Lovely apartment and view and position

For view and position its got to be hard to beat this apartment. Its situated just off the main streets and above the beach, right by the lift at the beach end. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with en suites and a separate loo, Theres also a kitchen diner and a balcony to use. Oh and approachable hosts as weel who will meet you and help if you need anythings. Highly recommended

Fantastic location as very close to amenities but still away from the busyness of the town. Stunning views,great lift just outside for the beach.Hosts had good communication and apartment was clean. Nice little hamper too! Bedrooms are rather large with comfortable beds. Fantastic air conditioning. Had a great holiday, would definitely recommend

The view from this apartment takes your breath away when you first walk in. The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the old town, it has everything you need, the beds are really comfortable, and the apartment makes you feel at home. The owners are a lovely couple who are really helpful. We could not have picked a better apartment and we can’t wait to come back.

This is a wonderful apartment. Very comfortable and hard to leave ! The view from the terrace is awesome. It is close to everything. Great supermarket nearby. It is great size with spacious bedrooms . Will definitely be back !

Superb apartment in an outstanding location!

This very clean and furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful spot, at a 5-minute walking distance from Albufeira old town. Carlos stayed up late to welcome us in the apartment and showed us around at an odd hour, as we were arriving late. They were so considerate to give us some essentials - milk, bread, cheese, ham - to get us started. The beds are very comfortable, the linen and towels fresh and clean and the internet fast and reliable. The air conditioning works well too, although we only needed it for a few hours late at night in 'heating mode'. The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, crockery that one could need. The sun shines through the big south-facing glass windows and balcony all day. The views of the spectacular beach are stunning, the location is super-convenient, the host Carlos is very helpful. There is not much one can do to improve it at all. It was indeed a memorable week that we spent in Albufeira. We will not hesitate to recommend it highly to friends and family!

Lovely sea view apartment

This property owned by Carlos and his wife is fantastic . It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the beach and very close to all other amenities , restaurants and shops . The inside is immaculate beautifully decorated and extremely clean . The owner is very helpful , I love it and will be back ❤️❤️

Lovely hosts, lovely location

Just got back from a lovely week in Albufeira, Carlos and his wife were lovely , met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked. The apartment itself had a lovely open plan lounge and kitchen with everything you could want also two big double bedrooms both with ensuite. Most importantly was the location and view , come out and turn right, 20 minutes walk to the marina with bars and restaurants or 10 mins left into the old town and 5 minutes to the beach The view from the balcony is lovely to wake up to every morning with a coffee watching the sun rise ... In all perfect all round.

Our Favourite Place

Obrigada to Carlos and Landa, Thankfully we got a chance to go back to our favourite place Carlos's apartment in Albufeira for two whole weeks and it was definitely worth waiting for! The apartment is looking as beautiful as ever, so spacious for the two of us, with everything we need, it's home from home! The location suits us perfectly as it is so close to the old town, the wonderful beach and the Intermarche supermarket. We can't say thank you enough to Carlos and Landa for the lovely wine and for completely spoiling us and making our holiday extra special, you are both so kind and simply the BEST! View not as advertised

I booked this apartment because I expected to have a wonderful view of Albufeira beach. However the owner failed to inform us of building work directly below the veranda. The apartment was clean and well equipped and cannot be faulted but I was very disappointed at having my stay disrupted by cranes and lorries being unloaded. We were told that this work had begun in November 2021 had we known about this we would have booked elsewhere.

Perfect property and host.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with stunning view. Everything needed was available including nice gift of wine on arrival. Breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the beach with envious looks from the passerby. Wonderful experience with wonderful hosts and will definitely return.

Outstanding Location

This apartment is very large ,spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home and has the best views in Albufeira . The location is perfect for the beach with a lift directly outside to take you down to it, it’s a 3 minute walk to the Old Town with all the amenities you could wish for. The Owners Carlos and Landa are very attentive we received an E-Mail before we travelled offering to pick us up at the airport and take us to the supermarket and visited once during our stay to change towels and see if we needed anything,we had a fantastic time and honestly could not fault this property.

Perfect In Every Way !

We have just returned from a excellent weeks holiday at this beautiful apartment ! Clean, comfortable and equiped with everything you will need ( and more ) for a self catering holiday. The beach is right on the doorstep and easily accessed via the lift/down the stairs or down the ramp. Excellent restaurants within a short walking distance and a 5 minute walk into the old town square if you fancy something a little more lively ! The views from the balcony are amazing, make sure you get up early enough to see at least one sunrise whilst your there... it's stunning ! Carlos & Landa couldn't have been more helpful and they really are lovely people. We had trouble with our flight out there and arrived at the apartment at 11 pm, they were both still there waiting to greet us with big smiles on their faces and had even put together a tray of essentials for us ( and very welcome it was too ! ). There's nothing much more I can say really.... apart from we booked to stay again next year before we'd even left this year ! ;)

Old town apartment with a stunning view of the beach

We have stayed many times in Albufeira old town and after staying in Carlo’s beautiful apartment would never want to stay elsewhere. Right from commencing the booking process, and through our stay, Carlos and Olando were so helpful quickly replying to any queries we had. The apartment was just as described, lovely and clean, and was very well equipped. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll to the old town square, and just meters from the lift to the beach. The balcony offered a stunning view of the beach and was just perfect for people watching and enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. All together a 5🌟 experience

Wonderful location

My husband and I would definitely use this apartment again. Very spacious and clean. Both bedrooms had their own en suite. Fabulous view from the balcony, lovely to hear the waves! Wonderful location with lots of lovely local restaurants within a few minutes walk , all with terraces overlooking the beach but only 10 minutes on and you are in the lively old town square.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful week in Carlos and Landa's lovely apartment. You were terrific hosts by answering our questions before we arrived; by taking us to the supermarket to pick up some groceries; and by dropping off some beach towels for the kids. The apartment was clean, spacious and well set out for a family of 6. We enjoyed the spectacular view of the beach and that we were far enough from the noise of the market square yet close enough to all the restaurants and local shops. We would definitely return to this home stay. Thank you.
