Hebe Cottage har renoverats till en hög standard med bibehållen många periodfunktioner och är utrustad för att säkerställa att gästerna får en bekväm vistelse. Den består av ett stort, ljust, öppet vardagsrum med kök och vardagsrum. Två sovrum är belägna på första våningen med en king size-säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i den andra. Badrummet har en dusch med över bad och det finns en garderob i bottenvåningen. Utanför kan gästerna njuta av den avskilda västläge innergården där du kan hitta funktionen Hebe bush efter vilken stugan heter. Köket är utrustat med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis och kyl och frys. Förutom en digital smart HD-TV inklusive freesat-kanaler finns det en Blu-ray DVD-spelare och WiFi. Ett urval av traditionella familjespel och barns DVD-skivor tillhandahålls också för regniga dagar. Centralvärme, sänglinne och handdukar (ett badkar och handduk per gäst) ingår i stugans hyrespris.

Lovely cottage

Very well situated for all amenities, well furnished and comfortable. The only thing we did not like were the spiral stairs, but maybe because we are pensioners. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great location, cute cottage, perfect getaway

Brought my 86 year old mum back to the location of her childhood family holidays, after 75 years! It didn’t disappoint and the cottage was cosy, warm and in the perfect location. The weather was kind too! Whaa as t a lovely experience!

Lovely cottage, clean, comfortable and perfect for our relaxing week in wells-next-the-sea. Plenty of wildlife to be found and well worth the long walk to the beach.

Great location

Nice sized cottage for a 2 bed property. Worked well as a base for myself and teenage girls who wanted to have some independence due to wverything being within alking disrance.

Great cottage in a great lo atiob

Hebe cottage is a great lo action to stay as a base. Compact but mors than enough spa e for the two of us. Wells is a beautiful location and great for walks and my nature photography.

Superb location. Cottage clean and light. Garden area a bonus and we could sit outside at night in October! Overall a very nice place to stay

Excellently presented and situated cottage.

We thought this high spec cottage was ideally placed for seeing the interesting streets and quayside of Wells Next the Sea. Stairwell rather steep though so fitness is required.

The cottage is gorgeous, very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It’s in a perfect location, so close to the shops in Wells leading to the harbour. Definitely recommend staying here but be careful on the staircase as the stairs are very steep. We were very lucky as the weather was perfect.

Beautiful cottage, perfect location

We had an amazing week at Hebe cottage. The weather wasn’t great, but the location of the cottage made up for it. Being in the centre of the town made our holiday perfect as we could pop in and out easily. We only went out in the car once in the whole week. The kids loved crabbing and taking part in all the amazing carnival activities and music. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back!

This is the first holiday rental we have ever been to where there was no personal note from the owner and not even a pint of milk in the fridge or a packet of biscuits. This was very dispiriting especially at Christmas.

A gem in the centre of Wells

Air of spaciousness, excellently eqipped, and so close to all amenities. It was a pleasure to sit in the garden, too, where the sun shone all day. Owner very eager to assist. One of the party did struggle with the stairs, which were a little bit challenging.

Ideal location and lovely cottage

Really great location in the heart of the town. Quiet and peaceful- everything you would want in easy reach. Recommend the Globe and Wells Crab House to eat. Great base for coastal drives and trips. Well equipped cottage but a very tight staircase if you are over 6’ - like me!

Hebe Cottage is owned by Liz and James. We fell in love with Wells and North Norfolk and followed our dream of owning a cottage there. We bought Hebe Cottage in November 2014 and have enjoyed furnishing it as well as staying there as we prepare to welcome guests. We have two young children, hence our experience of Norfolk is from a family perspective, however we are looking forward to learning more as the family grow up. We hope you enjoy Hebe Cottage as much as we do!

We chose Hebe Cottage because of its proximity to the stunning beach at Wells.

As a family we have spent a lot of time cycling to enjoy the countryside and visit some of the local attractions. There are a huge number of events taking place throughout the year so it is also worth while checking out what's on before booking.

We are constantly surprised by the quality and number of places to visit; it really is a very special place.

We love the fact that we can walk to shops, high quality restaurants and even the beach.

The cottage is light and airy with a beautiful outside space meaning that we can enjoy evenings bbq-ing in the sun. It's rare in Wells to find such a secluded space at the heart of the town.
