Full Freeview TV e WIFI sono installati nella proprietà e sono disponibili Freeview e Netflix. La villetta si trova a Coves Noves con una vista superba su Na Macaret e Addaya. La piscina in comune si trova direttamente sotto il balcone e la proprietà beneficia di un ampio patio con altalena a 3 posti ed è completamente attrezzata per mangiare all'aperto. Ci sono 4 comode sedie di cui due completamente reclinabili. La bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Arenal D'en Castell è a 15 minuti a piedi e ci sono campi da tennis, ristoranti, un supermercato, bancomat e un parco castello gonfiabile nelle vicinanze. Il campo da golf Son Parc dista solo 10 minuti in auto. Ci sono fan in tutta la proprietà. Sono inoltre disponibili lettini pieghevoli che possono essere portati in spiaggia, se necessario. Al fine di offrire ai nostri clienti un servizio migliore, ora accettiamo qualsiasi data di inizio per le vostre vacanze. Abbiamo anche installato un nuovo piano cottura e forno in ceramica. Some difficulty identifying property, there is no no. 23 indicated. You need apartment no. 211. But clear comms with Peter in advance plus key sent before departure from UK. You may be underwhelmed when you open the door, the property has its quirks eg sticky doors to exterior, plugs that don't all seem to work. But perseverance reveals a spacious, well equipped apartment with great outdoors space and a wonderful view. The pool is clean and wasn't crowded while we were there and the neighborhood is very quiet. 15 mins to gorgeous beach in Arenal, 30 mins back in the heat and up hills. Bus to Mahon from supermarket carpark in Coves Noves costs 2.70 euro 1 way. Full UK and sports TV. Well worth the reasonable cost of renting.

Super séjour

Séjour au top ! L'appartement est bien équipé, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La piscine est très agréable pour finir la journée. Peter est un hôte sympathique et très disponible. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Familienurlaub 2023

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Bad ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig aber sonst kann man sich wohlfühlen. Ein Auto ist hier zu empfehlen, da Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht direkt in der Nähe sind. Die tolle Badebucht ist mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar und für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Résidence calme appartement tres bien situé, vue exceptionnelle. Seul défaut aucun ventilateur de l'appartement ne fonctionnent avec des nuits a plus de 30°pas facile.l'appartement n'est pas tout jeune .une petite rénovation intérieur lui ferait du bien.sinon l'équipement fourni est très largement suffisant pour les vacances. Super Logement!

Bien arrivés en lisant les instructions reçues par mail quelques temps avant. 2 terrasses, une pour le matin, une pour le soir = impeccable Un défaut électrique est apparu, mais réparé dès le lendemain donc niquel. La vue est sublime depuis l’appart, et la piscine est très appréciée le soir après de dures journées de vacances à Minorque!

Quiet and relaxing time

Overall very happy with our stay. We had everything we needed for a self catering holiday and enjoyed spending time in the private patio area. We used the pool most days and had it to ourselves each time. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes but well worth the visit. The supermarket was a ten minute walk and had everything we needed for the couple of nights we ate in. The apartment is in a safe and very quiet area. Ten minutes take you to restaurants and bars or the bus to Mahon.

Lovely apartment

After a day visiting Menorca we loved to go to the swimming pool and spent the rest of the night in the lovely terrace with sea views. Highly recommended.

Coves Noves.

Lovely quiet location, views are wonderful. Pool was perfect for us and our two Grandchildren. Plenty of room in the apartment, very clean and comfortable. Peter agreed to our late checkout which was very kind. Unfortunately our Ryanair flight was delayed 17 hours!! Still we had a great stay/holiday 😎😎

Great apartment!

Very quiet community with a lovely pool and views of the sea from the balcony. Difficult without air conditioning in the height of summer but a fantastic stay nevertheless. Thank you Peter!

The apartment had good facilities, excellent views to the coast and was in a lovely quiet location overlooking the well maintained pool and gardens. The accommodation suited all our holiday needs.

Para nuestro plan ,perfecto.

Nuetro plan era encontrar un sitio tranquilo con poco vecinos,,que tuviese aparcamiento facil,piscina,y más o menos cerca de tiendas básicas y mar,que nos pudiese servir de campamento base para recorrer la isla.Pues este lo ha sido con creces.El apartamento esta bien con todo lo necesario. Hemos estado poco en casa pero a gusto.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

We were thrilled to arrive to find such a comfortable, clean apartment with the most beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, light and sunny and contained everything one could need for a perfect holiday. The owners responded very quickly and made the booking process very easy and instructions to find the apartment were spot on. Coves Noves is close to Arenal (5+ minutes walk) where one can find a beautiful beach and plenty of places to eat. There is a gorgeous pool in the communal garden which we had to ourselves. A car is useful for those who might struggle walking as there are a few hills to Arenal or want to travel further afield but overall it is a really lovely spot to be based and we look forward to returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent place, relaxing holiday

We stayed at the property for the second time between mid July and early August. Once again, we found the property to be excellent, offering all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. Its within reasonable walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities. We enjoyed it so much, we have already booked again for next year.

Rooms with great views

Stayed for a week in September. We were fortunate to get brilliant sunshine. Eating breakfast on the balcony and watching the sun go down, the view is what we were looking for. A short stroll into Arenal provides a glorious beach and a variety of restaurants overlooking the amazing bay with sea facing terraces. This resort can be as fun or relaxing as you choose to make it. The Maisonette is well equipped for cooking as we did on several occasions. Has a nice modern bathroom. We particularly made use of the WiFi. Easy parking on the safe quite street. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The owners communicated extremely well and made the whole experience a delight.

Excellent Place

We stayed at the property late July to mid August. It offers excellent views, is in a nice, quiet residential area is well situated for the beach/shops/restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and offers all you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Spectacular Sunrises

Good clean apartment with all you need for a selfcatering holiday. Coves Noves square is easy walking distance. If you don't have a car do your shop in Arenel (easy walking) and get a taxi back 8euro and shopping brought to the door. The beach at Arenel is lovley for all the small beach at Na Macaret is also worth a visit. We dined a couple of times at the evening in Arenel and found the set meals very good value but dining buffet style with wine in the apartment front garden with the beautiful view was fantastic value. We booked airport transfer (resorthoppa) and in the resort the hired a car for 3 days 90euros. The owners were very helpful with the holiday and all in all we enjoyed our stay at Coves Noves

Excellent property, superb views

This apartment was perfect for myself and my family (including 2 children aged 12 & 15) with fantastic views over the swimming pool and out to sea (especially in the evening). The pool was clean and very quiet most of the time. Ideal location with shops, bars & restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely return to this apartment without hesitation.

The property is well maintained with arguably the best views on the island. Parking is easy and beaches and shops are nearby. It is also safe for children as the only way out to the pool is through the front door.

Tranquil with fantastic views. The front balcony has sun in the morning and the patio in the afternoon. I is always possible to be outside even in the event of wind.
