This adorable little studio cottage is located in a private association with beach just 200 steps away! The property has one Queen size bed and sleeps 2 adults max. Accommodations include a fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom with shower, a Roku Smart TV with free wifi, air conditioning, a cute little deck with café table and chairs, and off-street parking for one car. Bed linens, towels and beach chairs are included. There is a maximum of two guests and one vehicle permitted at any time, this is not a place for entertaining. Please Note: There is a larger house next door that is also available for rent, sleeps 4, visit VRBO 694278. My husband and I wanted to surprise his family as they were staying in their own rental one street over from this one. They were so happy to see us and we had a awesome time! Just perfect

A lovely cottage, furnished with everything we needed, just a few steps from a small beach at the end of the road. And, there is a lovely 10 minute walk to the town beach, too. Host was very accessible, but we didnt need to contact for anything. Neighbors are friendly, great little surrounding community and close to grocery stores. Many fun things to do in the area!

A hidden treasure

Quaint Little Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this romantic little hideaway. From exploring hidden trails to the town beach, to cooking a nice little dinner before watching the sun set over the sound, to enjoying easily accessible local cuisine, this little nook is perfectly suited for a short or extended beach getaway. We will definitely visit again.

We stay two or three nights on the way to and from Cape Cod. Usually in a B&B. Decided to try the cottage experience. 51 Uncas was perfect. Upkeep fantastic. Tanya very responsive.

Little beach house Clinton

Cute little house with a front porch 1/2 block from the beach in a nice neighborhood. Small space kind-of like a hotel room with a kitchen but great space to stay to be short walk from the beach. Short drive to Madison and Guilford.
