Esta es una casa de 4 dormitorios de nueva construcción. (1 de junio el año 2016 proyecta fecha de finalización) Rancho casa con los 4 dormitorios en la planta principal. Casa tiene dos dormitorios suite principal con tres baños completos. Chimenea en el salón. techos abovedados en comedor y sala de estar. Concepto abierto. Tiene lavadero independiente. garaje para dos puesto de adjunto. Mezcla de madera, baldosas de cerámica y suelos de moqueta. Patio en el patio trasero. No hay pasos para llegar arriba en el hogar. Todo está en la planta baja por lo que esta casa es la silla de ruedas amistoso. Propiedad cerca de muchos lugares de interés: YMCA, gasolinera BP, parte superior de la colina, Tiendas Peninsula State Park. Durante la temporada alta de verano, principalmente de junio a agosto preferimos alquilar sábado - el sábado.

Everything we could have wanted!

This was our third year at this property. We keep returning because the house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We are three women ages 65-74 and there’s a bedroom with bath for each of us.

VERY Cozy & Comfy

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s very nice, very clean and super comfortable. Everything is on the ground level which was great for my elderly mother. And we loved having access to the garage. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The perfect home away from home!

Jeni was so easy to communicate with and the home is a perfect home away from home. We settled right in and had everything we needed. Clean and organized. Lovely property. Surprised with all the extras she had in the home. We are foodies and cooked a meal in, and found a zester for our lemons! Appreciated all the lil extras! Great location to get around Door County. Thanks so much!

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect spot for our family and a friend's family to do a weekend together in Door County. Great location close to downtown Fish Creek, and 15mins from all the other neighborhoods. House was clean and had everything we needed, and Jeni was communicatie. Would definitely reccommend/ stay again!

Great place for family gatherings!

Great home with a nice floor plan. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. Nicely decorated home! Plenty of helpful brochures and guide books on what to see and do in Door County. It was the perfect place for our family gathering. We all had a wonderful time!

Wonderful property!

This house was amazing. Very well-stocked and beautifully appointed. The moment we walked in the house we felt at home. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, including making s'mores. The kitchen and bathrooms had absolutely everything we needed, as did the laundry room. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful home, perfect location

This is our second time staying in this fabulous home. It is in the perfect spot. It is right in the middle of Door and close to everything, yet it is off the main road and so very quiet and peaceful. Jeni is just the best! So easy to communicate with and keeps her property spotless. The house is stocked with everything you will need. We love coming here as it feels like our home away from home. So comfortable too! We hope to return next year. Thanks again Jeni for another wonderful stay in Door County. :)

Perfect!!

We are three 60's aged women who like a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house for our annual foray into Door County. This is a beautiful home, perfect in every way. It is also stocked in anticipation of a guest's every need. We stayed here last year and hope to return for many more years.

Lovely home in a great location

This home is all on one level, which was great for some of us with knee issues. It was very clean and comfortable and much better stocked than most rental homes. We were able to park in the garage, which was a plus. The location is central to getting around on the peninsula. Check in was seamless. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it easily accommodated our group of five. All of my friends enjoyed the home. I would happily stay here again.

Wow, Just Wow!

Jeni's home in Fish Creek is fabulous. The pictures don't do it justice. So clean, spacious and wonderfully furnished. It was just perfect for our girlfriend's reunion. Close to all that Door County has to offer but away from the hustle-bustle. The home is stocked with everything you need and communication with the owner is superb. If you are lucky to have availability line up with your vacation dates, grab it!

Incredible place to stay!

This was our 20th annual ladies outing and this location was perfect. I really can't say enough good things about this place. There were 5 of us and the space was just what we needed. The cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfortable living area just right for late night talks and spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms made our stay so easy and welcoming. We shopped (certainly added to the Door County economy!), dined, attended a play and just enjoyed every moment of our visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay - we fully intend to return!

The Best Door County home!

We come to Door County with our six kids every summer and have stayed in MANY rental homes. I can say with complete confidence that this the nicest, cleanest home we have ever stayed in. This home has everything you could need, is nicely set up, and is in a great location. We walked into Fish Creek daily. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We hope to stay in this home next year and highly recommend it to others!

Roger and Jeni Ripley are the owners of this home at 9409 Gibraltar Pines Lane in Fish Creek. Roger has many years in construction both in commercial and home building. Jeni grew up in the Green Bay area and spent a lot of time up in Door County thru her childhood. Many summers were spent in Sister Bay, WI where her grandparents rented a place. She wanted to pass on these memories to their own kids. We have two daughters, Sydney (age 24) and Madison (age 20). Our kids are currently in grad school and college, respectively.
