In 2023 Akaysa Villa offers privacy & plenty of space if you wish to relax and socially distance in a safe environment but have easy access to local resorts and amenities.

Fully air-conditioned stylish and modern holiday villa equipped to an excellent standard with its own private pool and gardens. The villa consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms on three floors. The two ground floor bedrooms each have two single beds and a large terrace leading to private garden. The top floor has a further two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double size bed and own balconies with amazing mountain views.
The entrance and the living area is on the first floor containing a fully fitted kitchen, dining, and living area, including a further WC. The living room has a double sofa bed if required.
The garden has a 30 sqm swimming pool, kids paddling pool and a built-in BBQ.
The villa is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends enjoying a vacation in style and in a superb location. The villa is built over a large private 600sqm of garden. The quality and privacy of this super villa, combined with close proximity to all the amenities in Hisaronu, Oludeniz as well as Fethiye make this ideal holiday rental

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region: Fethiye is located in the south west Mediterranean region of Turkey. Dalaman International Airport is just 50km from the villa and Fethiye has a large bus terminus connected to all major Turkish hubs.
During the tourist season you can find many flights from major all European cities to Dalaman including (EasyJet, Flythomson, BA, Jet2,) besides the domestic & international flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines and FlyPegasus. Additionally Antalya Airport is a three hour drive to Fethiye giving you another access point.

Beautiful villa

Had a fab time here. It has everything you need in the villa close to shops bars restaurants. Taxi button our side. I was a little worried about checking in but it all was perfect the host was very helpful. Cant wait to come back soon

Family friendly holiday

Villa is nice clean, ample space for 7. Pool was well maintained and property management good and responsive. The area itself has some difficulty with intermittent water and electric supply outside of the villa owners control but this settled after around 10 days but did impact on convenience and comfort. Wouldn’t personally describe the kitchen as fully fitted as no oven, but a microwave and hob are supplied. Great location for accessing all the local activities and the villa is right next door to the a taxi call button which we would recommend if going into olu deniz as you need some taxi driver magic to beat the traffic!

Family Holiday

Great villa in Ovacik stayed 2 weeks in July. Plenty of space so didn't feel on top of each other. Nice size pool with enough sunbeds for all our party. Having stayed in area previously knew location of villa so was aware of the short walk to the main road for dolmus. This could be a problem with people with mobility problems but there is a taxi button right outside if needed. Ideally suited for visiting all surrounding area Hisaronu,Fethiye & Olu Deniz

Had a great holiday, villa was better than photos show. Julian looked after us well, even helped us arrange a last minute transfer for a late arrival of one of our party. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing villa

This villa was beautiful and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to Hisaronu or catch the dolmus. There were local supermarkets and lovely restaurants just a walk away. Julian was able to arrange a transfer for us from the airport and back again. We also had a welcome pack of food organised for our arrival. Julian was amazing and sorted out everything that we needed help with. We would most definitely go and stay there again.

Wunderschöne Villa zum Chillen

Ich mit meiner Tochter haben drei tolle Wochen in der Villa verbringen können, alles was zuvor besprochen war, wurde von Julian und Ayşe umgesetzt, wir wurden vom Flughafen Dalaman pünktlich abgeholt, ein Willkommenspacket war schon in der Villa für uns vorbereitet. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem.Die Villa mit privatem Pool wurde täglich gereinigt, die Lage war ruhig und zum Entspannen geeignet. Ich und meine Tochter genossen die 3 Wochen sehr. Julian und seine Ehefrau Ayşe fragten mehrmals nach unserem Wohlbefinden was uns natürlich sehr beeindruckte, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren sehr sehr netten Gastgebern. Wir sagen vielen lieben Dank für alles und würden diese tolle Villa und die lieben Gastgeber jedem empfehlen, liebe Grüße aus Deutschland:) Şükran & Dijan

Lovely stay..

Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, clean and comfortable, Julians attention and helpfulness was appreciated greatly. Having a private pool which was really clean was the icing on the cake.. It didn't turn out to be the quiet time we had imagined as our pool faced directly onto the road which at times was like sunbathing on a construction site, as major drain laying was in progress.. Obviously couldn't be helped but made everything very dusty and extremely loud at times.. Julian was apologetic, but out of his hands. This didn't spoil our stay and would be happy to book again in the future.

Relaxing time

The villa is beautiful and just as the photos show. Its a little out of the way from the bars and restaurants, but if you want a relaxing week by the pool in a quiet location, this is the ideal place to stay.

