Cómodo bungalow adosado de dos dormitorios, capacidad para 4 personas. Ubicado en un sitio de nivel tranquilo delimitado por el arroyo Doniford y protegido por las colinas de Quantock. El bungalow tiene su propio jardín con mesa y sillas de jardín y un espacio de estacionamiento adyacente. La playa de Doniford, conocida por sus fósiles, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie y Doniford Halt, una parada en el ferrocarril de vapor West Somerset, está a 10 minutos a pie del bungalow.

Functional, if dated. Suggest installation of thermal cut out to make safe the extremely hot water, or mixer taps.

Short break in Somerset

We stayed at this bungalow and enjoyed our visit. However the cleanliness was a little hit and miss, had to wash the cutlery before use. Bed linen was excellent but found the seating uncomfortable and very dated. Tolerable for a short break but otherwise no. Shame as a lovely location close to lots of interesting places. Needs an update in a big way.

Great location

Lovely bungalow in a great location for the beach and getting about the area. Excellent communication from the host, who added a couple of extra things for us to help with our trip. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Love the location

We really enjoyed our stay in Doniford. We have stayed at the property before and it’s a great base to go all over west Somerset. We had no problems at all and everything we needed was here. Also great for birds in the garden.

Family getaway

Dated property but it has everything you need. It’s in a good location to walk along the coastline. Great outdoor space. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Cosy and peaceful

Ideal for a short stay with my elderly mum. Beds were very comfy and slept well. Interior needs some up dating as it was a little tired and window blinds were very dirty. Having the extra seat cushion was ideal to make it easier for mum when sitting on the sofa, so thank you for that. Kitchen was well stocked with every thing we needed.

Lovely bungalow

Location and price was perfect for us and was a welcome sight after our trip from the USA and Heathrow airport. The host allowed us to get in early if we needed to, but with traffic, didn't arrive until late. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt with with replies and helped us out with a couple of requests and fulfilled them. The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. There are no negatives from us, but glad we had a smaller car as the drive is shared and tight.

This is our 3rd visit here and will come again. Very quiet location with walking access to beaches, Very safe for our 2 dogs who loved the garden and very good value for money.

Short stay

We weren’t happy about the hygiene of the property. Furniture was a bit sticky, combination of carpet and allowing pets might be good to re-consider. We were expecting more for the paid price and in regards to other properties in the neighbourhood.

Number 15 in need of complete makeover

Open door to be met with a stale, musty and 'uncared for' smell. Furniture outdated and uncomfortable - so low you need a hoist to get out of the chair or settee. Paintwork in need of a thorough 'going over'. Not acceptable for a holiday let. Thankfully Kate Beck to the rescue who 'rehomed' us in No.11 which, although in need of some t.l.c., was comfortable and enabled us to enjoy our break from thereon. Owner of No.15 needs to be advised as to the general condition both inside and out, as this was not up to the standard we have experienced with vrbo in the past.

Me and Cleo

It was very good for my mobility issues and for my cat, Cleo.. There's a farm shop nearby, with Williton and Watchet just a mile or so in either direction for doctors, fuel, takeaways, eating in and shops. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location amongst grass, trees and a river at the bottom of the garden, lovely for relaxing with livelier places nearby if needed. It helped improved my health issues alot..I would highly recommend it!!!

Clean but very 'dated'

Bed sprung mattress very old and very uncomfortable. Smell of old furniture in property immediately felt on entry.and stayed during visit. Not a complete nights sleep as springs in old mattress denied uninterupted sleep Although booked for three nights cut short our visit to family, we left after 2 nights. Just couldn't face another night..

Doggy friendly accommodation with a fantastic garden

A little bit dated but fantastic location five minutes from Doniford farm I would like the garden to be Enclosed and some outdoor lighting apart from that no complaints set purpose of having two dogs thank you so much

Perfect 3 night stay.

We stayed 3 nights while attending a nearby wedding. Clean ,comfortable, perfect for what we needed.lovely farm shop opposite, beautiful walks along the beach.

I bought this property as I used to come to Doniford Meadow on holiday myself as a child and loved it, especially hunting for fossils on the beach. I wanted to be able to bring my family to Doniford for holidays and give others the opportunity of discovering the delights of the area for themselves.
