sights and downtown. Look forward to staying with Barbara again on our next visit!

Great time in Newport~

My sister and I went for our annual sister's weekend away and absolutely loved Newport. The apartment was conveniently located and very clean. We loved it and would definitely rent again if we visit Newport in the future.

Great Location

Our stay was great at Newport. Our VRBO was perfect location for walking to Newport Harbor, beaches and cliff walk. The other part that was great about this location was the grocery store less then a block away.

Clean, comfortable, great location.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for several days. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and located within walking distance of mansions, downtown shops, restaurants and the Newport Harbor, as well as one block away from a grocery store. We highly recommend this property.

Nice place to stay / great location

Lots to do within walking distance. After spending nine hours in the car getting there the last thing we wanted to do was drive anywhere. Newport is very pedestrian friendly

Fantastic stay in Newport

We have spent several weeks and long weekends in Newport and this house was one of the most comfortable and perfectly located. The space is very nice with everything you would need. The off street parking is extremely helpful. The location cannot be beat. It’s walking distance to town, the Cliff Walk, 1st Beach, and the mansions.

I am a retiree living with my husband and sometimes caring for our two grandchildren. We have lived in our home for over 30 years. With our sons grown now we have converted extra rooms to this little rental area which also accommodates our family when they visit occasionally.

We are family oriented and are committed to keeping the rooms as clean, safe and comfortable as we can for our guests. The central location can't be beat. With parking so tight in Newport you can leave your car here and walk to many attractions.

Location, location, location! Guest after guest remarks on how conveniently we are located. You can park here, leave your car and walk to so many attractions. Plus, we are mostly quiet here. Although it is a short walk, we are not in the midst of bars and nightlife, so you can usually enjoy a quiet night's sleep.
We strive to keep our place as clean as possible. We have a lovely back yard where you can relax after a day at the beach, shopping, or sightseeing, or sailing. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook, relax, watch TV, or play some games.