Akasya Villa

Our holiday at this villa was fab. Everything was as advertised. We were a group of 8 and the villa is very spacious with a lovely pool. It is in a good position with bars and restaurants in walking distance. There is a taxi button right outside the property to take you anywhere else and they are very reasonable. Julian was very helpful, giving us local information, arranging transfers and a welcome pack as we arrived late. That was very useful. We would definately reccommend his service. A great experience overall.

Fun in the Sun!

Six adults stayed for 11 nights in this beautiful Villa. Organisation before and during our stay was perfect, thanks to Julian. Our holiday started at the airport, where we picked up on time by private taxi and just got better. Although slightly outside the the villa is a taxi button, where it will turn up within 5 mins and costs around about £3 each way. Very relaxing holiday, the pool area is clean with plenty of space to main resort, if you're feeling active its about a 30 minute walk, alternatively outside sunbathe. All in all we would strongly recommend this villa to anyone who is visiting this beautiful part of the country.

Late summer sun

Would highly recommend this property. Communication was good prior, during and on checkout. The villa is ashort up hill walk from town but if you don't fancy walking a cab is really quick and cheap. Excellent location and finished to a high standard. Didn't expect it to be as good as it looked on the photos but it really was. Great value for money. My family has a super week.

Excellent holiday

We spent two weeks in this gorgeous villa. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The villa is very clean and the décor nicel. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and the property manger greet us and provided useful info. There are areas to sunbath and areas to relax in the shade which was needed in the July sun. The villa is situated in a quiet area of Ovacik but is not far from the restaurants of Ovacik and Hisaronu. We would walk down every evening but it is very easy to get a taxi if required from the villa's button. The kids loved shopping for genuine fakes in the Hisaronu shops! Our favourite restaurant was Yakamoz. We visited this twice. It is more expensive than most but the food and settings is worth the extra. They also pick up and drop back off from the villa. This was our second visit to this area of Turkey and I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return.

Akaysa villa

We had a brilliant and very relaxing holiday at this villa which was spacious and very comfortable. The booking experience was excellent with all necessary information being given at the required times. On arrival the accommodation lived up to expectations provided by the photographs and we particularly benefitted from help from the local contact due to some issues occurring back home whilst we were there. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and made good use of the barbecue. Although we had a rental car from Oscar we also used local transport which proved easy and cheap. The surrounding area provided good options for a varied holiday. Overall an excellent holiday and we intend to try to return to this place

Fab Ovaick Villa

From the minute we booked the holiday the managers have been amazing,from the start with great communication and lots of info, via telephone and email. Everything was seamless, the villa is beautiful, so lovely and spacious and the pool lovely, such a great size! We didn't hire a car this time, and we really didn't need it either as the shuttle bus was great, taxis easily available by pressing the call button outside the villa, and also used the Dolmus a few times. We mixed up days at the pool with days at Oludeniz Beach which is fab for adults and kids alike, such a gorgeous setting. We also chartered a private boat for a couple of days, brilliant time, beautiful food on board, snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing on deck. . . . wine...what more could you possibly want! The villa does not have wifi but Julian helped us a hire a dongle which was great for the kids. We to come back again very soon, Keeley, Steve and family xx

A great villa with good location

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. Comfortable place and the BBQ and the pool in the villa was great. Very close to the amenities and bars and restaurants. We walked up the mountain in the evenings and beach during the day. plenty of things to do. Highly recommended!!

Nice big villa with pool and mountain views

Had our late summer holiday in this lovely villa. Julian arranged transfers and was very helpful. We hired a car but was not essential as we used the villas taxi button to go out at night. The villa had lots of space and nice pool. Oludeniz is a wonderful beach, Hisaronu a nice resort and Fethiye was lovely and had lots of character

fabulous Turkey

This villa is lovely with a really pretty garden and fabulous pool and we had a very happy holiday here. The villa is very clean, light, airy and spacious with 4 bedrooms. Perfect for our party of 8. It has a nice open kitchen which is well equipped with high quality appliances. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and lots of shade or sunshine to suit everyone. The villa is within easy walking distance of all your holiday amenities. Great value for money as was eating out. We loved it and hope to come back as there is plenty to see and do in Fethiye.

Very nice modern villa with pool

Had a fantastic family holiday, we all really enjoyed staying at Akaysa villa, very happy! The villa is as advertised, beautiful and well kept. Located in a lovely peaceful spot but walking distance to shops and amenities in Ovacik. We used the cheap local buses in the day to get to Oludeniz and Fethiye. There is a handy taxi button at the villa which made access to Hisaronu resort at night very easy and safe for our teenagers to stay out later. The villa was clean and well equipped and the pool and gardens were well maintained. Transfers and welcome pack were arranged by Julian who was very helpful. We hope to return next summer, highly recommended.
