About this property

The location of the apartment is fantastic. The Piste is only 100m away, so there is no need to worry about driving, parking and walking with heavy equipment such as skis, snowboards, poles etc. You can literally put your skis on at the front door, ski all day and take them off again at the front door when you have finished. Once you are on the ski slope there is a short descent of 250m to the Valley Station of the Achter Jet ski lift which will take you high up the mountain. The apartment is located on the Griessenkarweg, which is the service road for the main ski slopes and Berg hutten of Flachau. This means that everything in the town is accessible by foot. The nearest Musistadl restaurant is 5 minutes walk and the main shopping area, supermarkets, information centre, pubs, post office and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away.

A very complete house close to the piste Unfortunately just one key so you have to walk up and down to the skiroom. Be aware of the € and $ currenties.

Super Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist direkt an der Piste... Sowie die Größe, Zimmeraufteilung und Aussicht haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr einfach mit der Vermietern zu kommunizieren und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung war einfach top. Vielen Danke für die tolle Unterkunft! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Super Urlaub

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Verbindung zu Vermieter und Housekeeper. Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles einfach ganz wunderbar für eine erholsame Zeit. Gerne wieder!

Geweldig appartement en super locatie!

Wij zijn met een gezin van 6 personen (tieners en pubers) in de voorjaarsvakantie in dit prachtige appartement geweest. Een absolute aanrader. Het is schoon, modern, licht en van alle gemakken voorzien en het grootste pluspunt 100 meter van de piste af! We komen hier zeker terug, wat een feestje:) Yvonne

Beautiful

Great apartment a short walk to town in a beautiful area of Austria. Great hiking in summer and (presumably) skiing in winter. Two nice balconies to take in the view. Really enjoyed our time here!

Fantastic house

A very roomy and clean house on a fine location Just 6 minutes walking away from the achterjet gondola. The house has everything you need and extra. Communication was perfect. Every question we had was answered quickly. We had a great Stay!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben 7 Tage im Abercrombie Apartment verbracht und jeden einzelnen davon genossen. Besonders die Ausstattung der Wohnung (insbesondere der Küche / aber auch das Vorhandensein von Spielen, einer Musikanlage, Schlitten, Waschmaschine etc.) und die Größe der Wohnküche mit einem Sofa, auf dem fast alle Platz finden hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Lage war perfekt um morgens schnell auf der Piste zu sein. Bei der Anreise hatten wir etwas zu tun, weil die Straße nicht geräumt war (Schneeketten nicht vergessen) und das “Kinderzimmer” für 4 Personen ist relativ klein - kriegt man aber hin! Sonst alles tip top ! Nichts auszusetzen!

Ruim verblijf, van alle gemakken voorzien

Wij zijn met 2 gezinnen op wintersport geweest, waarvan 4 kleine kinderen (4, 6, 7 en 8 jaar). In het appartement zijn alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Qua locatie ligt het redelijk aan de piste. Als je er heen kan skiën is het helemaal top. Met kleine kinderen moet je aan het eind van de dag vaak omhoog lopen. Dat is even een pittige wandeling, maar overkomelijk. Met de auto naar beneden en aan het eind van de dag omhoog is natuurlijk ook een prima optie! Wij hebben in ieder geval een fantastische vakantie gehad!

Clean, comfortable & spacious flat ideally located for family skiing

We have just returned from a week in Flachau staying at Colin & Tiffany's beautiful apartment. We could not have asked for a better base for our skiing holiday. The flat itself is ideally located a few minutes walk away from the piste where you can ski straight down to the gondola - a blessing in the morning when trying to get kids out of the house & on to the slopes quickly! The boot warmer in the ski cellar is also a nice touch & makes putting on the boots first thing a more pleasant experience! Inside it is nicely furnished with comfortable beds & sofas, good storage space & a well appointed kitchen. The flat is warm & cosy with easily adjustable underfloor heating. The supermarket & centre of Flachau are all around a 10 minute walk at most & there are several bars/ restaurants within easy reach. It was perfect for our two families. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely return if travelling to Flachau again .

Super Lage!

Sehr schöne, neue, geräumige Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung ist großartig, die Lage ist großartig. Nur wenige Meter zur Schipiste. Abends Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Straße zum Haus (steil) wird im Winter augenscheinlich nicht geräumt, gute Winterbereifung ist daher unbedingt empfehlenswert!
