Close to the 8th hole of the Ocean golf course, it offers a beautiful base for a great holiday. The property has great living space and air condition in every room. 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 2 floors. The 1st floor terrace at the front has sea views and offers a wonderful space to relax. The private pool can be heated at your request, at a cost depending on the time of year. The front patio has comfortable seating and sunbeds by the pool side. The back garden has a built-in BBQ and a large dining table perfect for summer evenings, or spring time breakfast. Steps leads up to a roof terrace with stunning views of the surroundings. Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay and gracious host at this villa in Vale do Lobo. This is our second time staying at the resort and, as before, had a wonderful experience. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well appointed to make us feel at home. Within minutes of the beach, amenities, and the many enjoyable aspects of the Algarve.

Great Family Holiday

The villa suited all of our needs and was in a great location - a home from home. The host and management company were really helpful and provided a great personal service to ensure our holiday was relaxing right from the start - thanks Betina and Marina and we hope to be back in VDL soon!

Beautiful terraced house in Algarve.

Great house with three very nice bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Well organised, furnished and everything needed. Easy to check in and very responsive host. Everything worked very well in the house. Shopping in the local supermarket is good, and very nice restaurants around. The pool is a bit small, and the distance to the great beach is about 25 min walking, so a good exercise. The area is well kept, however there has been a recent fire that has impaired the view from the back side of the house.

Family holidays

A chance for us all to get together. We chose this villa for quality and location. Betina was very helpful at all times and sent all relevant information prior to our arrival. The villa was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and provided a great setting for our holiday. There are activities nearby but they all add considerable cost to your stay. Guests should research membership if Val de Lobo to see what is available and associated costs.

This property was tired and in need of updating. Outside paintwork and woodwork need redoing. The barbecue needed cleaning and the rusty grills replacing and although management company responded it wasn’t until near the end of holiday they were replaced. The fridge freezer was defective and would over freeze in the fridge if door not pushed shut, also damaged inside.We had no response from the management company on use of the safe after we asked to use it. It was closed on arrival. We were also told they didn’t want us to use the alarm system.

Lovely villa but need transport for beach, shopping and restaurants

The villa is very spacious with great air con., lovely beds and furniture, In a lovely setting, although the fires destroyed the park at the rear. It takes around 25 mins to walk to beach etc. We managed without a car and used the excellent uber cars. Unfortunately we spent some time sweeping around the pool and clearing the pool filters when we arrived and there were cigaret butts and bird mess. The maid came twice during our week stay to clean indoors but didn’t change the towels. The lady who owns the villa is lovely but I think the management company are letting her down somewhat.

Férias espetaculares

Usufruímos da casa na semana de 10 a 17 de agosto, uma família de 6: casal, filhos de 10 e 19 anos e os avós. A casa serviu muito bem para todos porque cada um tinha um quarto com casa de banho. Muito confortável e bem decorada. Ótimo espaço para férias, ambiente seguro, calmo num aldeamento muito privado. A zona da piscina foi muito usada, apenas pediria para a próxima vez a piscina aquecida. Recomendo!

Estadia muito agradável e confortável

Foram 10 dias muito bem instalados numa casa confortável e tranquila. Quartos confortáveis e sala grande e cozinha bem equipada. Áreas exteriores um pouco apertadas com mobiliário a mais e tb a precisar de um maior cuidado.

A Beautiful home from home with a heated pool. Fantastic for ALL the family!

We had a fantastic stay at Betina's property which is located at the back of the Vale do Lobo community resort. The house is so much more beautiful than the pictures - we stayed as a family of 5 with children and grandparents and the property worked really well. Three spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, a beautiful living area with British TV and board games and x2 verandas to sit out on. Betina was SO helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations as well as helping us with a few issues whilst we were away. The house also has a local property manager - KG Villas- who were also fantastic and incredibly helpful! Betina's house has little added extras like parasols to take to the beach, floats for the pool and games which my children loved playing. The kitchen was also so well equipped and it made cooking when we weren't eating out really easy and enjoyable. Things I wish I'd known- there's an amazing Lidl just down the road for shopping as well as a convenience store on the resort. The pool isn't huge but is perfect for the kids to splash around in / float on a ringo and read. The house is at the back of the resort so walking down to the beach with young children is a challenge. It means a car or access to the resort mini-bus is needed but both are easy to do. The bugs are bad so insect spray is needed ( we were there in October.) People get really dressed up for dinner in the Golden Triangle in certain places - take your lovely dresses & going out clothes. Thank you to Betina for a lovely and really memorable holiday. We hope to visit your beautiful holiday home again!

