Mill Cottage è un ampio chalet arredato secondo uno standard elevato. Offre camere da letto di dimensioni generose e un solarium e un patio con vista su un bellissimo giardino perfetto per rilassarsi e fare il barbecue. Il cottage è ben attrezzato con TV satellitare (Sky), wifi e tutti i soliti elettrodomestici. Avvicinato dal suo proprio azionamento ha un ampio parcheggio per diversi veicoli. Situato sul confine tra lo Shropshire e l'Herefordshire, a soli 10 miglia dalla storica Ludlow, è il luogo ideale per esplorare lo Shropshire ei confini del Galles. Ludlow è rinomata per la sua gastronomia ed è famosa per le sue feste shakespeariane e gastronomiche e per un gran numero di fiere d'antiquariato. Ci sono una serie di bellissime passeggiate direttamente dalla porta, una rinomata pista ciclabile in discesa (Hopton Castle) a 10 minuti di bicicletta e opportunità per la pesca, l'equitazione e il ciclismo.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Pictures do not do this properly justice! It was beautiful inside and out. Spotlessly clean and had everything needed from a stocked kitchen full of utensils and cookware. Lounge with log burner with ample supply of wood. Beautiful surroundings. check in was hassle free. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. One of the family uses a wheelchair and walker but the property accommodated for this well. Great kitchen with all the facilities we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend break

This is a lovely property, better than we expected. The size of the lounge and kitchen helped as there were four adults so plenty of space to spread out. The grounds and garden were perfect for the dog. Location is good, close to Ludlow and Shrewsbury.

Weekend getaway

What a gem of a property in a fantastic peaceful location. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but really didn’t want to leave. The grounds are absolutely amazing. The house itself is lovely with everything you need for your time away. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

WOW what a find

Upon walking into the property our first impression was WOW. This carried through to the views from every window, beautiful even on rainy days. The location of the property was ideal. After visiting the very busy Ludlow Food Festival we couldn't wait to get back Mill Cottage to relax. A space for each person to do their own thing. We felt as if we were living in our own bubble. PS the dog loved it too

Large, comfortable and lovely cottage fully equipped. Heating was available all the time but couldn’t cope that well in the lounge. The kitchen and snug were excellent. Couldn’t get the TV to work despite apparently having Sky. The internet is patchy but that’s only to be expected in a rural area. Beautiful around about with good shops in Ludlow. Tim was kind enough to provide a Christmas hamper. Bizarrely, suggest you take your own loo rolls!

Fabulous property in stunning grounds

Well equipped and characterful house. The photos dont do justice to how lovely it is . Cut off from hustle and bustle , no roads anywhere nearby but in easy reach of Shrophire landmarks . Older children will love the hidey holes, anyone with young children will need tp know the lake in the garden is easily accessible so you will have to take extra care

Beautiful English Cottage

The cottage is lovely with a beautiful garden. There is more than enough room and equipment for everyone. The only negatives we have is that the instructions to the cottage were not help. They said the postcode wont get you right to the cottage, but they actually took us about 2 miles away. The detailed instructions didn't have a starting point, so we ended up having to find the cottage on Google maps and work from there. We also couldn't find any instructions for the cottage so didn’t know what to do with things like rubbish or how to leave things when checking out. That said we'd love to visit again.

Back to basics, enjoy the great outdoors

Perfect had everything we needed. Beds soooo comfy, tricky getting up! Loved the extensive gardens, woodland and horses nearby were a great hit. Spent loads of time outdoors, cricket, badminton , football (we took these) not too hot thank goodness

They bought Mill Cottage four years ago and have enjoyed the challenge of restoring the cottage and its grounds. As a family we enjoy a number of outdoor pursuits all of which are readily available locally.
