Our second floor, updated, clean villa, is located in a secure private community. Please keep in mind there is not an elevator and there are 28 steps to climb.

Our villa offers secure, private WiFi.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, full private updated bath and smart TV. There are sliding doors which lead to a private deck overlooking the lagoon.

The second bedroom boasts two full beds, a private updated bath and smart TV. Sliding doors lead to a second deck overlooking the lagoon.

Our spacious living room has access to both private decks. It is equipped with a sleeper sofa and smart TV.

The kitchen is updated and well-equipped. The dining area will seat six comfortably.

Once you leave our beautiful villa, it is a very short walk to the beach, pool, golf, tennis, pickleball and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation.

During peak season there is a complimentary shuttle service to take you to your favorite Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove locations. Keywords: 2nd floor secluded villa

Perfect week!

Loved everything about our stay. The beach villa was extremely clean, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back!

Plenty of room, very clean and inviting environment. Like being at home with everything available.

We had a great time in comfortable surroundings while vactioning here. Location is right in the middle of the island so restaurants, golf courses and shopping are easily accessible. We definitely would stay here again.

Great Place

Property was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and tennis/pickleball center. It is updated and very nicely decorated. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. We are planning to rent it again in the future

Absolutely wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was so clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly want or need. Super close to the beach and the Dunes House for beachfront dining! Highly recommended...we will certainly be back!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. I loved that there was a well supplied kitchen with equipment to cook. I would love to stay here again!

Great villa

Villa was very clean. The pictures are nice but it is even better in person. Owners were very nice and great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved the size and accommodations the condo had to offer, not only inside, but on the Palmetto Dunes property as well. The owners were lovely and consistently communicated to ensure our stay was enjoyed. This is a beautiful home in a relaxing setting. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Lovely home away from home in an awesome location.

This property was a home away from home for our family. It had everything we needed in the categories of appliances and kitchen items. It was charming, clean, and comfortable. It is so close to the beach, and pool. We had a great week and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Condo

Our family of 4 loved staying in this condo. The condo was very clean, fresh, updated, and in a perfect location. We all loved being in close walking distance to the beach as well as a easy walk to the General Store or bike ride over to Shelter Cove. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan another stay in the future.

Ideal location

Very nice property with an ideal location close to everything in Palmetto Dunes. Condo is very will maintained with updated appliances. Very short walk to the beach, Dunes House, the Outfitters, Tennis, & the General Store. Our family would strongly recommend.

Hilton Head golf and beach

Great unit in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Efficient communication with the owner and everything was exactly as advertised. The unit itself has no view and is a walk up. This was not an issue for our stay but the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. We were very happy with the experience and recommend it highly.

Fabulous Family Vacation

11 glorious days. Location was wonderful. 4 minute walk to beach. Rented bikes for the full vacation and rode everyday. The condo has everything you needed, including a full kitchen and great WiFi. Favorite restaurants were; Social Bakery, Hudson’s and Sandbar. We will be back!

Everything...

Was great! It's just like the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked, king bed was just right, location was wonderful. Steps away from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. We'll try to stay here again for sure!

Clean and convenient

This rental is even more beautiful in person! We have stayed at other units in The Moorings several times before and this unit exceeded our expectations! It is well equipped and super clean! The owner is very proactive and genuinely cares about your rental experience! Her response time is so quick with any questions or requests. I would definitely love to stay in this unit again!

Great trip, location, and host

We have stayed in this complex before and we knew the location was where we wanted to be. The condo is well cared for. We did run into issues with a barking dog in another condo, but the owner made a call and it was taken care of immediately. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Gem on the beach

We just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well equipped, convenient, private, and serene. It was obvious that Mike and Judy put a lot of thought and effort into making this a turn key "home away from home" for their renters. We appreciated the beautiful master bath, the new washer and dryer, the new set of cookware and dishes, the comfortable furniture, the table and chairs on the balcony, the comfortable beds, and the overall cleanliness. It was warm and welcoming. We will return every chance we get.

Summer 2014

Moorings is an excellent location within Palmetto Dunes. Beach is a short walk from the condo as well as tennis courts and general store. The condo was well equipped and sizeable for our family of 5. It was also well maintained and clean. Would consider renting again if we decide to come back to Hilton Head in the future. Mike and Judy were responsive to our questions and the rental through VRBO was easy.

Wonderful Vacation

What a great place for a relaxing vacation! The villa was very inviting, comfortable, and well equipped. The beach, pool, and tennis courts were only a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the daily tennis. The courts were well maintained and the staff members at the tennis club were very helpful and congenial. There are many terrific restaurants nearby including Alexander's, a restaurant that we had actually enjoyed a dinner at during our honeymoon in 1979. We really enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful and peaceful location.
