This newly renovated cottage offers a front row seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets all while being just 2 doors down from the Devils Lake Yacht Club. Almost every window both upstairs and down offers magnificent views of Devils Lake.

The cottage offers 3 bedrooms: The first floor master offers a comfortable Jameson pillow top queen size bed. Upstairs bedroom 1 comes furnished with a full and twin size bed. Upstairs bedroom 2 is perfect for kids featuring 3 twin beds. In total there is enough beds to Sleep 8 total.

The cottage has 1 full bathroom located on the first floor. The Kitchen offers a large dinning room table, stove, microwave, coffee maker and an easy to use and clean electric out door grill.

The first thing you will notice when stepping out on the dock is that Devils Lake is fresh clean and clear! With 50 foot of shoreline and your own private dock you and your family will love the sandy beach weed free bottom for swimming and sunbathing. There is a sturdy aluminum platform staircase located next to the dock to enter the water. The water at that entry point is kid friendly being less than 24 inches deep.

Feel at peace as your family plays outside. There are no streets between the cottage and the lake and 2060 Marsh Drive is located on a dead end private drive keeping traffic down to a bare minimum consisting of just neighbors and local residents.

The large concrete driveway offers enough parking for 4 cars. Additional parking is available for a fee with the neighbor.

Dockside: plenty of room to dock your pontoon, fishing, ski boat or jet skis. If you don't have toys for the water, no problem! Rob's Rentals has New Pontoon Boats, Jet Skis, Scooters, Ski's, Tubes, Kayaks, Floating Water Pads, and a host of other lake fun amenities to make your week full of fun, adventure and relaxation.

Devils Lake is one of the most sought after summer vacation destination in Michigan. It's all about the community! Business owners and neighbors are warm friendly and love to accommodate and share in "lake life".

Within walking distance and less than a quarter mile away is Dairy King selling yummy soft serve ice cream and putt putt fun.

Just a few doors down is locally owned and operated Sterlings Market! Fresh milk, eggs and grocery items are readily available along with everything you need from beer, wine and gas to refill your jetski's and boats.

Many locals take advantage when stopping in to call ahead and order some of their amazing tasting pizza! Thats right, Sterlings Market has a fully functional pizzeria inside boasting some of the areas greatest tasting chicken wings, pizza and subs.

If you enjoy running or exercise, you will not be alone! Every morning local residents take advantage of the scenic route around Round lake that is almost exactly 5 miles (7k). This favorite activity is so popular that each 4th of July, hundreds gather together for the annual Devils Lake Fire Cracker 7k fun run/walk.

Devils Lake is full of community and weekend activities. Each Saturday morning in the summer months, local farmers and amish families come together for a weekly farmers market. This venue is located on the West Side of Devils Lake and there you will find home made Amish Pies, Jellies and Deserts that will make your taste buds soar.

After the sun goes down and the lake glass's out, Devils Lake offers amazing night life. Local restaurants such and the Highland Inn and Boot Jacks offer great food, drinks and live music almost every weekend.

What makes this cottage so unique is its location! Over a hundred years ago before the area became populated the Devils Lake Yacht Club surveyed the entire 12 mile shoreline to pick their location. It is the only shoreline that offers a full 3 mile view of the entire lake. Also, it's the only shore line that has a sandy weed free bottom located in the heart of it all.
