St Crispin's è un bungalow con 3 camere da letto che può ospitare 7 persone. Ha anche un lettino da viaggio, seggiolone, seggiolino, ecc. Per un bambino.
Una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto in famiglia. Nuovissimo ripostiglio tenuto fuori dalla cucina con lavatrice, asciugatrice, congelatore e lavandino. Accesso al giardino attraverso il ripostiglio. Ampio salone luminoso e arioso con soffitto con travi a vista e accesso al balcone. Il salone e il balcone hanno una vista spettacolare sul mare e su Combe Martin, il balcone è il luogo perfetto per sedersi e mangiare pesce e patatine e guardare il mondo che passa. Camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato con doccia, ampia doccia doppia, WC e lavandino. C'è molto spazio per la poltrona aggiuntiva in questa stanza, perfetta per un bambino ma abbastanza grande anche per un adulto. Altre due camere doppie situate ai lati del bagno principale, che ha una vasca con doccia multigetto sulla vasca, lavabo e servizi igienici. Tutte le camere da letto contengono armadi e una cassettiera per il vostro uso.

Great stay!

The property was better than expected, the photos don't do it justice. Beautiful location overlooking the bay and fantastic sunsets. Very clean, well equipped and spacious even with 3 adults and 4 children. It's on a steep short road, but within walking distance of shops, beach and pubs. Great base to explore North Devon and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect views

This all about the view. Possibly the best view i have ever hsd from a property in the uk. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Nice size rooms , everybody in my party happy.

Did not receive my pre arrival details but through Vrbo spoke to the property owner who was extremely helpful - did not receive the 2nd email but it was already explained very well over the phone. Property has amazing views, very well looked after and remarkably clean. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again. Thank you

Immaculate bungalow with a stunning view

Lovely bungalow in a great location. As others have said the view is just wow! Short walk down to the village and beach and right on the coastal path. The bungalow itself is a really good size and was immaculately clean and tidy. Spacious kitchen had everything we needed and the separate utility was great. There was only myself, the hubby and our dog but a larger family could easily be accommodated here. DVD’s, books and games were an additional thoughtful touch.

Exceptional

Property is immaculate with attention to detail throughout making it a very comfortable stay. Views are too beautiful for words. Weather was not too kind, but we enjoyed the location exploring Heddon Valley and surrounding area. Enjoyed a delicious authentic curry at Barricane Beach, Woolacombe. We really hope to return next year.

Quiet Spot with a Picture postcard view

St Crispins was a great weekend away with not the best weather but the view spoilt us even with the rain. All facilities you need in the house, with plenty of space to share inside and out. Up a steep slope for those who are less mobile but you can drive up to the front of the house and the steps up to the house with hand rail are very good. All as per description by owners, thank you for our stay.

Stunning

The property is beautiful, it has everything you need, and to top it all is the view just WOW. Very dog friendly and garden out the back was secure. Morning tea out over looking the bay, really what more could you want. Combe Martin really is a beautiful place, very dog friendly, great pub on sea front that you can just watch enjoy food and drink with more stunning view of the sea right there in front of you. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property.

Base for Coastal Path walking

Excellent location, right on the coastal path, with stunning views and a short walk to the pub. Well equipped, clean and large rooms. Would recommend.

Comfortable bungalow with great views

Really enjoyed our stay in the property which has very impressive views from the balcony/ lounge over Combe Martin bay. The description was accurate and communications with the owner were good. The property is located on a steep hill with steps from the parking area to the front door but this wasn’t a problem to us. Only improvement would be some more comfortable patio chairs to enjoy the outdoor space. Others would happily recommend.

Fabulous

This is a perfectly situated property, the views are simply amazing. This was our second stay here, and we were lucky enough to have outstanding weather so had stunning sunsets most evenings. Property was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Only 5 mins walk from a lovely pub overlooking the beach and various shops etc. Also many beautiful places to visit along this coastline, wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect short break

Fantastic property, amazing views of the coast, Very clean & well appointed, every thing you need to enjoy your stay. Lovely walks from the property only a few minutes walk down to the beach. Very friendly area. Excellent communication with host. We will definitely book again.

Lovely place

We were there for 4 days and had a lovely time. It is a beautiful location. The sunsets were amazing. We were blessed with beautiful weather which is always a plus. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be that having two sun loungers would have been a real plus, but besides that I could not fault it. We will be back in September hopefully. Charlotte

Lovely house in a lovely location

We had a lovely stay at St Crispins. The house had everything we needed, and more (like foil, hand soap, dishwasher). Thighs definitely got a good workout walking down and up the hill several times a day walking the dogs down to the beach! Great communication with Alix.

We have just got home from a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, an incredible view (we think the best in Combe Martin!). The house is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We absolutely loved our trip and we were really sad leaving this morning. Will definitely be back! Thank you! Xx

We have spent many weeks in Combe Martin at our parents home with our three children, exploring the different beaches and rock pools and different days out in the area.
We have also been on many different walks around the area so any advice you would like on the area please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We bought our parents place because it is in such a fantastic location with superb views out to sea that we couldn't let the property leave the family. It also means we still get the opportunity to visit from time to time.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Once you arrive at the property you can park up at the property and leave your vehicle for the duration of the stay. Everything in Combe Martin is within walking distance. The beach, shops, plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from.
The USP is definitely the view - you will not be disappointed!
