Impeccably Clean, the reviews speak for themselves!

Located at Siesta Beach House, 5950 Midnight Pass Road, this luxurious Beach Townhouse, is just steps to its private beach entrance. Totally renovated top to bottom March 2025 after Hurricane. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhome is amazing and the best unit in the complex. Well, 302 is a close tie but that's mine too. Check out VRBO#853790 and 314 VRBO #2265480
Only of the few with a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. No need to go to the laundry facilities and waste valuable vacation time!

The downstairs features a custom eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dishes, utensils, pots, pans and everything you need a kitchen is there, to make you feel at home! The large living room has a bistro table, reclining couches and Smart TV with Wifi access so you can use your Netflix, Prime or whatever account. Secure free wi-fi included.

The bedrooms are upstairs and feature a king master bedroom with full bathroom. The second room features a queen bed and full hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms also have their own flat screen TVs. The unit is beautifully decorated. It is a mere minute stroll to the beach, where you can find comfortable beach lounges and chairs provided exclusively for the use of the guests of Siesta Beach House free of charge. No need to carry beach chairs, we have them there for you! Our after hours service will put the chairs away for you.

Siesta Beach House also has a heated swimming pool, shuffle board courts, and grills. For your convenience we also have grill utensils, please bring your own charcoal.

Siesta offers the most beautiful beaches in the world with sugar white sand that earned #1 US ranked beaches. Siesta Key has been voted top vacation destination by many vacation critics. The condo is close to the village, where you can find amazing restaurants, including some of my favorites: Sun Garden Cafe and The Cottage.

All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. We use duvets and duvet covers so you can rest assured freshness and cleanliness will await you when you enter this unit. NO DIRTY COMFORTERS HERE! The unit is tiled throughout so no dirty, smelly carpets here either! We were already super clean before super clean was "a thing"...look at our reviews.

Free wi-fi and parking are also part of this unit. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a beach cart, beach toys, umbrella and a cooler for your convenience. We have a hair dryer in the master bedroom. Iron and ironing board as well.

You can't go wrong, you've found the perfect gem for your stay. You will be glad you chose this place if you want quality, cleanliness and comfort.

Please bring your own toiletries. We do not provide shampoo or conditioner. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

Spring Break

No complaints, other than beach access. The gulf side gate guys defended that place like Fort Knox. Packing for a beach day with small kids made it much more of a hassle than just driving down to the public beach-which we ended up doing.

Family Vacation

Traveling from out of state via airplane. The house had everything we needed: beach accessories including an umbrella, toys and towels. The house was in the perfect spot. Easy access to restaurants, shops, ice cream and even pickleball & tennis courts. The community pool and private beach access was perfect. Loved having our own private laundry machine and dryer. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Great location….other than a mistake, could have been great

Great location Unit has everything you need as a family We had an issue with checking in, code was not setup, host was not responding. Then had to call VRBO, after 1.5 hrs, finally VRBO got to the host. Unit was not clean and was setup for a wrong date. Host cleaned it in no time with her team, and refunded us a night given the fact the day was gone byt the time we checked in.

Beautiful Siesta Key

We had a wonderful time in Siesta Key. The Townhouse was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed and it was only a short walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. The living room was so comfortable with the recliner couches. We appreciated the dedicated Parking Space. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in beautiful condo!

We absolutely love siesta key and this unit was perfect for our family. We loved the close walk to the beach, how quiet the area was and how clean the condo was. It was especially nice to have sand toys and a wagon for the kids. It was also great to have everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food instead of eating out everyday. The owner was prompt with communication and we very much appreciated the option for a late checkout. We will definitely stay here again and refer this condo to our friends! Thank you for an amazing week!

The perfect get away

We had a great time. We loved the short walk to the beach and was even married while we were there. Everything was nice and quiet, except for the construction across the street. Wish we knew what to expect but it is what it is. I understand progress and all. The unit was just what I would expect as a " beach house". I loved the cozy atmosphere. We hope to return one day and hopefully we can rent this unit again or one similar.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is located between two “hubs” of restaurants but further from the village. The 2nd bedroom shows 2 beds but the twin is a trundle under the full bed. Overall it was clean and had everything we needed. The king bed is comfortable. There is a lot of construction across the street. I recommend a golf cart rental.

Very beautiful home

We truly loved this property. We liked how easy accessible the beach was and how she supplied all the necessities such as towels, sand toys, wagon, and umbrella. We really enjoyed how close restaurants and shopping were. Everything was literally less than 2 miles. I definitely recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

4th of July

The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities you would possibly need. We especially loved the provided beach cart, cooler and umbrella. The private beach was great. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Fireworks on the white quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach for the 4th of July was definitely a memorable experience for the entire family. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The beach is conveniently located just a few minutes walk. Unfortunately, the beach space for Siesta Beach house occupants is between the signs of the two neighboring hotels and it is enforced to stay between the signs creating a small beach space for guests of Siesta beach house. This 2 bedroom location is fully equipped and has a small washer/dryer. The upstairs tile needs a lot of re-grouting and tile replaced as there are several broken pieces. The tile in the master bedroom flexes when you walk on it and the tiles are very noisy when walking on them as some are not secure since the grout is no longer present. All bathrooms have newer sinks and vanities but the master bathroom shower has not been maintained. The shower needs the tile floor and caulking replaced as it is moldy in many places.

I live locally in Sarasota and feel this is the best place in the world to live! I have travelled extensively and can say without hesitation that our beaches are the best in the world. I fell in love with this unit because it was so perfectly remodeled, decorated and because its proximity to the beach.

I own another unit across Midnight Pass on the Bay Side if you are interested in a smaller, one bedroom unit. It too is adorable. Please see it VRBO property #672022.

Why they chose this property

It was completely updated and remodeled in 2015 and it is steps for the private beach. It is beautifully decorated. I am a stickler for details and it is important to me for you to have a perfect stay and enjoy your hard earned time away from home. I want it to feel like a home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Steps to the private beach! Clean, perfectly decorated. The front has a wonderful terrace with table, umbrellas and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors right at the townhouse. Not many beaches have earned #1 Ranking in the US, but Siesta has! You will fall in love and return again and again.
