L'appartamento di Eva a Nissi Elena Court ha un grande giardino Med e si trova in una posizione elevata! Si prega di notare che questo è un resort privato, non un complesso alberghiero. Come tale, non c'è una reception o un ulteriore spazio per il deposito bagagli. Un lussuoso appartamento arredato (nuovi divani) all'ultimo piano con ascensore. WI-FI veloce è disponibile nell'appartamento ed è molto economico tramite un fornitore locale. L'ampio appartamento di Èva a Crystal Nissi Beach cristallino è nascosto al piano superiore con una grande terrazza e vista sul mare, ma a pochi minuti dall'azione. Ha un facile accesso a tutti i servizi, tra cui il porto di pesca locale con molti bar e ristoranti eccellenti. Abbiamo un giovane, ma bellissimo giardino con palme e piantagioni mediterranee. Il parcheggio è al coperto, in una zona fresca, di vitale importanza in un clima caldo. Forniamo due lettini sulla terrazza per prendere il sole privato e altri due al complesso di piscine con sfumature. Eva's Nissi Elena Court Apt si trova alla fine di Nissi Avenue, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia di Nissi. Questo lo rende una posizione molto comoda; tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, dai supermercati ai migliori bar e ristoranti. Per coloro che preferiscono le spiagge più tranquille, c'è una soluzione facile, noleggiare una bicicletta o un'auto e scoprire le piccole spiagge nascoste che circondano questa zona, Fig Tree Bay, Fireman's Beach, Cape Greco, Konnos beach. L'appartamento Nissi Beach di Èva beneficia del suo complesso di piscine in comune con doccia, spogliatoio e strutture di W. C., che è disponibile esclusivamente per i proprietari e gli ospiti. C'è una piccola piscina per bambini e una parte bassa della piscina principale che lo rende sicuro per le famiglie con bambini. La terrazza è arredata con un tavolo da pranzo, sedie e due lettini prendisole, perfetti per mangiare all'aperto. Questo lo rende una posizione molto comoda; tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, dai supermercati ai migliori bar e ristoranti.

COME A CASA

APPARTAMENTO CONFORTEVOLE BEN ACCESSORIATO IN UNA ZONA TRANQUILLA DI AGIA NAPA FUORI DA CAOS DEL CENTRO. DALLA PISCINA SI RAGGIUNGE IN 10 MINUTI LA SPIAGGIA DI NISSI BEACH MA CONSIGLIO L' AUTO PER VISITARE IL RESTO DELLA COSTA.

Immer wieder gerne, aber gründlich AGB's lessen

Im grossen und ganzen war das Objekt in Ordnung. Nun für's wlan müssten wir extra Datenvolumen-Packet kaufen. 35€ für 1 Woche für 3 User. Hausmasterservice wird auch extra abgerechnet, leider fehlte der Service dafür. Ansonsten super Lage, nicht weit vom Meer. Empfehlenswert ist diese Gegend Auf jedenfall

Marvelous holidays

We spent our holidays from the end of September on for 3 weeks in Eva's beautiful, luxurious apartment. The location is excellent: very quiet, however, with our rented scooter only a few minutes to the center of Ayia Napa. The apartment has spacious rooms and is super organized: easy to understand, self-written short descriptions of the appliances (e.g. air conditioners, washing machine, cooker) practical and fully equipped kitchen, and a very large terrace with sea view. The apartment has a large, clean pool for shared use. The two agents Keith & Jacky were always punctual, helpful and very friendly. They have prepared the apartment perfectly. If help was necessary they were available at short notice. The returning of the apartment was also uncomplicated. In short, they enjoyed super holidays in a fantastic country and in a perfect apartment. We will try to spend our holidays in Eva's apartment again next year! Monika & Jürg, Switzerland

Very nice but with one big problem.

The apartment was very nice. As described in a quiet area, with nice view and good beds,. The property managers were kind and helpful. All in all we were pretty pleased with it for everything but one thing - the electrisaver timers mounted on the AC units. We knew that we would get 10kWh of electricity per day included, and that we would have to pay extra if we used more, and that is of course perfectly ok, and travelling in the hottest month in cyprus we understood in advance that we probably would need to pay extra, and that was fine for us. The real challenge, and the reason I give an overall of one star, when I rated everything else 5 star is that the apartment have installed some horrendous devices calles "Electrisaver E30". These devices controlled the power to the AC units. When you press the button you start a timer of 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hour. So after two hours the AC looses its power. When we stayed there it was very hot at night, close to 30 degrees at 11PM and extremely humid. So, when you go to bed at 1130PM, start the timer, the AC stops at 0130AM. around 0230 you wake up because you are drenched in sweat. Then you restart the Electrisaver, it runs to 0430 and you wake up again around 0530, again drenched in sweat. I ended up hating the Electrisaver device intensely. I had signed a contract and was prepared to pay for excess use of electricity - if I decided to use excess power it was MY choice. I did not need an Electrisaver to "help" me save electricity. I have one suggestion, and that is to throw those devices out as fast as possible as it lets down a another wise very nice rental apartment.

immaculate apartment

Really nice good sized apartment with views over the ocean. Very comfortable for my wife and our 2 teenagers. The property is close enough to everything but far enough away not to be noisy. Nissi beach is basically opposite. Very nice sized balcony with plenty of room. The pool is extremely clean and not full of sun lotion like the large hotels can be!! Keith & Jackie will take of you whilst you are there and they are lovely, there if you need them and not there if you don't! I would be happy to stay here again and also happy to reccomend Eva's apartment.

