Comfortably furnished rooms with beautifully crafted winding maple staircase, natural finish wood doors & cabinets. A lovely full kitchen with maple cabinets, stone counters dishwasher, water filtration, refrigerator, dishes & cooking equipment, ample cabinet storage, electric range/oven and microwave oven. Washer/dryer in first floor bathroom, wifi, flat screen cable TV, mini-split heat pump & AC unit for total comfort, 2 tiled shower bathrooms with quiet vent fans. This is a fully furnished home and opens out to a lovely side yard.
Owners Rich and Patsy live in the front house on the property and are available as needed. Towels and linens are provided as well as toiletries, well equipped kitchen, coffee and tea. City permit # 16-108608.

Rich and Patsy are your hosts. We've lived in Portland 29 years and love everything that this wonderful neighborhood and city have to offer. We take in all we can find time for including hiking, bicycling, nearby fitness club, great cafes and restaurants, wine bars, and movies at the neighborhood theater or downtown. Rich is the owner of www.nwmobilekitchens.com and we're happy to suggest some of the areas best Food Carts, if you're interested. Patsy recently retired from her position at Portland State University in the Graduate School of Education. We consider our Sellwood neighborhood to be our forever home.