Muito agradável

Casa com divisões amplas e muita arrumação. Ideal para familias. O quarto no piso térreo é ótimo para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Longe da praia, mas o serviço de shuttle funciona muito bem. Espaços exteriores muito agradáveis e confortáveis. Gostamos muito da estadia.

One week stay for May 1/2 term

The holiday was initially planned for Summer 2020, but we rescheduled due to the Covid uncertainty. The owner was very flexible around rescheduling/refunds due to the changing circumstances. The Villa was perfect for the 5 of us. It was bigger than we expected and the multiple gardens and terraces were perfect for catching morning and late sun. The heated pool worked well and could spend relaxing afternoons by the pool with the children. The checkin/checkout process was very easy and the managing agents provided us details on where to get the Covid tests done before we left. Overall we had a great holiday in the villa and Val do Lobo. We plan to go back at some point.

Perfect spot for a quiet family break

Betina, the property owner was highly responsive and kind. She gave us so much information about the villa and about things to do / where to eat etc. The villa itself was much bigger that we had expected. The rooms were all generous in size and the master had a lovely seated terrace outside, looking down on the pool. There is another roof terrace right at the top of the villa, so there is so much room! All creature comforts were provided: Wi-fi, hairdryers, al cooking utensils you could ever need, beach kit and kids car seats etc etc. It was like a home away from home!

Quintessential modern Algarve villa

Spacious, modern, private, well designed with living/dining areas inside and out to suit either morning, afternoon or evening summer days relaxing. Always a nook to "hide away". Ideal for our 3 generation family stay with "oldies" downstairs bedroom/ensuite and "parents and children" sleeping upstairs, both with ensuite or bathroom. Pool and surrounds are lovely with range of comfortable seating. Complimented by stunning Bougainvillia, hibiscus etc. Pool is visible from indoor living area so ideal for younger children. Location is very quiet, at end of gated street with aspect over pines. Balcony has the sea in the distance through the pines. We hired a car as had young children, but I walked via the golf course (mindful of guests teeing off) to the beach and praca easily for a 66 y.o. not so fit person. Furnishings, fittings and decor are quality. Decorated with a mix of interesting artwork, objects and family touches. Kitchen great and opened to outdoor dining area. Everything (including free wifi and air con throughout house) worked A1. Favourite nooks 1. The pool (late afternoon shade on hot days!), curled up on very comfortable outdoor lounge step away from pool, admiring the garden foliage. -2. The dining area in garden patio off kitchen for family dinners at end of the day. 3. The balcony off master bed upstairs. Relax with a glass of whatever and enjoy aspect through pines to sea (not into a neighbour's villa!) 4. Living area - curl up with a book from the library and savour the light, sun and space for all to enjoy. 5. Roof terrace at sunset. Photos do not do this villa justice. Host Betina has been excellent - genuinely warm, answered all my mundane questions, and prompt replies. What more can I say. For our family (Australian/English) it was a "once in a lifetime holiday" at Vale de Lobo where the weather was sunny, very warm but not "too hot", beaches not overcrowded, and safe, scenic location. The villa was all I hoped for and more. Thank you Betina for sharing it with us.

Lovely spacious villa

We are back from a lovely relaxing stay and didn't want to come home. The villa inside is so much bigger than you expect and very comfortable. The outside space is slightly smaller than expected but beautifully kept and sufficient for the three of us. There is everything you need from all kitchen items to towels. A local mini market is about a 10 minute walk, well priced and well stocked. There are also a Lidl and Aldi a short drive away as well as another large supermarket but we found it overpriced. The praca is about a 40 minute slow walk (it was warm!) via the main roads as we didnt find a short cut. It was lovely going for drinks or dinner and enjoying the music and relaxing. The resort bus seemed very popular and a great idea but my husband I like to get a walk in so preferred to walk. We would highly recommend the villa

Wonderful Villa!!!