Really nicely presented and spacious fabulous balcony

We had a great stay here. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The flat is really well presented and in fabulous condition. The agents are delightful and really helpful - we will stay here again

Great Holiday, Excellent Location

Fanatastic Relaxed Holiday first week of June. Arrived during the night to a very clean ready to go apartment. Arriving very late and tired after a delayed flight it was great that everything was ready to go with beds already made up and towels bales laid out like arriving at a hotel. The following morning we met Keith and Jacky the agents for the property who were a very friendly helpful couple who were happy to give us lots of advice on everything in the area from best shopping, eating and days out which we found very useful. The apartment itself was a very spacious well presented with everything you would need during your holiday. Located a short walk from the pool and only a 5 minute walk from Nissi Beach. For us as a family it was ideally located in a quiet area which was close enough to the shops restaurants and nightlife if required. Would definitely return in the future. Many Thanks

Spacious apartment with great pool and location

I travelled with my partner and parents to Cyprus for my sisters wedding at one of the large 'all-inclusive' hotels in Ayia Napa and we couldn't have asked for anything better for our weeks stay. Apart from the unfortunate surroundings (mostly wasteland), the apartment was 5mins walk to shops and bars/restaurants, it had a lovely pool which we mostly had to ourselves. The apartment balcony was lovely for morning breakfast and evening relaxing/drinking and the aircon was a life-saver!!! When comparing our apartment to the room my sister got in her "5* resort", I would choose the apartment anyday for its size and price! Would happily recommend to a friend and would happily return if we end up in Cyprus again.

Really well presented apartment. Great location for shops and restaurants. Perfect for families.

This property is lovely. Very spacious bedrooms. Ample wardrobe space, good size bathroom and living room. The balcony is simply a tonic in the morning as the sun rises. Eating out on the balcony in the morning and evening is a pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an English manager a phone call away if we needed her. The swimming pool is spotless. Thank you for a great base to stay for our family holiday.

Wonderful holiday in Cyprus

We spent 2 great weeks at Eva's Apartment in Ayia Napa. Close enough to Napa's “city” center with its shops, bars and clubs to enjoy what Napa has to offer and far enough from all the night life's noise (yet still reachable for those who want to be a part of it). The beautiful Nissi Beach is just minutes away from the property . You can also go 500 meters further to the much less frequented and very nice Landa Beach. Bus stops in both directions also in walking distance. There is very nice, big pool and almost nobody around it. Perfect location. Beautiful apartment with sea view . Eva is very friendly and very helpful, she gave us all necessary information and answered all our questions. The electricity allowance is more than enough. We had really great holiday and would definitely stay there again.

The need to ‘chill-out’ is becoming ever more important for our health. Food and drink comes high on the list with us and we enjoy sampling different dishes when visiting. When guests contact me, I give all the help they need, because a strange place and travel can be a bit stressful. I do not really consider my daily job as work as I like it very much and am always keen to help. Maybe the time is not too far away when we will be spending a lot more time there.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We looked around the island and we fell in love with the beautiful, white sandy beaches in this area. The largest and most commercial is the famous Nissi Beach. But if you want to hide, you just take a ten minutes ride (car or bus) and find a secluded beach without all the razzmatazz of Nissi Beach.
However, we felt that guests would be happier if they only have to walk a short distance from our place and this was one of the reason we bought this top floor property.
Secondly, Nissi Elena court is perfectly situated as it is in an elevated position and above and away from the Nissi High Street and therefore it is quieter than other properties just on the water edge.
All shops, restaurants, ATM, bank, etc are in walking distance and any emergency can be dealt with quickly.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Eva's Nissi Beach Apt benefits from a the largest swimming pool, a toddler pool, sun sails, which are better than umbrellas. Owners provide communal sun- beds for their guests. Eva's 2nd, top floor apartment is in the best position, in our opinion, as it is away from the pool area, it is quiet, set back from the other building and has a large, 20 sq/m shaded terrace, which in our opinion is a benefit in the very hot heat in mid-summer.
Other Nissi Elena Apartments may have full sun on the terrace, but you would not be able to sit comfortably as it is far too hot. If you want to sun bath the pool area and the beaches are the best. When evening comes you can cool down with a drink and relax on our terrace.
The property is larger, (we are told) than the others.
