Beachfront Condo

Thoroughly enjoyed our little 6-day vacation at Nort Coast Village. COondo was in a very convenient location. Steps away from beach. Condo was very comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful week in Oceanside

Comfortable condo, great view of the beach and pier. We spent a delightful week here. Oceanside is a fun spot with easy access to more up and down the coast. Lisa is quick to answer any questions.

Great location with all you need

Great location within walking distance to downtown, the pier, the wharf and steps from the beach. Ocean view is actually better than the picture! Watching the early morning surfers on the deck with a cup of coffee was a great way to start our day. The grounds are beautiful. Check in with the guard was quick and efficient. The owner has done a great job meeting all your needs with this condo. Don't hesitate to check this condo out.

West Coast paradise

Absolutely lovely development - meticulously maintained. The hostess of our unit has gone above and beyond with provision of beach towels and chairs, beach toys, games, books and even equipment for the on-site recreational facilities. Clean unit with a GREAT view of the beach and ocean.

Great North San Diego County Location

We picked the perfect spot for celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary, North Coast Village, in Oceanside California. The unit was the best for relaxing and enjoying not only the sound of the waves but the fantastic view as well. The complex is located north of the Oceanside pier and has a southern view of the pier and the Pacific Ocean. The unit itself is on the second floor and overlooks other low rise buildings on the property. The unit has outstanding views from the bedroom, living room and especially the balcony. This unit has one bedroom and one bath. The living room has comfortable furniture, including an “L” shaped sofa and an upholstered rocker. There is a fireplace and a wall mounted large television, with cable service. The kitchen is big enough for one person to work in, and has good amounts of plates, glasses and cookware. The bedroom has a king bed, which is quite comfortable. The bedroom also has a television, with cable. We had our first cup of coffee in bed, enjoying the ocean view from the bedroom window. Later we sat on the small outside deck, enjoying the weather and the view. The bathroom has a stand up shower, but no tub. Furnishings in all rooms look new or recently updated. This unit has one parking space assigned, in the secured parking garage. Additional vehicles will need to find parking off of the property. The complex has a very nice, large pool area, beautiful gardens with koi ponds, and a book exchange library near building E.

Can't get much better than this

The pictures of this unit don't do it justice. It's much prettier and brighter and is simply perfect. The views are incredible. We loved watching the beach, the strand, the waves, the pier, and we even saw whales. And being on the second floor is great because you have a much better view than the lower level, and you get shade from the upper level decks. I've been to North Coast Village several times in 30 years and it is every bit as immaculate as the first time - probably better. Situated between the pier and the harbor - you can walk to both and walk to town or even ride the Coaster. It's a perfect location. Owner had chairs for us to take to the beach, oooh the sunsets. The unit was super clean with plenty of dishes and bedding and towels. A big comfortable bed, good shower, and soft carpet. It can't get much better than this.

Best rental ever!

Lisa's condo has a breathtaking view! We've stayed at several places at North Coast Village and this one really stood out. It was very welcoming and clean, well-supplied overall and had modern appliances. Lisa was very communicative and we look forward to booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Paradise

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo and it is definitely 'Paradise'. We live in Phoenix, AZ and there is no better way to get out of the heat. The condo is perfect and beautiful and we love listening to the ocean all day and all night! Welcome to Paradise!!

A slice of heaven

The condo was everything we needed. Our two teens were thinking they’d have to share the pull out sofa sleeper until we found an areo bed in the closet! Saved! Lots of fans in the closets for the warm days. Cozy king bed!! Great pillows. Lots of beach ready things in the closet- Tommy Bahama back-pack chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We didn’t really cook there, but 1 night I needed to food prep and the knives were very sharp and I had all the things I needed for cutting and prepping food. Cute little dishwasher!! And the fridge was a great size for all our food. We loved the view! It was facing south toward the pier and the Strand. We enjoyed the view so much. The facility is super nice too. We played in the pool and hot tub, we used the gym (which was top notch!!), and we explored the grounds. They’re putting in another hot tub and so there’s construction but it doesn’t hinder in any way. The grounds are so nice and “tropical”. We had several family members stay at the same place, each family rented a different condo. Together we totaled 34 people and so that was too many people to gather in one spot within the complex (they offer picnic tables but the capacity was really only 20 maybe). We just gathered at the beach which was soooo close and there are picnic tables down there by the lifeguard station. Hope this info helps other family reunions!

Always a grwat time here.

This is our family's 3rd stay at Lisa's place. Great location and view. The condo is so comfy and has everything you need. Love the complex and all the amenities.

Perfect on the beach get away

Walking distance to almost everything. Amazing location with views from the balcony, living room, and bedroom. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Pool and hot tub were very busy during our stay, especially at night. Assigned underground parking is a bit tight, especially with larger vehicles. I still give this place 5/5 stars.

Wonderful accommodations

The condo was really nice. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Beautiful view of the ocean with a balcony. We had one question and the owner got right back to us. The only negative was that the spa was not available. Would have been nice to have known it before booking

Perfect location

We loved staying here and listening to the crashing waves all night long! It was a great location between Laguna and San Diego. My kids loved the pool and the fact that it was heated. My only suggestion is to let the future guests know to bring laundry soap if they wish to use the communal laundry room, we didn’t realize you couldn’t purchase any at the machines and wished we had known. We also really could’ve used something to hang our wet suits since you can’t use the deck- maybe something in the shower? We loved this place and plan on visiting again!

Beautiful Condo and Local!

We had an amazing time! The views of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom were stunning! You could hear the waves and the community had so much to offer for kids! Walking distance to everything! We will definitely stay again!
