Condominio al piano terra di un edificio di quattro piani. Situato su Ocean Blvd nella città di Myrtle Beach, Carolina del Sud. Questa zona è a dieci minuti dal centro di City of Myrtle Beach, vicino a parchi divertimenti, ristoranti, negozi, campi da golf e tutti i divertimenti offerti.

Il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale si aprono su un ampio balcone che si affaccia sull'oceano e su un Myrtle Beach City Park, perfetto per intrattenere i bambini.

La camera da letto principale presenta un letto queen-size e un letto singolo. Ha una TV via cavo / videoregistratore. Adiacente al bagno padronale dotato di getti idromassaggio e doppio lavabo. La seconda camera ha anche un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, ampio armadio a specchio e vasca adiacente. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio a specchio.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV.

Il divano del soggiorno si apre in un letto matrimoniale. Goditi la TV / DVD e una fantastica vista sull'oceano.

Love this location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location and the view from the large front porch is amazing. We have stayed in a drayton house unit before and it’s the best area to stay in. Barbara was always very quick to respond. We had some issues with the dishwasher while there and it was the weekend so she couldn’t get a repair person out so it was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Appreciated that I could bring my shih tzus. The bed in master bath was very comfy! There was not any Live tv that we could really find, it seemed to be more streaming services.

Pet friendly stay

Property was very nice and clean, and a short walk to beach. It was awesome getting up each morning walking the beach and watching the beautiful sunrises. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location and property

We've been back here several times. It is a wonderful family friendly place to stay. AJ's Pizza is nearby and has the best pizza. Already booked for next summer.

Good location for a family stay

We came to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament at Ripken. This location was great, it was beachfront and 15 minutes from the field. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a few minor issues but the owner remedied it asap. The parking was tight at times but overall we are very happy with our choice. Myrtle Beach is such a big place and hard to know where to stay but this condo was fantastic for our needs. We hope to be back. Thank you.

Nice Property

Had a great week with my wife and 2 nieces. Great view of the ocean and convenient to all attractions. Parking is a little tight, other than that, no problems.

To be on N Ocean Blvd it was so quiet. It's a great location and a beautiful property. My favorite part was the porch swing and the serenity. The master bath needs some attention but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was easy and we just loved staying there and hope to stay there again in the future.God bless you!

Was a very nice place to stay but was not clear in listing that motorcycles were not permitted on property therefore my husband had to take our motorcycles home over a two day span. Owner very apologetic and nice about the whole situation. Parking was not very ideal but we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful trip

We just returned from this property, and everything was great. This was our second visit and we just loved sitting on the porch in the sunshine. It is a million-dollar view from the porch. We had everything that we needed, and everything was very clean. It is in a very nice part of Myrtle beach, and everyone was very nice. Will definitely be back.

Great Location!

I chose this property because it is pet friendly...and Im glad I did! I usually stay up the road at Island Vista Hotel, so I was familiar with this area. This condo. is located in a great location with a pretty view, quick access to the beach, and great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch when not on the beach. The condo was clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The building itself is older ( had a slight mildew smell) and the parking lot is on the smaller side. I do recommend this property if you're looking for a pet friendly property near the beach. The queen size bed was a bit small for us though, and for the price, I wish the owner had supplied more toilet paper, some paper towels( there were none), and more trash bags ( there was only one provided.) SO I recommend reading the fine print and taking your own supplies. Even though the pet fees and service fees make this and expensive rental, I would stay here again because it had everything I wanted for the beach trip with our dog.

Retreat by the Beach

We easily fit 4 adults and an 11 year old in this space. The kitchen was well-stocked and the property clean! A wonderful place to stay by the beach in Myrtle Beach!

Perfect in every way!

Been visiting MYR for nearly 50yrs and this property was the best! Perfect location, great views from the roomy balcony, and wonderful layout for our comfort. Bonus that our pup was able to stay with us!

Amazing!

This was a wonderful place for our vacation. We loved the location, the view, and the front porch. The accommodations were just as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host was very helpful and responsive. Added bonus ... our doggie LOVED the porch.

Perfect family get away

The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach and close to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Marked bike lanes made for safe biking. Definitely coming to stay here again.

Fabulous property, owner, and location!

We would highly recommend and we will stay there again. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for 20 years and this location was the best and the villa was perfect! Barb was great and answered any question promptly. There are only 8 units in the building, 5 of which live there. We were the only ones that ever used the pool. Parking was fine and my son used one of the spaces in the front to park his big F150 truck. We used the 102 unit marked parking space in the back. Everyone in the building was friendly. We were all extremely pleased with everything!!! Kitchen very well equipped. Thank you very much, Barb. Our vacation was great😀👏☀️

I purchased this property because I thoroughly enjoy this portion of Myrtle Beach Ocean front. I discovered it by chance while renting a different unit in Drayton House in year 2001. The unit was listed for sale, I looked at it and purchased.

It is a quiet location near all entertainment, restaurants, etc. Myrtle Beach has to offer. There is a city park located across street great for children.
The location allows for outside exercise for pets and their owners.
Balcony overlooking the ocean has a swing and bar height chairs for comfort and excellent views.
