This 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the 11th floor in the East Tower of Splash Resort, a quiet west-end location at Panama City Beach, but is still close enough to everything you need. Splash Resort itself provides unique amenities among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone, from young kids to seniors. We took great pride to provide you our luxurious and comfortable little paradise … Come to relax, unwind, and enjoy the perfect vacation you've been dreaming of!!!

Spring Break 2025

We had a great stay!! There was plenty of room for everyone. The view is amazing! We saw dolphins, sting rays and a manatee from the balcony. Definitely would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Phenomenal!

Johnathon was an absolute phenomenal host. He informed us ahead of time of an issue and offered a full refund. Honestly the issue didn’t interfere with my experience at all. The condo was absolutely beautiful along with a fantastic view of the ocean. My kids loved the beach toys they provided! They also provided beach chairs, umbrella and a tent! We overall had an amazing experience! We would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time. The kids loved the splash pad and the lazy river. The toom was clean. The bed was comfortable. This has been the best vacation experience we havehad in a while.

Overall Great Vacation

Our family had a great stay at Splash Resort! The room was great as there was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beach chairs were a huge plus as well. As for the resort itself, I do have a few recommendations. There is only one hot tub in the resort and it is horribly located right beside the children’s water park area so kids were jumping in and out of it constantly. They have plenty of spots to add in a few more which would be a huge plus. The lazy river that is listed is nonexistent as it didn’t work and it’s just basically another pool area. The Riptide Bar also was very inconsistent with hours as it seemed to just close whenever they wanted and didn’t stick to their listed hours. But in general, the resort was very nice and well maintained.

We had a fantastic time at the Splash condo. I took my 6 and 7 year old's and it was perfect for them. They loved the video game system and it was a perfect way for them to be occupied while I was getting dinners ready. I was worried about the elevators being slow because I saw that mentioned elsewhere and they were not slow at all! We got up and down easily. Absolutely loved the beach chair service! The owners were very easy to reach and answered all my questions before the trip. It was a great time for us all.

Our 3rd stay and we'll be back for more!

This is our 3rd stay at this condo. It provides more than 2 people ever need for their vacation. Prepaid beach service chairs plus additionally provided 2 beach chairs and umbrellas so you can sit comfortable at the beach longer is always a nice bonus. Great housekeeping this year - the condo was cleaner as I ever remember. We'll be back!

Excellent stay!

From the beginning, Jonathan was an excellent host. The property was clean and extremely well stocked with supplies. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys as well as booster chair and portable crib. Though we didn’t need those things it would be nice for families with small children. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware and small appliances. The large appliances were matched and updated. The bed was comfortable. It was cold so we didn’t use the many of the resort amenities. We were there to golf anyway and didn’t spend a lot of time there during the day. Overall we were impressed and would stay again.

Nice but can’t give it 5 stars

The stay was great. It was easy to contact the owner. Very convenient to places , yet far enough that you aren’t in the middle of PCB’s congested traffic. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because 3 days our beach chairs that were reserved for us for the week were occupied (not the owners fault). Also the king bed needs to be replaced. It was dished out and I felt like I was sleeping on a hill all night. When doing our final walk through as we left I looked under the bed to make sure nothing was left behind and the entire bed supports were broken.

We are so excited to have our little paradise to share with others. We live in Georgia and love to have family vacations few times a year. Panama City Beach is one of our favorite places, definitely top one for beach vacation destination! We bought this condo in Dec. 2015!

We came to Panama City Beach for a couple of vacations and fell in love with the beautiful sugar-like beach and gorgeous Bahamas-like water! We love this condo - great location, ocean front balcony, amazing beach views, and not-too-high/not-too-low 11th floor! Splash resort provides unique amenities among Gulf Coast resorts and fits everyone. Another big plus – it sits on un-crowded west end of the beach, but still close to everything we need. We hope you enjoy our home-away-from-home and feel as comfortable in it as we do. Thank you for staying with us!
