Right in the heart of charming Frankfort. 25 minute drive to Sleeping Bear dunes, 15 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski and golf, 25 minutes to Arcadia Bluff golf course and 40 minutes to Traverse City.

Invested in Frankfort Michigan. This is our second property in Frankfort. We have owned and have rented property here since 2011. We love it here and want our guest to love it as well!!
Why they chose this property
This 100 year old building on Main Street is a gem!! Not only is is right in the best part of downtown but it is only 3 blocks from the beach and has a view of Betsie Bay. The 1600 square foot apartment has been completely remodeled down to the studs! It is a really cool apartment in a great location. FrankZ restaurant and bar is right downstairs. It is steps away from shopping and other great restaurants/bars. The beach, swimming, biking and all types of outdoor activities are all around for you to explore.
