La Casa de Reyes è spaziosa, moderna e arredata secondo uno standard molto elevato. Lo spazio abitativo della villa è di 313m2 e si trova su un generoso terreno di 1.133 m2.

La villa è dotata di aria condizionata / riscaldamento e riscaldamento a pavimento per i mesi più freddi.

La villa dispone di un ampio salone open space e zona pranzo con divani in pelle color cioccolato, mobili e dipinti moderni e una TV al plasma da 50 "con audio surround. C'è Sky Plus, un lettore Blu-ray / DVD / CD e un sistema Sonos, con altoparlanti sia all'interno che all'esterno della villa.

La villa è esposta a sud e pertanto gode del sole tutto il giorno. Inoltre, a causa del fatto che le ville su entrambi i lati sono leggermente arretrate e più in alto o più in basso, tutte le aree esterne sono particolarmente private in quanto non trascurate.

Ci sono 8 lettini sulla grande terrazza, una piscina a sfioro di 58 m2 e un grande prato di erba artificiale sul retro della proprietà.

La villa è completamente attrezzata se si desidera cenare in, e ha anche un barbecue a gas, un tavolo da pranzo a Naya e divani esterni per pigre serate estive.

Ci sono tutti i fantastici ristoranti, bar e, naturalmente, la spiaggia di Moraira a soli 10 minuti a piedi.

In alternativa, potresti essere a Javea, a Calpe o in una baia isolata a breve distanza in auto o in taxi.

Anche la vivace località di Benidorm, con i suoi parchi tematici e acquatici, è facilmente raggiungibile.

Spacious villa in a fab location!

A large comfortable villa with excellent outside space and secure driveway. Brilliantly located a short easy walk from moraira centre, beaches and weekly market. Excellent communication from host and quick to help with any concerns we had.

Lovely villa in Moraira

Pictures don’t do this villa justice. The outside area is perfect mix of shaded areas and sunny parts. Infinity pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool Ideal for a large family as the bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. Absolute bonus was the great little restaurant Ca Pepe at the end of the road.

Great villa

The villa was much bigger than we thought. So much space inside and outside. Really well equipped and the pool was fantastic. Great spot within walking distance of the town and beach. Couldn't fault it. Great time had by all.

Great villa and pool

Lovely large villa with a great pool. The villa is mostly set up perfectly for 8 people; room for 8 to eat outside in the shaded naya or inside, 8 sun lounges etc. The only shortage might be on wine glasses. Good location, c. 15min walk to centre of town and less to the beach.

Fantastic Villa, fully equipped, tastefully decorated. The infinity pool is wonderful, we all enjoyed our stay it was home from home, great for the Grandkids. We would not hesitate to book this Villa for our holiday next year.

Great stay

Stayed here for 6 days around the new years. The house is very conviently located within a 15 min walking distance to Moraira and many restaurants. The house itself was excellent with all the amenities you can think of such as a well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall this house is absolutely recommended any time of the year!

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach

From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Fabulous, better than expected !!

We have just arrived home after spending 5 weeks here, Location, Quality and Size of the property was fantastic. As stated in a previous review, the place is better than the pictures suggest. The owner was great with communication and fast to rectify any issues. Would highly recommend 10/10

Lived Up to Expectations

We had a super week at this villa which was spacious and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We particularly liked the electronic shutters both in terms of security and totally excluding light, the beds which were comfortable and how quiet it was. Communication with the owners was excellent at all stages. We got transport to and from the airport from a company recommended by the owners, we used two taxis to get shopping home, but otherwise everything was in walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and Kostas!, our fav around 30 minutes, but worth it. We do hope to return.

Superb Villa in a Great Town

We stayed at Karen and Andy's villa during late June/early July with 4 teenagers and had an absolutely terrific time. The villa itself was more than large enough for our party being incredibly spacious as well as very well appointed. So well appointed that we were incredibly lazy and spent much of our time relaxing around the pool! Moraira itself is a short walk away and has plenty of wonderful restaurants to eat at. Although we did develop a soft spot for Ca Pepe which is just at the end of the street. Another bonus is that the local Pepe La Sal supermarkets will also deliver any groceries for free. Communication with Karen and Andy was also flawless with very quick responses and a very informative information pack was waiting for us upon arrival. Overall this villa is THE place to stay when visiting this part of Spain.

Fabulous Villa

This was a wonderful villa which delivered exactly what was described. It was perfect for our family, including a baby. The property was in a very good and quiet location within easy walking access to Moraira. It also felt very safe with gates and an alarm system. The villa was amazing with 4 good sized bedrooms, lovely bathrooms/en-suites, excellent air conditioning, and a lovely kitchen close to the very large covered terrace and wonderful infinity pool. You have everything you need to cook for at least 8 people, a great (clean) BBQ and we didn’t feel anything was missing. There were 8 sun chairs, a large outside table with space on the terrace to enjoy the outside weather the whole time. There is also a good mix of sunny and shady areas which are needed, because the pool area is in the sun most of the day. The villa itself was very nice and very well kitted out and it was a pleasure to be there for two weeks. We did have one issue which was sorted very quickly by the owners and did not inconvenience our holiday at all. The speed of response is important to me and showed that the owners cared about us having a lovely holiday. Indeed, the owners of the property were easily contactable during the whole booking process and made our holiday complete. If you are looking for a villa that is ideal for a large family group, I can’t think that you would be disappointed with this property and location. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our two week break .

We live in Dorset on the south coast of England, with our 4 daughters. We work long hours but make time for family holidays and we look forward to our trips to Moraira and try to come out several times a year.
If we go for a week or less we can fortunately fly from our local airport but we always like to take the ferry to northern Spain and drive down for our fortnight in the Summer.
This is the second villa that we have owned in the area. Our last villa was lovely but we improved everything that we weren't quite 100% happy with before, when designing this villa. We have had the villa built for the long term, but with the holiday market in mind, and have put our thoughts into the best location for us now, the next 10 years & beyond.
The villa really is our home from home.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love this area of Spain which is easy to get to by air and also possible to drive to, as it is not too far south.
Moraira is a uniquely charming town with an abundance of restaurants and bars, to suit all tastes and pockets. The town comes alive in the evening and has a couple of nightclubs and boasts several festivals during the year when they have live acts performing on street stages, dancing on the promenades and fireworks displays.
The fantastic beaches in and around Moraira are clean and have parasols, sunbeds and children's play areas. There are many coves to explore along with golf, water sports and numerous themes parks only about 1/2 an hour away.
The town has everything to offer us as a family now and our daughters as they grow up and want to go out without us!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our villa is within walking distance of the town, but far enough away that it is quiet. We have a larger than average sized swimming pool and our terrace is probably double the size of many other villas. We also have a children's swing set to keep any children amused.
We have everything inside the villa that we would have at home such as surround sound, large TVs and the full sky package. We also have a Sonos sound system for the lounge and the exterior speakers.
Our villa does actually seat 8 as many villas have a small sofa and a dining table that can in fact only seat 6 people, as well as not enough sun loungers!
Our villa would equally suit a large family, two smaller families, or couples, due to the number of bathrooms and the large interior of the property.
