Beautiful house behind the es moli hotel , quiet and peaceful..

Up stone spiral stairs to house level. Half way independent Double twin room with en suite bathroom with shower and up a few more stairs main terrace with dinning table and sun beds. Entrance to open plan living space consisting of living room with open fire place and sofas on each side, dinning area for 6 with french glass windows over looking mountain and sea views . Off living area the Master bedroom with four poster bed and glass doors to front terrace and on right of this another Double room between the two a shared bathroom with walk in shower wc and sink. Two stairs up on separate level a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large glass back doors with outside sitting/ sun bathing area and path to bbq and outside dinning al fresco. Path to salt pool area and sun bathing. Outside shower & wc and sink area . kitchen is not big but well equipped for gourmet lunches and dinners,, dishwasher, microwave, oven fridge freezer. . the house is next to the tennis court which you can hire via Es Moli hote, also a really quick 25 min walk to the beach to the infamous Cala Deai (night manager.
Not suitable for very young children around pool area and balcomies unless children are supervised .
great restaurants in the village but you need to book , if you are travelling in from the airport stop off at the carrefour an amazing selection of food and wine .
Every tuesday there is entertainment at the hotel a good night to sample the restaurants in the village

Terrific Location and Property

The location of the property is outstanding, a 15 minute walk to Deia and short drive to Soller and Valdemossa. The house and property are also terrific with 180 degree views and the sea and surrounding hills from the ample terraces and pool deck. I would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful stay in Deia!

This home is beautiful and Carol was very easy to communicate with. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfasts on the terraces, and the fast access to wonderful Deia.

Lovely Deia

A lovely September week in this elegant, well-equipped villa; the village is breathtaking, the restaurants are first rate, the adjacent hotel has marvelous food and drink if you wish to stay put. And the pool is fabulous.

Deia

Fabulous place, beautifully done with everything you need. Pool is perfect on a hot afternoon. Deia is a 10 min pleasant stroll along the broad walks. Lovely cove and restaurant close by albeit a trek coming back up the hill! All in all a perfect spot to explore Deia and the surrounds.

Beautiful Villa

This is our second time staying here, we absolutely LOVE it! The property is beautiful, well equipped & very comfortable. The pool & views are fantastic, and it is a short scenic walk into central Deya where we ate most evenings. Carol made it clear she was available over the phone to help if we needed anything. Missing it already!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are regulars in Deia, but this was our first stay in this house. Location is very convenient with a safe walk into beautiful Deia. Views are great - but surrounding trees do mask some of them. At least part of the pool area is naturally shaded for much of the day - which we liked. The kitchen - like the rest of the house - is more homely than luxury in finish and some of the cupboards are a bit chipped and flaking. We settled in just fine, had a lovely relaxing week and were sad to leave. There is air con in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the living room, so there is always somewhere cool to go. There are plenty of fans for the other bedrooms.

Fabulous villa in an oasis of tranquility

Such a fabulous villa set in tranquil gardens, we spent a week here in total relaxation. The villa is well stocked with everything you need, comfy beds and air con in the main living area. Deia is beautiful and a short walk from the villa, although it’s a challenging return uphill on a full stomach from one of the many Deia restaurants. We also discovered a gem in Valdemossa, a short drive back towards Palma, a must see visit if you’re staying here. We also took breakfast at the Es Moli hotel just below the villa 22€ for non residents. We will be back.

Magical

Utterly charming, beautifully located villa - 12 min walk to the centre of Deia, along a wooden boulevard (street lit at night). Four double bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house (quite toasty on the upstairs bedrooms, even with fans but Carol is putting in air con) while the lower floor is cool d by air con. An additional twin bed (plus en suite) off stairs up to the property. Lots of lovely terraces, and beautiful pool (around 8m x 2.5m) area with sun lounges, plus shower and loo in pool house. We loved it.

Fabulous villa & location

We stayed for 12 days in August and loved the house. The photos are a good representation of the villa, which is secluded and on a quiet (but steep!) road above the nearby hotel (with a parking space). The stunning village of Deià is a 10-12 minute walk away along a wide wooden boardwalk that is separated from the road so it easy to get in and out for visits to the shops & restaurants (we would definitely recommend the Xelini tapas restaurant.) The bedrooms are good sized and are either air conditioned or cooled by fans. The temperature reached the mid 30’s whilst we were there and we all managed to sleep comfortably. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated in a traditional style. Good hot water supply and excellent showers. Various terraces mean that you can find sun or shade at most times of day, and there are 6-7 comfortable sun loungers (along with pool towels for everyone). The local rocky cove (Cala Deià) is a 20 minute downhill walk along a path (at times quite rugged) so is probably not suitable for the very young or elderly. There is a windy road that goes down to it but parking can be tight at the bottom. The sandy beach at Port de Soller is a 25 minute drive away and there are some great beaches slightly further afield. The stunning town of Valldemossa is an easy 15 minute drive away and Palma & the airport are 35 to 40 minutes, all via main roads. All in all a great villa in a fantastic location, which I’d definitely recommend to others.

