Stunning Villa with Private Pool & Sea View-South Sardinia, 500m to beach

Fabulous Southern Sardinia awaits and my villa is located close to Capitana beach and the Marina de Capitana , with many amazing beaches along the south coast which are all in easily accessible from my place. My beautiful villa has 2 double bedrooms with its own private garden, private panoramic pool (6.5x4.5m) and a large terrace for al fresco dining. The villa is south facing with a sea view in a quiet development and less than 10 minutes walk (500m)to nearest beach. It`s a great place for families , those who want a base to explore from and also those who just want to relax and enjoy the view , it`s truly peaceful and beautiful.
My place is modern, local stone built with excellent specification throughout. It is fully air conditioned, including both bedrooms. The property can sleep a maximum of 5 adults and children plus 2 babies in cots . Two bedrooms , provide a double bed in the first bedroom, and a double bed plus 1 single in the second bedroom or 3 single beds in the 2nd bedroom if you prefer . Baby cots are also available.
It is fully fitted to a high standard with all modern amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Our second of hopefully many visits

As with our last time, we had a great time. We know the area better and we were able to fully relax. Trying to look at dates for our next visit. Claire is a great host and can’t speak highly enough of the Property Manager Francesco.

Relaxing holiday

Villa has all you need, lovely outside area and pool, nice quiet gated neighbourhood, close to beach, and lots of great beaches within a short drive. Good communication with host and property manager.

Wow, amazing!

The property was exactly as described, and in a lovely location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist attractions, whilst being close enough to more secluded areas to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with both the host and the property manager was excellent and they were both exceptionally helpful. Access to the beach was a 5-10 minute walk down the hill and the property was very secure in a gated community. We may have been lucky with the timing as many of the properties around were actually empty, but it was lovely and quiet. Having the private pool was excellent with the loungers and the host provided beach towels as well. We were unfortunate that one evening the gas bottle ran out of gas, but a quick phone call to the property manager and half an hour later a person arrived to swap over the gas bottles. Very efficient. We may have been lucky with the timing on this as we tend to eat earlier in the evening, but I am sure the gas bottle doesn't need changing very often. Would definitely go back to this property in the near future.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben ein paar sehr erholsame Tage in der Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts und der private Pool machte den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir wurden von Francesco begrüsst, der sehr freundlich und kompetent ist und den wir bei Fragen jederzeit konaktieren konnten. Einzig die Umgebung von Capitana fanden wir nicht so schön, aber mit dem Auto sind wunderschöne Strände in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

A beautiful, well maintained property with private pool overlooking the bay.

The property is in a quiet gated cul-de-sac mid way between Cagliari & Vilasimius in the south of Sardinia. It is a beautiful property that is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for a relaxing week by the pool & in the evenings a fantastic view of the sun setting over Cagliari area. The neighbours seem to be mostly Italian who have villas as holiday homes. The pool is lovely and clean and at around 5foot (1.5m) deep it's not too deep. The shallow end has steps in for those that need them & a ledge around the pool. The terrace & garden are well maintained. All through the property, there is air conditioning, although with the ability to open all doors and windows, we actually used the air con less than I thought. It is lovely and light & airy and the bedrooms are the same. The main bedroom has two large opening windows & all doors and windows are shutters to stop the early morning light streaming in. The only thing that I'd change is the sofa, which doubles as an extra bed if needed, but apart from that, it is well worth a visit. Overall a very nice stay. The local area is quiet with a short walk to the beach. Cagliari is much busier and has great shopping & nice places to eat. Vilasimius is also lovely to visit. There are many different beaches and coves to visit and some, but not many, visitor attractions. You will need a car to get around though. Oh yes, & don't forget to visit Clippers restaurant for amazing italian ice cream.

Great villa for a relaxing stay in Sardinia

We had a great week at this lovely villa. It was spacious (outside area much bigger then I thought from pictures) and had everything we needed. Well equipped with 'English ' touches like a kettle , great BBQ and very comfy beds. The pool was nice and warm , and kept the sun right into the evening so even if out for the day could come back and have a swim or chill by the poolside . Went to lovely beaches between 20-40 minutes away when I could entice my boys away from the pool! When we didn't' BBQ and relax on the villas's veranda we ate at Monroe by the marina, lovely setting and pizza ok but best pizzas and friendly welcome at La Fontanellla a short drive away. It was our first visit to Sardinia and I would recommend both the island and this villa for a fabulous holiday

Lovely

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It's set in a safe and quiet condiminion not far from gorgeous beaches. The villa was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool was well maintained and a refreshing dip on hot days felt very special. A Lovely Family Holiday

A very well maintained villa only a short drive from restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and the city centre. The villa has everything you would ever need, very comfortable sun beds and a great DVD selection. A nice quiet location with great views and the patio area has direct sun all day. We had great weather and found Francesco to be very helpful. The property was great for our 2 year old with steps around the pool allowing a shallow area for him to play in and a high chair provided for his use. In general we couldn't have asked for more for our first holiday as a family!

