Holborn is a great central London location situated between the City of London and the West End. It's a very safe part of town and is popular with business travellers and tourists. It's the perfect spot from which to explore everything the city has to offer.

There are plenty of lovely neighbourhood shops and restaurants and you are also just a short walk from the world-famous Covent Garden, Oxford Street, West End & Bloomsbury. Ideal for shopping or theatre trips.

The apartment is also handily located for The British Museum, London School of Economics (LSE) & the legal district around Lincoln's Inn.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from both Holborn and Chancery Lane underground stations on the Central Line so it's super easy to get into and around town.

A little gem

Excellent location close to everything (tube, Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, British Museum)yet very quiet. Friendly and very helpful host. Would definitely come back!

Great location and works well for two couples

The location was terrific. The kitchen was small but worked remarkably well and had everything we needed. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable.

Brilliant location

We had a great stay in London and being close to the tube made it easy to get around and go to plenty of different things. The local Sainsburys and Waitrose enabled us to pick up a few groceries. There is also a good choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The flat is well equipped, with everything we needed. It was great not to have to take towels. We found the beds to be quite hard and they are small doubles. We would definitely recommend this flat.

Quiet and comfortable apartment in the centre of London

Very comfortable and attractive apartment near numerous points of interest. The British Museum, Covent Garden and the theatre district are all within walking distance. And so are two Underground stations giving easy access to the rest of London. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again

Very comfortable apartment in terrific location

My sister and I spent four nights here - ideal for us as we had a bedroom and bathroom each and plenty of room to spread out in the upstairs area. Nice area and close to two tube stations (although both are on the Central Line). It was perfect for us but the two beds were smallish doubles - may be uncomfortable for two people, especially if tall. Mandy was always available for communication and the housekeeper left essentials in the kitchen and bathroom to start us off. The apartment was safe and secure. Absolutely no complaints at all!

Very good location

This is a spacious, well maintained flat in an excellent location, about a 5 minute walk from the Holburn or Chancery tube stations. It was in a quiet courtyard, up about 20 steps, but there is an elevator (which would have been a good thing to put in the check in instructions, since we used the stars with our luggage before we saw the elevator). Very good beds. As with many apartment rentals, each of the 8 pillows seem to be exactly the same, which seems minor but can make or break a night for we seniors, The apartment was quiet, and everything worked as advertised. My only recommendation to the hosts might be to provide just a few staples- paper towels, tissue, maybe a couple of coffee pods. A very tiny investment would go a long way to make this and all rental apartments more welcoming. That said, this flat is an excellent choice for those needing 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Three flights up No Lift

Flat was full of treacherous thresholds with limited space in bathrooms. Best for the very flexible and quiet. Neighbors seemed very touchy even though we were very quiet and respectful as we came and went. We never let a door slam and only spoke in whispers in the communal corridor but there was a nasty note on the stairwell door that scolded us for making noise.

Overall the place needs updating of furnishings and blinds etc as it’s a little tired. And if there is major construction works in the apartments guests should be warned of this in advance. It was extremely noisey till almost 11pm at night with significant construction/renovatios

Great Location!

The property is in a fantastic neighborhood and location. We had plenty of space to spread out our things. Just a caution for anyone 6 feet or over, shower ceilings are short. Small thing, but worth mentioning. You can literally walk everywhere or hop in the tube- couple of blocks away. We enjoyed our stay!

Serene Comfort in Central London

My friend and I traveled to London to take in Theatre Week. We had a fantastic time, and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodation we chose. From the moment we booked, we knew we chose well. Our host was very punctual in confirming our booking, and details for how to get to the apartment were precise and easy to follow. The apartment is located in a very quiet area of Holborn, and we felt very safe and secure. The apartment is clean and very well-appointed, and within walking distance to Covent Garden, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, the Thames River, St. Paul's, and so much more. Holborn High Street with restaurants, shops , pubs, and grocery shopping is less than 5 mins walk away. If heading further afield, the Holborn and Chancery Lane Tube stations are 5 mins away. Access to/from London on the Elizabeth Line was effortless and economical. Our host provided excellent information and tips on how to get the most out of our time in London - thank you! All in all, a fabulous trip, and we will be back.

Wonderful Stay!

Flat as described. Located in the center of everything. Flat was clean and well stocked with towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. Easy check-in process and great communication with the owners. They immediately helped me locate the fuse box and replaced the Espresso machine as it was leaking water. Plenty of room for three adults. Bonus that a pub, The Old Nick is located right outside of the gate. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to explore London!

The apartment is very close to the Holborn tube station and there are many excellent dining locations close by. My favorite was The Bountiful Cow with The Ship Tavern being a close second. The apartment was very comfortable and the check in process of picking up the keys at a nearby convenience store went very smoothly. Our host Mandy provided excellent, easy to follow instructions with photos, which I greatly appreciated!

The neighborhood was good and close to all transportation. Listing says it is 1st floor but in the US it would be considered 2nd floor. Unit was clean, electrical outlets scarce and jury rigged. The elevator did not work, which was a bummer for my friends with health issues. Overall, I liked it and would return.

Great Central London Flat

A very comfortable, easy to manage flat and the location couldn’t be better. We walked to all the theatres, museums and galleries. I stayed for a full month and, other than a brief wifi outage (citywide) had to problems. Mandy was welcoming and helpful.

Nice ..... But

Apt. is 2 flights up. Elevator not working (no prior notice). Hot spell in London and no air movement - except for a couple of semi open windows and one 8 inch desk fan. Called and asked Peter for more fans and received nothing. Is very close to Piccadilly line & close to grocery outlet. Note-bedrooms small, especially second with no room for any luggaage. Otherwise was OK.

Nice, quiet and cosy place close to Covent Garden

Very clear and good communication with the owner which facilitated the check-in/check-out process and had lots of good tips & tricks on shops, restaurants, facilities, ... close to the place. A very good spot which I'd not hesitate to rent again and recommend to others.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The directions provided were easy to follow. The location is fantastic and we used transit to visit many popular sites. The pub down the street is quaint and there are lots of dining spots nearby. Very enjoyable stay!