Tolles Haus in Deia

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage, man muss die Berge lieben da es sehr steil ist. Wir habe es genossen und kannten Deià. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich. Das Haus und der Pool wunderschön. Das einzige, wo man investieren könnte/müsste ist in der Küche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Amazing home, great location

We were a family of 5 visiting Deia for the first time. This home was a perfect fit and great location. The town is a short pleasant walk from the house and we enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The pool area is private with wonderful hillside views. The Es Moli Hotel is just down the stairs from the house and gave us the opportunity to enjoy hotel amenities at our private villa. Lunches and one dinner at the hotel were amazing! We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Fantastic Villa in a great location

We had a great week's stay in Deia at Carol's lovely and very tasteful villa. The photos don't really do it justice and it's well located within a manageable walk to the village and close to the trail down to Cala Deia beach. Carol was very helpful throughout and we loved our visit.

Beautiful villa, perfect location!

We recently stayed in Carol’s villa July 2022 for a 2 week break. We are a family of 5. The villa was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. The pool was ideal, our two youngest children were never out of it. Such a tranquil place, beautiful views. It’s a 10 minute walk into Deia with all its lovely restaurants and shops. A beautiful, quiet and relaxing holiday. Be sure to try the little ice cream shop in the centre of town! Supermarket in Deia also ideal for your essentials. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Carol.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem tollen Anwesen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil - wir haben nicht viel Zeit in der Umgebung verbracht, weil wir uns auf der wunderschönen Terrasse und am Pool so wohl gefühlt haben ;-)

A beautiful property only ten minutes walk from Deia. The house, pool, decor, beds, location and views are all terrific. Carol could not have been more helpful - she even went to the trouble of purchasing and erecting a cot and high chair before our arrival. We could not have asked more from a holiday property and will definitely book again.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Steinhaus in Deia

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Teenagern in Deia. Carols Haus aus landestypischer Stein ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder (plus eine Dusche am Pool), so dass viel Privatspähre möglich ist. Vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Auf der Hauptterrasse im Erdgeschoss versperrt ein Baum den Meerblick, der Blick auf die Kirche von Deia ist aber auch herrlich. Der kleine Pool ist prima zur Erfrischung. Zu Fuß ins Dorf kommt man in etwa 15 Minuten, zum Strand von Deia in etwa 30. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub.

Beautiful villa & stunning area

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the villa, we are a family of 5 plus visiting grandparents and the 5 double bedrooms villa was perfect for us. The 5th bedroom with en-suite has a separate front door on the steps leading up to the main building. Air conditioning is downstairs & doesn’t reach the top 2 bedrooms, but the owner Carol brought over much needed fans which kept them cool enough through the night. The villa is beautiful & beautifully decorated, big comfy sofas, modern kitchen & stylish bathrooms. There is a small path through the pretty garden to the pool area with fantastic views over to the sea. The Hotel Es Moli is just below & we enjoyed listening to the odd tribute band they sometimes had in the evenings! Deià itself has lots of restaurants, friendly locals & 2 well stocked shops with fresh pastries & savoury food. It’s an easy walk with incredible views. The beach (rocky) in Deià is a hot but fun 25 minute walk down a rough track. It’s not easy to park down there so it is well worth the trek. We would love to stay again, we would highly recommend it.

Perfect property for family & friends

We are a family with teenage kids who stayed in this lovely house with another couple of friends. There were plenty of comfortable beds and showers to accommodate us all. The house is within easy walking distance to Deia - which is a bonus!

very pretty

We were a family of 5 with teenagers and each of the kids had their own room which they loved. The house is well equipped and stylish and a lovely place to spend a week relaxing by the pool. This is our 3rd holiday in Deia and we love being in the mountains and walking to the village where there is a great selection of restaurants.

wonderful week in Deia for 3 adults

a very pretty villa, beautifully decorated in a stunning location just above Es Moli hotel. Several pretty terraces for sitting out, lovely dining areas and very pretty pool which was perfect for 3 adults but not ideal for children as relatively small. Couldn't imagine more beautiful views from every angle. Deia is perfect for foodies, walkers, art lovers and tranquillity.

A Deia Paradise

I stayed here last July with some girlfriends. This villa is simply beautiful. Very comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous living area, and kitchen with simply everything you might need. The outdoor dining areas are gorgeous too. The front has the most stunning panoramic views of Deia. The back is perfect for dining near the pool. Moving onto the pool, with ample sunlight and sunbeds, this is a perfect tanning spot and the pool is simply lovely, again with stunning views. I felt like I was staying in complete luxury. Deia iteslf, is a beautiful town with lovely restaurants and bars. I enjoyed it so much, I am planning my next visit.