Excellent Villa

Excellent villa, very clean, well maintained. Good location and beautiful views and sunsets. I would recommend this Villa to friend and family. Lovely beaches, we enjoyed Solanas beach, very clean and good café. The owner provided excellent customer servic,e extremely approachable. We enjoyed the Piano bar as it was close to the property, but we enjoyed BBQ's, excellent facilities. A very enjoyable holiday, loved the South of Sardinia, would come again.

Excellent Villa

Excellent Villa, clean, good location, extremely well maintained. The owner provided good customer service. I would recommend this Villa to all my friends and family. Beautiful views plus lovely to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine or two. Enjoyed the Piano bar as it was close to the property, but also enjoyed BBQ's, as the Villa has excellent facilities. Gorgeous villa, wonderful pool and stunning views

The villa was a beautiful! Comfortable, clean and really well laid out. We considered ourselves very lucky to be able to stay there and we all absolutely LOVED the pool. The kids were able to have some quiet and cool time out of the late afternoon sun with a really good selection of DVDs. The air conditioning was also wonderful in the evenings! Francesco was very kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The views were stunning and we'll never forget sitting outside with a well deserved glass of wine looking at the gorgeous sunset. Thank you!

Great villa in beautiful area

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bomboniera. The villa is in a very quiet and beautiful gated area. There is a great outside dining and lounge area with partial seaview. The villa and outdoor area is kept very clean. Pool is great for cooling down as is the AC. In 5 minutes walk you are on the local Beach with crystal clear water. You can easily drive to other fantastic beaches or to Cagliari. Highly recommendable! Family of 2 adults and 3 kids (8,12,14).

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bomboniera. The villa is in a very quiet and beautiful gated area. There is a great outside dining and lounge area with partial seaview. A true gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bomboniera. It is clean, including the pool, as we like it, and comfortable to the point that it makes it harder to leave Sardinia when your holiday is over! The sofa facing the partial view of the sea is the icing on the cake after you have been able to do a nice barbecue and had your dinner on the veranda. The villa is very well located for the beaches between Cagliari and Villasimius. If you type Villasimius on google, you see what there is on this coast. But even Poetto, the beach that the locals enjoy despite complaining it is not as nice as Villasimius, is still a great, long and clean sandy beach with clear water. We also agree with the other reviews about the fact that Claire is very helpful and easy to deal with regarding the booking, and Francesco who looks after the property is very nice with any requests you might have during your stay. We highly recommend Villa Bomboniera and we hope to go back sometime in the near future.

Stunning !!!

This little villa really was a find!! The listing description was spot on and everything was exactly as advertised. This villa was spotlessly clean, as was the pool and patio area. The owner was extremely helpful, informative and her suggestions were gratefully received. The villa manager, Francesco, was welcoming, helpful and it was nice to know that we could contact him if necessary at any time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to family and friends. This a beautiful country with oodles to offer. There was nothing I disliked. The nearby beaches were fabulous and when we opened our bedroom window, Sardinia flooded in...great food, whether you ate expensively or cheaply,,,Sardinia had it all really. We shall be back!!

One of our best holidays ever

Beginning with our first contact everything was fine. Ms. Dracup is very friendly and gave us all information we needed and also a good feeling. The description of the Villa fits reality, the pictures also. The house is very nice and perfect for 4 people (family with two children in our case). The garden, the clean pool and the nice Little details around the house made our holiday unforgetable. It is a very quiet place and you feel like home. The house has everything you need, on hot days the air condition helps cooling down. You have a very nice view, also the sea could be seen. A car is neccessaey because you have to drive some minutes if you want to go out for shopping, sightseeing or other activities. A good idea is the folder in the house where you can find a Lot of information over the house, sighseeing and other activities. Francesco is the local contact person and also very friendly and helpful. Our children loved it also (especially the pool) and they would like to stay longer. After a short drive you can find a lot of smalltalk beaches. The water is clear as I never saw it. I'm sure we come back someday for a second stay. We really recommemd it!

Lovely villa on a pretty development.

Really happy with the villa particularly the outside area and pool. Beaches near by at Villasimius are fabulous great meal on the beach in the restaurant. The villa was clean and well equipped. It was a little cosy with five adults sharing and the bed settee in the lounge is definitely not a double! Good local restaurants friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend the villa to friends but suggest no more that four adults sharing.

lovely villa

This is a lovely villa with a nice pool which is in a quiet residential area but very close to all amenities . A car is advised though . It is not a big villa compared to what we are used to but has everything you require . I would most certainly recommend it to anyone . Our kids loved the pool and the pool area was quiet to relax and read . Francesco would looks after the villa and showed us around was very pleasant and helpful. We would come back in a minute .
