It is in a one way street with a beautiful walk way, one way takes you to Bahía del Duque and the other to the port of Los Cristianos. Located virtually in front of the sea. A 3 minutes walk to the beach and great views from our terrace which is located on the roof, just 5 minutes away from Puerto Colón.We are also 3 minutes away from all the local services, chemist, bus stop, taxi, hospital, supermarket, etc.

Second time

This is the second time we have stayed in this bungalow. It's in a lovely private and quiet complex, very convenient for the bus station, shops, excellent supermarket, restaurants and the beach. What more do you need? The bungalow is spacious, beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, pots and pans, crockery and plates. A big patio and sun terrace (we understand that a new staircase is being made to the sun terrace) and the bungalow is surrounded on 3 sides with shrubs and plants. Maria and Trevor replied and resolved any issues, we had problems with the TV and Marcin was a big help in fixing it. We have already booked for 2026.

Great stay

Best location, the property was clean and the beds so comfortable. Outside space is great and it’s very quiet. Just what we needed. Bars and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious bungalow

The bungalow is very spacious, with 3 double bedrooms and was exceptionally clean. The location is superb being only a short walk to the many bars/restaurants/supermarkets and the sea. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location and property

Easy check in, communication with the owner was easy. Good facilities throughout the property. Air con worked well in the bedrooms and pool area was decent. Would use again if in Tenerife. Central location, lots of shops restaurants and bars. 10min walk to the waterpark

Las Flores complex

It took a few days to sort out several issues but eventually everything was resolved. The kitchen was quite small and cooking with two hot plates and a tabletop oven took some getting used to. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of nice towels, a/c good and lovely spacious patio with sun beds, table and chairs. Parts of the garden needed weeding and tidying up but the established flowers and plants round the property were lovely. The swimming pool was good with plenty of spare sun loungers. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Marcin responded very quickly to any queries we had and was very helpful. After 6 weeks here it was beginning to feel like home and we have already booked for 2025. I would agree with a previous review that the table and swivel chair in the front bedroom takes up too much room and bedside tables are old fashioned. Photos on the website need updating.

Perfect 2 week family holiday

Can't find any major faults. Only a couple of small things wrong. No hot water in 2cd bathroom. And a bit smelly in there also. Not a problem for us, but needs sorting really. Check in and communication with host brilliant. Always answered texts. Only a short walk to beach, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for good night's sleep. No noise. Air conditioning works well. WiFi very good. Thankyou Martin and Alex for a great place to stay.

Just lovely!

Great place to stay with a really nice terrace and a very short walk to all beaches, restaurants and pubs! Marcin was great and very friendly, the bungalow was professionally cleaned before we arrived, there’s really nothing negative to say it was all brilliant!

Las Flores Bungalows

The bungalow was beautiful and in a great location and I would definitely return there. But there are a couple of improvements that can be made. First of all there are only 2 sun loungers and there were % people in our group The 2 on the sun roof were very brittle and unable to be used. The steps going to the roof terrace need to be safer, my elderly parents would have been unable to use them.

Excellent bungalow for our family holiday

Excellent experience, super smooth booking with Alex, and very efficient check in with Marcin who met us to let us in and show us around. We loved the bungalow. Perfect location, clean, spacious and really secure with high gates and an alarm system, with everything on one level which is brilliant (and safe) for children. . Good sized rooms, plenty of wardrobe space and lots of towels. Dishwasher and washing machine which always helps. Super fast broadband and tv channels, which was a touch during wind down periods for the family. Close to beaches, restaurants and amenities and 24 hour shops if needed. Big supermarket 5 minute walk away, to do the ‘big shop’ and also close enough for fresh bread / supplies everyday. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and very reasonably priced. The whole family was really happy with this rental, will definitely return!

15/02/2017 one month's stay at 36 Las Flores, San Eugenio

The bungalow is very nice with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, therefore catering for six persons. However, contrary to the photo and description of the kitchen, there was no oven and only a two plate induction hob. We found this totally inadequate for our needs, and feel that this facility was completely misrepresented. Also there were only four sunbeds and no proper sunbed covers. The beds and bedding were fine, and the bungalow was cleaned to a high standard each week.

Super bungalow in a lovely quiet location

The bungalow was still being cleaned when we arrived so we were able to see the excellent job being done. Everything was clean and fresh. The listing description was accurate, the location couldn't be better. While every facility needed was a few minutes away, with the excellent Mercadona supermarket within a 5 minutes walk, the villa location was so peaceful and quiet. We like to cook the local fish and there is a good variety available at the Mercadona fresh fish counter. If you don't eat in, there are numerous restaurants in the area or down on the seafront. Outside in the lovely garden, even in January, there was sun from 10:00 to 17:00 and the sunbeds were of solid wood and didn't tip up like the plastic ones when you sit on the end. If required there is the roof terrace, for all day sun and sea and mountain views plus glorious sunsets. The villa is well equipped for self catering, the beds are comfortable and English TV channels available. Communication with the owner was good and the manager/agent met and explained everything to us. The management company have an office approx. 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our holiday and would certainly recommend the accommodation to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Fabulous relaxing holiday

We arrived on the Friday and was met by a lovely representative who explained the workings of everything. The house itself was great, although the main bathrooms shower was a very low for an adult and to use it you needed to sit in the bath, however in the other bathroom there was a full shower. The house was clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing time. Outside there is a lovely sun trap with sun in December from 10.30 until 17:00 which is more than enough time for get a great tan. All in all my husband had I had a wonderful relaxing holiday with everything you need on your doorstep. Great break before the Christmas rush. Thanks.

Lovely little property

I stay in the area a lot but my usual property was gone, and this one was there to sweep me up. Absolultely lovely, as was they agent. Very comfortable. The only real issue was there was only aircon in the master bedroom so the rest of the place would get very hot at times. I'd suggest this place better for "older friends" or families. Suited us fine. Thank you very much!

Property was infested with cockroaches

Cockroach infestation ruined our holiday. Had to buy 5 tins of spray to try and eradicate them, without success. Agent told us the owner had been advised to Fumigate property but has not done so. Also, this complex is NOT suitable for wheelchair users, as there is no access to swimming pool without using the stairs! Could be nice house if owner fumigated property and upgraded generally, especially the kitchen. Will not be recommending this property!!

lovely quiet location -central to everything!

Loved the location and property. Clean, tidy and well laid out.Our only gripe was that we expected the unit to be better air cooled. For early 30 degree temperatures, we felt that one air conditioning unit (in only one bedroom too!) was not satisfactory to keep everyone (and the whole property cool) other than that, all great.