It is always a little worrying when booking a villa on the internet.... However, I was extremely happy with my choice. My wife and I, along with 4 daughters 18,17,15 and 8 stayed here recently and were very pleased with this villa - size, cleanliness, furniture, facilities, location, well maintained/decorated, quietness from street noise - all boxes ticked! During our 9 night stay we made use of all the lovely outside space (pool/patio to the front of the house, BBQ terrace to the rear and also the roof top terrace). I personally enjoyed just sitting on the balcony outside the Master bedroom, over looking the pool sipping G&Ts and star gazing. The villa is on a gated road so no public traffic cars or people passing by which adds to the privacy and quietness which I put very high on my wish list. I would say because of this luxury that a car is very useful. Even though not that far from the beach 20/25 min walk (which my wife and I did a couple of times early morning to stretch legs and purchase a coffee and cake!!), it is hot and teenagers moan whenever they can! Anyway, a car gives you a chance to explore the surroundings. The older girls did manage to walk down to the bars in the evening without complaint! We ate out a few times but also had some lovely BBQs in the villa. Beds were very comfy and I have to say that for me I always need air con and happily it all worked fine around the villa - so great nights sleep. Overall, wonderful villa - would love to stay here again. I felt like Betina and her family really did want us to enjoy our stay - a few nice touches - books, dvds, board games and playing cards and a little book which they have all added their comments on the restaurants they have been to. Thank you Betina and Family!!!

Amazing! We loved it!

We were just blown away by this villa, it was just beautiful and so tastefully decorated. So comfortable(even the beds!), we were actually quiet happy to lounge by the pool and not leave the villa. It was so spacious, and had everything we needed. The kids (12, 3 and 16 months) had an absolute ball. We could honestly live there forever. We used the circuit bus which was great. We walked some mornings up to the praca and got the circuit bus back when it was getting very hot. We didn't need to use the air conditioning as whatever way it was designed it was quiet cool on the inside which is great when you have 2 smallies. Also we were supplied with a proper wooden cot as opposed to a travel cot. There is nothing we could fault, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. We really had one of the best holidays ever and we can't wait to go back! Betina is so polite and easy to deal with.

Outstanding

Outstanding accommodation. Clean, modern, spacious accommodation in a quiet location (at the end of the road). Several areas to relax, both shaded and unshaded. They capture where the sun is throughout the day. Convenient location within Val de Lobo. Good for all different age groups

Perfect family villa in Vale do Lobo

We've just returned from another great holiday at Casa dos Pinheiros. We have holidayed in Vale do Lobo for a number of years and this is by far our favourite place to stay. The villa is very comfortable, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. As has been mentioned before the photos do not do it justice. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within the Vale do Lobo complex, the villa is deceptively spacious with numerous different outside areas for relaxing. You can tell this is a much loved family holiday home with pool toys, board games, a selection of books and a personal guide to their favourite restaurants being just a few of the personal touches we found. The owner is always very helpful and easy to deal with and we look forward to returning very soon.

Ideal Villa

We recently stayed in this lovely villa in Val do Lobo as 2 families with 2 children. The Villa is located in a beautifully quiet area of Val do Lobo yet near all the attractions of golf and a quick hop to the supermarket. The house is beautiful. Large main living & dining area. Large well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and all cooking equipment) with outside dining area overlooking fields. Each bedroom has its own loo and shower. There is even a roof terrace for evening drinks or sunbathing with a panoramic view of the Area. Just perfect. The swimming pool is lovely and perfect for cooling off and our 2 kids spent hours in there every day. The beds are really comfortable and each room has brilliant storage and air conditioning / heating and blackout shutters if the sun wakes you early ! The family have left a book with all their recommended restaurants which is really helpful. I cannot recommend this villa enough. We will definitely book again. Just perfect.

We love the fact our villa is a quiet street in Vale do Lobo. Some of the properties by the square can be noisy during the hight of summer. As Vale do Lobo Resort members we love to have the full use of all the many excellent facilities, but at the same time have beautiful 380 degrees views over green tree tops from our roof terrace.

We try our best to make your holiday the best it can be. With every rental we offer complimentary maid service twice a week and this year we have bought new beds for all three bedrooms. We have also upgraded all sheets, bath and pool towels.

If you want maid service every day or perhaps a specific food parcel on arrival, just let us know. we are happy to help.

We will also email you our tested list of restaurant recommendations in the area, before you arrive.

Vale do Lobo offers an excellent car rental service, they meet you personally at the airport and walk you to the car in the short term car park. Taxis are cheap or you can use the excellent Vale do Lobo mini bus service (small weekly cost) - or why not use the Boris-Bikes now available and get fit at the same time.

If you are a golfer - speak to us, we will be able to book your rounds of golf as our guests, and therefore at discounted price.

If you want to play tennis - Vale do Lobo has fantastic facilities, including their award winning academy weekly courses - for all ages, again let us know if you would like us to book for you to ensure you get the guests discount.
