Huoneisto on juuri remontoitu korkeustasolle. Moderneilla huonekaluilla. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset kuin kotona. Nahkasohvassa on tilaa 3 nukkuvalle henkilölle. Mukava ja mukava sänky. Uskomaton poreallas mukavaan ja rentouttavaan iltaan parisi kanssa. Kompleksissa on 2 aidattua uima-allasta. Yksi aikuisille, yksi lapsille. 2 minuutin päässä lähimmästä rannasta ja tyypillisistä espanjalaisista ravintoloista. Älä tarvitse autoa, rentoudu vain lomallasi. Voit kävellä vanhankaupungin keskustaan ja nauttia kylän perinteisistä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. 10 minuutin ajomatka Puerto Banusiin. Voit bussilla vain minuutin päässä asunnosta. Great location.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable, we had an issue with AC unit water leaking in the unit. The owner was available to address the issue. Since the units is on the ground floor it is a bit noisy and sometime the swage smell in the bathroom was a lot.

Best Location for the money in Marbella

This unit is clean, well equipped, beds are comfy and the owner is A+. ( free nepresso coffee, sugar etc) The location is so convenient to beach, property pool and the famous promenade. It’s also 5-10 minutes walk to the center of the old town. Owner provided parking was a big plus. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Juan Carlos, Rose, and Carlos were great hosts and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience for our family. The amount of appliances and serving ware was very accommodating and made the apartment feel like home. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for us and very appreciated. The proximity of the apartment to local grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants was perfect.

What a relaxing getaway!

We loved this comfortable, well appointed place. Great for couples and single people. Juan and his family were amazing! They helped answer questions, made great suggestions. We had direct access to the beach plus an on premise pool. We were close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, taxi/bus stops, and health care (in English) if needed. Couldn't ask for more. Lovely place! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in marbella. It is just as shown on the photographs.The beach is just yards away and orange square a ten minute walk. .Bus stops are just outside the main gate. The hosts are nice people and the apartment is modern and clean with everything you need.

The condo was perfect for what we needed for. It was clean had everything we needed.

The condo was right by the beach. You had a vast selection of restaurant that you can choose from. You have to vist the old part of marbella. It's to die for. The owner was very helpful in getting us familiar with the condo and area.

The hosts were great but unfortunately there are a few factors that I don't agree on. They charged us almost 15 € for electric yet we were hardly in as we went out for lunch and for the day so we were quite put off with the fact that we had all the lights off etc we didn't use the washing machine tumble dryer or cooker for them to charge us that for 2 nights I'm very surprised! And I double checked and it says nothing on the listing to pay extra for electric. It's I the bottom floor and 2nd door down from the main entrance so everytime someone walked in and out the metal door would bang. Unfortunately people had been smoking in the apartment so everything stank of smoke towels the lot! It's a shame as the owners are lovely 🙁

Lovely apartment, BUT...

From initially booking this apartment the owner Juan kept in constant contact explaining information and being helpful in general! Offering an airport transfer etc. The apartment is very clean and is very comfortable for two people! The amenities near by are so close that you will not need a car unless you are venturing outside of marbella. It is also roughly €12 in a taxi to Puerto Banús. Overall the holiday was lovely! However, upon arriving at the apartment we were greeted by Juan and his daughter who explained to us that there had been previous tenants who had used a substantial amount of electricity and Juan ended up with a large electricity bill. Juan proceeded to explain to us that if we were to use an excessive amount of electricity then there would be some extra charges which he would take out of our €200 refundable damage deposit. This is somewhat understandable as electricity bills can be high, however after already paying €892. I was a little concerned. Juan proceeded to note the usage on the electricity meter upon arrival. Which I also did through a photo on my phone. Throughout the entire holiday the aircon was kept to a minimum and only used whilst in the arpartment, with lights etc. Only being used when required. Overall we used a total of around 150 kWh. Which in the UK 1000 kWh of electricity is roughly £20. When meeting with Juan to leave the apartment he again checked the electricity meter and calculated the total cost of our electricity. Which he then proceeded to take roughly €48 from our deposit for electricity. Firstly I was under the impression that we would only be charged for excessive usage from the initial conversation between us upon arrival at the apartment. Secondly there was no mention at all from Juan before arrival at the apartment in any of our conversations about extra charges for electricity usage. Thirdly I am confused at how Juan actually came to the figure of €48 extra charge for 150 kwh. I am fully aware that when self catering you provide your own toilet roll and food etc. But to charged extra for electricity when already paying €892 for the apartment without any mention of extra charges is something that confuses me greatly! If there had been previous advertisement of the property to inform us of these extra charges there would have been no issues. But there wasn’t! I strongly advise that when advertising this property in future that it is clearly stated that there will be extra charges for electricity

Excellent large studio with everything you need.

Lovely place to stay, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the beach. Across the road are bars and restaurants which we found very welcoming. We were made very welcome Juan Carlos and his family. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Juan was amazing, he responded quickly to all of my emails before we arrived. He picked us up from Malaga Airport for €60 which is cheaper than a taxi. The place is better than the pictures, so clean with everything you would need. Myself and 3 friends stayed here and it was perfect for us. It's right on the beach and has a quiet pool as well :) Close to a strip of restaurants and bars on the beach front and along the main road, within walking distance to the old town which is beautiful and a short taxi ride to Puerto Banus! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again :)

PERFECT - Clean. Spacious. Great Location.

The apartment is great value for money, and an excellent place to stay in Marbella Old Town. It is very clean and spacious (the pictures really do not do it justice). My girlfriend and I used the pool during our stay, and found that to be fine. The apartment is literally 100m up from the beach (via some steps). It is very secure, and a key is required to access the grounds and buildings. There is nearby on street parking, although a word to the wise if booking a hire car, the smaller the better. Having said that our car was larger than most, but we didn't have any incidents. Highly recommend staying here. Dan, age 25. Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights.

Een fantastische luxueus appartement.

Pluspunten: Het is een luxe, ruimtelijke en stijlvolle ruimte voorzien van modern meubilair, een keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur en een heerlijke whirlpool. De eigenaren doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Het verblijf staat in een rustige en goed beveiligde omgeving. De bus naar Fuengirola stopt pal voor de ingang van het beveiligde terrein en de bus naar het busstation in Marbella stopt aan de overkant van de straat. Winkels, boulevard en het oude centrum zijn allemaal op korte loopafstand en ook ligt het appartement dicht bij de zee en de boulevard. Minpunten: Er wordt een 'one bedroom apartment' aangeboden, maar het is in feite een studio. Er is helemaal geen slaapkamer, het bed staat namelijk gewoon in de kamer! Het is erg gehorig en je hoort voortdurend de buren praten en de hond(en) keffen. In de badkamer is te ruiken wat de buren koken. Er komt geen zon in de kamer en je moet wel heel erg schuin door het raam kijken om nog iets van de zee te kunnen zien. High quality furniture? Op de bank ligt een kleed vanwege ernstige slijtage van de kunstleren bank; pas na ons verblijf werden er nieuwe hoezen om de kussens gedaan. Er hangt een opvangbak voor water onder de airconditioning en de airconditioning functioneert niet goed om de kamer te kunnen verwarmen; er is vervolgens een nieuw verwarmingselement geïnstalleerd. De kosten voor gebruik van elektriciteit (o.a. airco, verwarming) die je achteraf moet betalen vallen erg hoog uit. Er is geen keukenhanddoek en droogdoek aanwezig en het servies is precies afgepast op vier personen, vier messen, vier vorken etc. maar bv. ook slechts twee mokken, twee wijglazen etc.
