Recientemente convertido casa para dormir 6 con una gran piscina cubierta climatizada mantiene alrededor de 30 grados y una gran terraza interior / exterior con vistas espectaculares al valle de Rother. Tres dormitorios, uno grande y dos grandes bouble gemelos, uno de ellos en la planta baja. salón independiente, zona de comedor y cocina más utilidad. Césped plus jardín amurallado y el acceso a un campo. Cuenta con Wi-Fi y está a 200 metros de la tranquila localidad de Burwash Weald con su bar local, a 10 millas de la costa de Sussex y 3 millas de Batemans.

All good, would be nice if the underwater lights worked for a relaxing ambience. Nice to see new carpets and a lick of paint. And as usual the housekeeper Helen was always accommodating and nothing was a problem for her.Thanks Again Helen.

Absolutely amazing!!

My family have just got back from our stay (in December). Can't wait to go back. This house is stunning! Large historical converted property, with some original features still visible adding to the overall charm. All bedrooms are spacious & lovely with their own bonus features, the master bedroom is especially beautiful. Big, lovely living room. Home is very clean & tidy. Lots of storage. Radios, TVs, games, books etc. The kitchen had every utensil etc you could ever need. There is also a utilities room and downstairs toilet. One of the stunning bedrooms is downstairs, making it more accessible too for anyone who needs it. The property & garden are much bigger than can be portrayed in photos. Lovely large outdoor space, views of nature as far as the eye can see. Brilliant facilities. I saved the best for last - the pool!! We were blown away by how great it was! The pool itself is warm, very large, extremely clean, has a deep end, and a skylight above the pool. I loved the style & ambience of the pool room, the room is very large, warm, with lots of seating areas, heated towel rails, towels, a toilet & shower room and glass doors that lead out onto the decking & huge garden area. I spent most of my time in the pool. Lovely pub serving great food short walk away. The price is great too, the value for money is brilliant. Booking was swift & easy. Special shout out to Helen the Co host!! Who made our stay great with all of her help & extra treatshe thoughtfully added for us!

Needs updating

Pool Lovely but some facilities poor. Very uncomfortable upstairs single mattresses and lounge chair. Towels and bathmat threadbare. No cereal bowls and chipped and mismatched crockery.

A lovely place to get away

We hired the venue for the weekend to celebrate my wife's 60th. The pool area was a great focal point and wet-weather option and the view across the High Weald is stunning. The area has walks and pub lunches all on hand. Helen couldn't have been more helpful and was always available to help with any questions. We were always in safe hands. Thank you Helen, I'm sure we'll be back!

Lovely stay

Booked for the pool and a family catch up. The pool is fantastic but the house is also warm and relaxing. Everything you need for a week stay. The host was easy to contact and efficiently dealt with a query on arrival. We are already looking to book again.

A wonderful stay

We have stayed here many times and always have such a lovely time. The pool is amazing, the house is lovely in a beautiful area. Helen always makes us feel so welcome, we cant wait to come back again!

Return Visit

Last stayed here 3 years ago and whilst we enjoyed stay there are very clear signs the property is in need of updating and a deep clean. The pool itself was clean and warm but some tiles are missing on the steps into it making anyone entering cautious. Some of the bedding was torn and one stained. Mattresses could do with renewing along with the towels which smelt musty. Overall just a lick of paint and clean would help.

Second time staying

This was our second year staying here. You can’t beat having the pool on site and all to yourselves. Great pubs and places to eat nearby. Safe for the small dog and kids. Nice and clean. Great for peace and quiet

Incredible Private Pool

Stayed at the property for the first time, and our first time booking via Vrbo. From start to finish the communication received was fantastic, and Helen was a pleasure to speak with and always allayed any concerns. During our stay only had 1 minor issue of the hot water going off, but within 10 minutes of speaking with Helen the problem was resolved. The property itself was immaculate, warm & comfortable. The pool within the house was to die for and myself, parents & teenagers spent a good chunk of the break in there. Would highly recommend this place if you are after somewhere with your own pool to chill out in, and scenic country drives too, whilst still being within range of coastal destinations.

Family break

We booked this property as our grandchildren love playing in a pool so to have our own pool was amazing with at least 4 sessions per day! The pond in the garden looked a bit unloved but when we went to it on Saturday there were a number of damsel flies and out of the water there were dragon flies emerging and flying away. There were also newts in the pond. Great stay!

Perfect weekend

We had a lovely stay, enjoyed swimming and then a nice walk. Found a lovely pub nearby, food was great. Plenty of space, kitchen well equipped and everything was good from start to finish. We hope to return soon. Thank you 😊

Amazing stay!

The photos don't do it justice - my friends and I had the best weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life, the pool is just fantastic. Gorgeous views from the balcony. So cosy and warm and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Can't wait to rebook! Thank you so much.

Lovely house with gorgeous pool

Really lovely house with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay with family and friends. Have visited 9 times over the last few years. The warm pool is the icing on the cake. Helen is always super friendly and helpful.
