Alpine Style House - Aviemore - In The Heart Of The Cairngorms National Park.
This is an ideal house for a family break or getaway. We understand the concerns guests have in these uncertain times. In order to protect staff, guests and ourselves we undertake extremely thorough cleaning at each changeover. We have removed many of the usual moveable items such as ornaments, books, games and DVDs in order to enable complete cleaning. For each party, we provide a sanitising kit which contains anti viral surface spray, hand sanitiser, anti viral wipes and other cleaning items. We wish to re-assure our guests that every reasonable precaution is being taken so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday or break. The house is a detached house set in quiet residential location, alpine style, which sleeps 8 + 2. There are spacious gardens to the front and rear, and the rear garden is secured by a 6' fence and gates all way round. There are outside patios, seating and gas barbecue. The in-door hot tub is available as an optional extra. This property is ideal for families and dogs are welcome. There is a large kitchen and dining area which runs through to a separate utility room, which is perfect for self catering and entertaining at home. The property is ideally situated in the Cairngorms National Park with plenty of leisure and recreational facilities in Aviemore and neighbouring villages and estates. There is a wide range of adventure and mountain sports on the door step.

Very nice and quiet location. House was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The hot tub was an excellent addition and we used it frequently. Totally recommend this property.
Accommodated 10 with ease - highly recommend for large families
Great place to stay, right in Aviemore, can walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood that is a few minutes drive from the motorway, 45 min drive to Inverness, 2.5 hrs drive to Edinburgh. We were a party of 10 (8 adults, 2 kids). We had a busy agenda, traveling all over Scotland, and this was in an ideal location for access to all. Had everything as described, very clean, plenty of room for all of us, 3 full bathrooms definitely a plus with all of us. Big, fully stocked kitchen with a few staples already provided along with a nice box of Scottish chocolates (yum!), laundry room, plenty of towels, linens. Didn't get to use the hot tub, only because of our crazy schedule. If we journey back to Scotland someday, will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful spacious property in Aviemore
The house is on a quiet estate to the north of Aviemore village. It is about a twenty minute walk / 5 minute drive to the pubs, restaurants and shops in the centre.
The property is very spacious with four good sized bedrooms, one with ensuite and two additional bath / shower rooms. It has a large well equipped kitchen / diner, and a reasonably sized, cosy lounge with wood burner. The gas central heating keeps the entire property very comfortably heated.
The utility room has laundry washer and drier and also a large microwave oven. The integral garage is used for storage, but there are a couple of bikes available for guests use.
All of the facilities were in good clean working condition and we had no problems at all with anything.
Highlight of the property for some of our party was the hot tub in the garden. This is a recent addition to the property and the owners were very keen to see that it was being used properly and chemical levels were correct etc. This was not in anyway intrusive and was appreciated by the 'Hottubbers'.
Overall the property was well above our expectations, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable long weekend there. We would happily recommend it for anyone requiring a large and well maintained property for a family or friends holiday in a great part of Scotland.

Great family accommodation
Property was very spacious and clean - great for our family (2 adults plus 3 kids) and 2 sets of grandparents and aunt. Beds were really comfy and house warm and cosy. Kitchen well equipped and location was straight out onto paths and tracks. Ample parking. Very close to local amenities (Co-op, chip shop & pizza place) and short walk into Aviemore centre. Would definitely try and book again when we go back to Aviemore.
Comfortable family home with easy access to trails and town
The Aviemore House was the perfect stay for our family get away. The house had a well outfitted kitchen, a cozy lounge and a bonus hot tub great after full adventure days. The host was responsive and welcoming.
Four days stay.Ideally situated ,great place that accepted three dogs which meant we could all go away together as a family.Lovely big house with the added bonus of the hot tub which our grand children especially enjoyed.
This is a great location. Host was super responsive to all my queries. Everything we needed was provided or could be picked up at local coop 5 min walk. The bonus was the free apples although nobody in my group would make me apple pie 😂
Fantastic house for a family group holiday in Aviemore. Plenty of space for everyone and house was well kitted out with everything we needed. Fabulous sunshine week to take advantage of Aviemore’s spectacular lochs and mountains.
Beautiful house perfect for a fab stay in Aviemore
The house was very clean with everything required for a pleasant stay. Good contact from the owner. Hot tub was ready, lovely and warm and relaxing and the supply of gowns & slippers was perfect. All in all a lovely house and a very enjoyable stay in Aviemore
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms were big with lots of storage space and the kitchen was well equipped. The jacuzzi spa was definetly a highlight for everyone.
The house is on a lovely scheme with a few play parks for the kids. There was easy access to the dual carriageway as well as into town and there were some nice walking paths close by.
Avril was very responsive to messages and made sure that my parents' covid tests were put aside for us when they arrived before we did. We really appreciated the help.
I'd definetly recommend the house for families with young children.
We loved this property.
Lots of space for everyone, including a massive hallway, so lots of room for the various shoes, coats, bags, etc that come along with 6 people! Nice spacious bedrooms with huge walk in wardrobes, so the place always felt tidy. Really well equipped kitchen, with plenty of plates, cups etc (so irritating when holiday accommodation only supplies the bare minimum!). Beds all super comfy. All lovely and clean. We had a slight problem with the boiler pressure mid-stay but the host was very helpful and quick to sort it out.
We all loved the hot tub, obviously 😊
Excellent location. 2 minutes from the Speyside way, which is amazing for a walk/run/cycle. 5 mins walk from Route 7, easily the best cafe/coffee shop in Aviemore (off the beaten track but accessed from Speyside Way).
We had a magical time in Aviemore enjoying all the area had to offer. The house was all we could have asked for, pretty hard to fault it. Thank you!
This property was great for our family - 2 grandparents, 3 parents, 1 teenager, 1 12 year old and a 3 year old. Avril was a most helpful host and we would definitely consider renting again. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
This was a fantastic spacious property for our stay 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room and lovely bedrooms and great hot tub, thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Amazing property that really made our family trip! Highly recommended! Thank you!
The house was clean, spacious and well equipped and in an excellent location. Check in was efficient and communication with Avril, the host, was excellent. It was perfect for our family weekend to celebrate my parents Ruby wedding anniversary. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to the beautiful town of Aviemore. Thank you.
6 adults and 4 children in our party for a 70th birthday. House was an ideal size. Very clean and quite comfortable. We didn't use jacuzzi because of its position in a garage. Only point of contention was checking out time of 10. When all beds have to be stripped. Work surfaces cleaned and dishwasher loaded it is too early for families with children aged 10,7 and an infant under 1. A later time was not possible and given the charge for 3 nights it was too much to ask of your clients two of whom were also over 70!
Great property for a family including a 5 month old. Clean and well equipped. House is spacious and the garden a great place to relax weather permitting. Great communication from Avril.
