Una bella casa, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal famoso Puerto Banus. La villa presenta decorazioni moderne e un'architettura fantastica, poiché i proprietari sono architetti. La situazione della casa è semplicemente perfetta. Il Casinò di Puerto Banus è a 10 minuti a piedi, così come Puerto Banus e la spiaggia (spiaggia e Puerto Banus 15-20 minuti a piedi). C'è un mini market proprio dietro l'angolo. Golf, spiaggia, montagne, tutto ciò che immagini. La casa dispone di aria condizionata (tranne l'appartamento nel seminterrato) e riscaldamento (riscaldamento dell'aria). Ha una grande piscina, un grazioso giardino e un parcheggio chiuso per due auto. È una casa fantastica, ti piacerà.

Good location next to real club padel marbella. Beach is far away. Spacious house with good facilities. Beds less comfortable.

Kort verblijf

De woning is ruim en schoon en uitstekend voor een verblijf met een groep. De tuin en het zwembad zijn goed onderhouden. Vanuit de woning kan je prima wandelen naar zee. De wijk is rustig in de maand April. Rita is een uitstekende host. Vriendelijk en rap met antwoorden.

Amazing property with really helpful owners

We returned from a week holiday in this property and would highly recommend. The communication is all direct with owner vs an agent which adds something extra. In the build up to flying, Rita was super communicative sending us all the information we needed and local recommendations. She was also super helpful throughout our stay and easily on hand for anything we needed. The property itself is very secure and child friendly. Very comfy and very well equipped with everything you need. While it was too cold for us to use the pool, it's a fantastic pool with an even better outdoor space. The layout of the house is perfect for large families as the basement level is essentially a separate apartment which gives a nice separate space. We would come back.

Lovely villa , good location

We enjoyed the proximity to puerto banus but would recommend a car as not easy to walk too . Villa was well equipped and good communication with Manager who looked after us well . Really enjoyed our stay

Great break in a great villa.

There were 8 adults celebrating various significant birthdays and we had a really good stay at the villa. Accommodation worked really well for us and we used the BBQ on a few evenings. The pool and garden were pretty good for sunbathing with enough sun beds and the pool a decent size.would definitely stay again as location was pretty good for access to PB with good restaurants/cafes/ bars a 15-20 min walk away.

Charles Family Vacation

The property is very beautiful! Lots of areas for the entire family! Central location made it very easy to move around. Our family liked the location and the host was very helpful. Her husband and her met us at check in and showed us around the house, great security and safety features! Parking sometimes is tough with a local gym around the corner. Love the place and would recommend highly staying here again!

Fantastic holiday

We stayed at the villa for a week as a family. The villa is spacious, clean and close to many restaurants/bars and shops. Rita was very helpful , we all had a fantastic holiday.

Absolutely fantastic

We all thoroughly enjoyed the property. 15mins car ride away from Old Town and ubers were very close by. Enjoyed the walks to the port. Rita was fabulous - extremely responsive and provided great suggestions.

Property review

This is one beautiful villa, that has everything required by a family or a group of friends for a great Holiday. Although the location was a good 20 minute walk from both the beach or Puerto Banus the taxi service always turned up within 2 minutes and little more than a 5 minute journey. Overall cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Excellent Place

We spent two weeks at the turn of September-October. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, smaller but good grocery stores. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and their own wardrobes. There are also large spaces both indoors and outdoors. We were mostly at the pool and most of the food was made outside on the grill. Rita is a great host who kept coming back when we had questions. The house was clean and tidy and we also received an additional cleaning after a week where bed linen and towels were also changed to new ones. I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Great Villa

Rita is a fantastic friendly host, always quick to respond and met us at the Villa to explain everything and show us round. Villas is more like a home than a holiday let. Lots of space and 4 very good sized bedrooms the Master bedroom especially. Basement bedroom almost self contained with a bathroom, dining table and lounge area. 20 minute mainly flat walk to the marina but good restaurants only 10 minutes walk and a pizza restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Uber very quick to pick up if required and not expensive. Easy parking with a gated drive area. Every facility you should need for your stay provided. Recommend NOTO and for something very different try Breathe. Loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Amazing

The Villa was just perfect ! Rita was an amazing host to go along with the villa and location. I couldn't recommend to stay here enough. Next to a small Market for the basics, 2 options for places to eat. Great 10minute walk to the beach.

Puerto Banus villa

Lovely villa with great deco and spacious rooms. The basement was a surprise as we were not expecting it to be a mini apartment with lounge and dining areas as well as the bathroom and bedroom. The pool was great and we loved chilling in the garden and patio area. Had a couple of trips to the Carrefour, walk there and Uber back. Padel club was handy for the gym goers and good for takeaways and breakfasts. Uber and Bolt great for getting around as we were a party of 7. Used Solhop for airport transfers. Had a great birthday lunch at the Boho Beach Club. Good communication and info from Rita. Overall a wonderful holiday 😊

Excellent Villa and location

From when we booked until we arrived Rita kept in contact and was there to show us around when we got there. The villa is stunning, excellent deco, with 4 really good sized rooms and bathrooms. The pool is a good size and very private, the kids loved it! It's also in a good location, really close to Peurto Banus. Would defnitely recommend it.

Facility we stayed at during our vacation was as good as promised. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Location is very convenient in terms of reaching Puerto Banus, restaurants and shops-few minutes by taxi. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable stay! Thank you!

Puerto Banus Villa

Absolutely stunning villa with every facility you could possibly want or need. The pool in particular was fantastic and loved by the whole family. My only slight negative was a lack of local shops and restaurants within a short walking distance . You can walk to Puerto Banus in around 30 minutes but it is not a particularly scenic walk and can be hard going on a very warm day. You can get an Uber though for around 20 euros

Amazing villa

Rita and her husband were there to meet us, very friendly and informative about the villa and surrounding areas, the villa is spotless and clean, large enough for 8 adults, the location is great with the padel club next door and a mini supermarket just around the corner, Puerto Banús is 15 minutes walk, Uber taxi very easy to get around. Thank you Rita, we will be back.

Fabulous villa, very spacious, gorgeous gardens

A beautiful villa, very spacious as per the photos, description very accurate. Comfortable beds, good quality bathrooms, lovely outdoor seating area and nice pool. Would definitely recommend. Just make sure to buy water, bread, tea, coffee, bin bags & toilet roll on way.

Beautiful Villa would highly recommend for a relaxing stay

We had a lovely time staying at this beautiful Villa. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The house was originally made for us by us, since my husband Antonio: is an architect and builder, for this reason the house is beautifully designed and very carefully constructed with all the highest qualities. You will be surprised how comfortable it is.

Marbella, is a beautiful vacation place with all the commodities of a big modern city, but still a small location by the sea. My husband and I were originally working in Marbella, so we made a house for us, which we were using for 3 years. Then for work possibilities we had to move 50 km away, to the beautiful city of Ronda, close to our family and we left the house in Marbella for a year empty. After this year we decided to rent it out. The house was originally build by us. It is very well located.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The location is great, walking distance from beach and Puerto Banus. The urbanisation is quiet and everything is private for your personal use. The house is very nicely decorated to high standards since it was never made to rent it. It is comfortable as well as winter and summer, since it has air-conditioning which can heat too.You have Netflix, Prime on TV, as well as Spanish TV. Beds have comfortable mattresses, made from viscoelastic material, this will certainly make your stay very relaxing.
