Deze 1930 vierkante voet herenhuis heeft drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers en een half. Beneden is een zeer ruim en open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken ruimte, samen met de beneden damestoilet. De keuken is graniet met roestvrij stalen apparatuur, een Keurig koffiezetapparaat en een aparte bar met uitzicht op de woonkamer en eetkamer. De keuken en eetkamer open te stellen voor een verlichte binnenplaats met zitplaatsen voor ten minste zes. Rond de kant, is er een grasveld en getogen plantaris bedden. De woonkamer is voorzien van een 50 inch flatscreen-tv, een lederen bank en een groot Pottery Barn Chair. Er is kabel en WIFI in. Er is een binnenplaats buiten met terras en een gas grill.

Boven, de master bedroom is voorzien van een kussen top kingsize bed met op maat gemaakte / teruggewonnen rustieke houten meubilair en een televisie met een eigen luxe grote badkamer met ligbad, inloopdouche, gebouwd in een dubbele wastafel en planken en een apart toilet. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen bed en vintage feel eigen badkamer met bad en douche. De derde slaapkamer is perfect voor jonge koppels of gezinnen met kinderen of een kantoor. Het is toegankelijk via de tweede slaapkamer en heeft een queen bed, een tweepersoonsbed en een eventuele dubbele luchtbed. Er is ook een bureau en een stoel. Alle slaapkamers hebben ten minste een ruime kast en commode voor opslag. Er zijn twee opslag / jas kasten beneden ook.

Property is nice. Location is very convenient to Dickies, John Justin and the Stockyards. Only slightly negative is the location of second bathroom and the twin bed mattress was not the most comfortable but did not impact our stay or our trip. Would definitely book again!

Odd house layout.

The house was good. Everything was clean and in a great location. My only complaint is that the only way to get to one of the bedrooms was through a bedroom. This wasn’t described that way in the advertisement. It wasn’t a huge deal just inconvenient.

Fantastic place, location, and host

Really nice property, great location and excellent host. The location could not be better for all that Fort Worth has to offer. Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the cultural district and beyond. Great communication with host with no issues. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Weekend

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The location was perfect for us! The host was a great communicator and was very sweet the entire time. We had a great trip to Fort Worth and our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful property!

Great property near all your Fort Worth favorites

What a great property to stay at to get all your favorite Fort Worth stops in! We stayed here with 5 people to attend a TCU football game, including two small kids and it was a great setup. Easy communication with owner, great location in a nice neighborhood off of Camp Bowie, and nicely updated property. My wife and I both graduated from TCU and this property out is in a good spot to visit all our old favorite FTW spots.

Super cute and cosy house

The house was nice and clean. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into decorating and making the house feel like home. I stayed there during a horse show and it was the perfect location to get to John Justin arena as well as places to eat, groceries etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Great location, home needs improvement, updating

While this location is really perfect the home home is in need of updating and and in particular the 3rd bedroom is not very nice to stay in. It has no windows and the fluorescent light is harsh. There are no bedside tables or lamps. There is no convenient place to plug in your phone bedside. The single bed sinks in the middle and creaks all night long. The house is fine but it didn’t measure up to other places I’ve stayed. You are required to purchase insurance and you are required to do tasks at the end of your stay that ought to be included in the fee paid for cleaning. In short, I think there may be better options.

Wonderful space!

My family and I had such a great experience renting this property. The host was so kind and easy to get in contact with. The spacious bedrooms fit perfectly for all the adults and the kitchen/living space was exactly what we needed. We would absolutely rent again!

We rented this property for Family Weekend at TCU and we’re very disappointed . We had planned on having a BBQ there but the outdoor patio & grill we’re filthy. The house needs a deep Cleaning, & New bedding. We contacted the owner and she apologized and refunded us a portion of the rental. We would not stay here again.

Close to everything!

Our group of friends loved this charming house with even more room than we anticipated! It is close to everything - we had brunch and dinner plans within 5 miles of the home. It's the cutest neighborhood and the cutest house. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Gathering

This property is located in a great neighborhood. Location is convenient to all Fort Worth attractions - Museums, restaurants, Stock Yards, and Downtown. Abby was a great host and very responsive. We booked this property for a family reunion. Plenty of space for the 10 of us to gather and celebrate. Highly recommend.

Family fun with little boys!

Abby was the best! Our other VRBO property cancelled at the last minute after we were already in town. Abby came to the rescue and was prompt in getting us situated which is critical with littles in-tow! We were so close to everything our family needed. There was a school park within walking distance. Dream Park was a great way to get some energy out! Fort Worth Zoo was only 10 minutes away. We were able to enjoy so many kid-friendly activities and get back to the house in time for a nap. Just perfect! Such a great spot for all the family fun! Thank you, Abby!

Nice house located close to WRMC!!

Our group of adult women stayed here during a large horse show at WRMC. The location close to the show grounds was excellent. The property is very clean and the neighborhood is very quaint. The property owner was extremely easy to work with. We would definitely like to stay here in the future!!

We are locals who are born and raised in Fort Worth and live in the neighborhood. We walk to the local school every morning and have our fingers on the pulse of the goings on in Fort Worth. We have a wonderful community of friends and neighbors here and are constantly surprised by Fort Worth's growth in size, cultural family friendly activities and "trendiness" along with appreciating its old endearing Western roots. We are active in the community and many days I do not even drive anywhere, walk my daughter to school, work from home, run on the Trinity Trails, walk to local restaurants and bars or local Barre, pilates, spin or yoga studios for those interested.

There is not a better location than this for being close to Will Rogers and the Stock Show area, Fort Worth's museum district, West 7th Street, Camp Bowie, the historical Northside and Stockyards along with golfing, shopping, and walking along the Trinity Trails.

We purchased this house from a family member so there are personal memories there. Most of the furniture was custom built and/or restored by Devin and myself. We have put a lot of love into this house and the community that it is in and are so happy to be able to share it. We have used VRBO for many trips ourselves and have furnished the property with amenities we would look for in our travels.
