Villa Andreas has an ideal location offering a haven of tranquility and privacy yet being just a short walk from white sandy beaches, tavernas, excellent restaurants, bars, shops and all amenities. It offers a safe environment for families with children, being at the end of a private cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It is a luxury fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with its own pool, garden and patios on three sides, in a quiet residential area in the exclusive Mimosa development. It is equipped to the high standard expected of a modern villa, including a king size bed. There is free full WiFi and an iPhone5,6,7,X /iPad dock. Also Bose sound bar with Bluetooth, so you can stream all your music from your mobile phone. Just eight minutes walk from Villa Andreas is the beautiful Firemans Beach with its crystal clear waters which are ideal for swimming as it's in a sheltered cove. Eight minutes walk from there south is Malama Beach with Malama Hotel where you can keep an eye on your children swimming below from the hotel terrace: the Hotel facilities are open to the public including the water sports. There is a new cafe on the water's edge called Kalifi, from which you have a clear view of the beach. You can also drive to both beaches. The pool is 8m x 4m. It is the largest pool on the development. fully tiled and having full width roman steps, it is a joy to use, and ideal for children and those with limited mobility. It is a salt water system pool, which is ideal for your health and comfort. No stinging of the eyes, and perfectly balanced chemistry all the time. There are two beautiful daybeds with mattresses and towelling covers.
Electricity. Applies all bookings made after 19th March 2024.
You are allowed 25kWh/day free. This is about €12.5 euro/day.
For a week its 175kWh/week free. This is €87.5euro/week.
Any extra electricity use will be charged at the rate of €0.45 euro/kWh.
The meter will be read and photographed at the start and at the end of your stay.
I will calculate any extra and make a charge from your deposit, sending you the photographs.

Close to everything

A very nice house with a big clean pool. Well-equipped and good space for us, a group of 4. Remember, there are no cleaning during your stay, when aware of this there are no disappoinment. Everything is close. We will return.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful holiday in the villa. It has all the facilities you could need, very comfy beds, sofa & outdoor seating. Best thing about this villa is the pool it’s amazing!!

Villa Andreas

The villa has an excellent outdoor area and the indoor space is fine. We were left with a feeling though that the glitzy, shiny images portrayed by the photos weren't necessarily an accurate representation of the villa today. A lot of the fittings and equipment were in a state of disrepair, specifically bedroom blinds that didn't close, outdoor furniture that was grotty and falling to pieces and the outdoor shower area that we were expected to use before entering the pool was somewhat inaccessible due to the adjacent shrubbery. To be fair this didn't spoil our enjoyment of the villa nor of our holiday but we did think that either the photos advertising villa Andreas should be updated to reflect its current state or a slight refresh of the property would be beneficial. In terms of the location you really do need a car if you stay at villa Andreas, the local bus service (101) does not come anywhere close to the villa and its some distance to the nearest bus stop, not ideal if you've got all your gear for a day at the beach, or indeed just looking for an alternative destination for an evening out.. Kapparis is quite limited.

Good house for scandinavians

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Andreas. The house was well equipped and perfect for a family. The outside areas was clean and in good shape. The villa is very private situated at the end of a large villa complex. We enjoyed the pool with the roman steps, so good for the kids. We went there outside of the season, in the beginning of April. The nights were cold, luckily the landlord David was very serviceminded and provided us with warm quilts. In particular we are very pleased with the service from David. Very polite, serviceminded and quick to reply. Thanks for a great stay, the whole familiy enjoyed every second.

Home from home with a great pool

We visited Villa Andreas in May and found the property beautifully presented and exactly as described by the extremely helpful owners. All the facilities were of excellent quality and in perfect working order. The property itself is of high standard, clean and modern. The gardens are well kept with plenty of different areas to relax, dine and play, and the pool which is larger than most was warmed by the morning sun. Although we travelled as 4 adults the villa also had the facilities for very small children such as a cordoned off play area out of direct sun to protect small kids from going in the pool without adult supervision, toys, high chair and potty. In the local vacinity was the beutiful firemans beach which is not very busy and great for a relaxing days sunbathing or snorkelling. There are also many bars, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance which we used a couple of nights. All the food was of a good standard. Although we had a hire car, we mainly took the bus that runs from the top of the cul-de-sac and takes you to Protaris or Ayia Napa for just 1,50 euro on our evening bimbles. Protaris was only 15 mins and Napa 30 mins. We had the most wonderful time at Villa Andreas and having taken holiday rentals in Cyprus before, I can say this time was certainly the most special.

Beautiful villa in such a chilled out area, had a fab time away! Would def come again.

We wanted a week a week away to make the most of the sun and do not a lot and hats exactly what we got! This villa was ideal for myself my partner and my lil toddler. The space was ample for all of us and would deftly come back with family again. The villa has literally everything you may need and the local taxi company will happily run you over to the big supermarket to stock up if need be. There are local small shops too, and a selection of restaurants too but we made the most of the barbecue and sitting by the pool. There is a lovely little beach just a 5minute stroll away with some lovely coves you can go down and venture out too and watch the beautiful sun go down too. I think we went just start of season so was lovely and quiet and mostly locals around us which was ideal. The owners were absolutely lovely and helped us with all our queries both before and throughout our stay and couldn’t thank them enough for being so kind. Great place great location and add the weather- can’t go wrong! My toddler highly approved of the outdoor seating areas too :)
