Casa Cozy:
- A very private and well-equipped villa with a large private pool set into a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains by the sea.
- Sited on an elevated and large corner-plot that provides beautiful and uninterrupted views of the mountains by the Mediterranean sea and that also prevents any passers-by from seeing into the garden and pool areas.
- Located in the exquisite Mazarron Country Club - which is by far the nicest urbanization on the whole of the Costa Calida.
- Close to the many facilities in the local area and only 14 minutes drive to the beaches.

• The pool was renovated in April 2024 and has inbuilt seating on both sides of the steps. A pool heater is being installed in Sept 2024.

Excellent relaxing holiday

Lovely property that has everything for your perfect holiday. Great pool and poolside area with lots of comfortable furniture. Excellent communication from Callum from start to finish and plenty of information at the villa for shops and restaurants etc. Perfect villa on a quiet urbanisation from which to explore the area. We had a totally relaxing holiday at Casa Cozy.

Lovely relaxing Villa

Casa Cozy had everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Beautiful outside pool and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains. It was a wonderful area to have a stroll in the early evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and any issues or questions were sorted out very quickly.

Pretty prefect

We loved the little property. Enough space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the pool every day! A lovely location and friendly neighbours. Local amenities only a short drive away. Only negative is that the bed for a double is two singles pushed together, and they move apart during the night.

Mazarron Sunshine

The property was clean and comfortable and although compact, the owners had made the maximum of the space available and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The entertainment system was the best I have experienced providing access to sports, cinema & UK domestic TV. The outdoor space was exceptionally good, with ample space for outdoor living and enjoying the most of the Mazarron Sunshine. The location was very convenient with easy access to beaches, mountains and towns when a little retail therapy is needed. The communication with the owners was excellent from the day of the booking all the way through to our departure. They provided all the information we would need about the property and the local area. Their information manual was the most comprehensive I have ever seen and enabled us to settle in very easily. I can recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Mazarron area.

Lovely peaceful property with everything you could need for your stay. Communication with owners very good before and during stay. The housekeeper was prompt on check in, welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend for all age ranges. Use of car recommended.

Little Gem

We rented Casa Cozy whilst we were in the process of purchasing a similar property on this development The Country Club after we had completed we knew the hard work of decorating, unpacking etc would begin so to come back to Casa Cozy was truly wonderful where we just chilled . The owners of this villa have gone beyond there bounds to think of every home comfort and detail . The pool area is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains again attention to detail with lovely loungers, excellent seating area and a real sun trap! My husband and I cannot fault this ‘Gem’ and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that perfect holiday villa! Thank you Callum & Chris our new neighbours to be! Diane & Malcolm Fitch

Little piece of heaven

We have just returned from Casa Cozy in late October and the weather was beautiful as was the villa itself. The owners Callum and Chris have thought of everything, the villa is well equipped and very clean. The outside area has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. The pool is amazing and very comfortable sun beds. Lovely outside dining area with again everything you need. Callum and Chris are great hosts and communicated very well with us. The housekeeper Penny is very friendly and made us feel very welcome in the area. We would definitely recommend the villa and give 10 out of10 and look forward to returning next year. Thank you Callum and Chris.

Amazing place

No doubt - we will be back! Just a perfect holiday

Casa Cozy is a perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday with the opportunity to also have some action in the citys and countryside near by! A very well equipped house with all comforts than one could imagine and definitely more than one would expect from a holiday home! There's a nice outside area with lilos and a shaded seating area at the back next to the lovely pool for hot summer days and a cosy sofa and acces to a huge media library for colder/rainy days. We enjoyed the boardgames a lot as well. The house is not only offering every item one might need during a holiday, it also is, as the name says, simply very cosy and welcoming decorated.

Wir möchten uns noch einmal herzlich bei euch bedanken, dass wir eine herrliche Ferienzeit in eurem Haus verbringen durften. Es war einfach nur schön. Fantastic holiday retreat

My friends and I stayed here for a week and had an amazing time! Our favorite thing about our vacation was the pool with the view of the near mountains. The beds were very comfortable. The price was extremely reasonable. The house is beautiful, clean, and fun! Callum and Chris were great to work with. I highly recommend this property, we will certainly stay there again.

Great place! Casa Cozy is the ideal holiday home.

Casa Cozy had everything for a perfect stay. 4 adults were in our group. We will definately book again. Casa Cosy is located in a nicely maintained and quiet area. The house itself is well kept and furnished with everything needed plus many small extras. Of particular mention is the cleanliness and comfy beds! The patio pool area is amazing! Beautiful sunsets and mountain view. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants and the beach are just a short drive away in a near town, Puerto de Mazzaron. We very much enjoyed our visit and plan on returning and do recommend. Joy

FANTASTIC PROPERTY and a great holiday!

The owners were very helpful during the planning stage prior to our arrival and provided us with loads of information on the property and the general area. Our party of four arrived at around 5 pm and Penny, the local housekeeper, met us at the house and gave us a great tour of the property and all of its features. The house is well furnished and the beds are very comfy. The owners have invested a lot of time and love in to this and it really shows. The outside terrace areas were beautiful and we were very impressed with the views from the pool-side as well as all of the facilities that were available in and around the house. The property was perfect for us and the incredible range of amenities left nothing to be desired. The online photos do not actually do it justice… The location is set out as a small village and is very nice and quiet. The neighbours were also very friendly. The local shops, restaurants & bars are only a short drive away and there is also an on-site restaurant and bar about a 5-minute walk from the house. The owners and Penny continued to provide support during our stay and no question was left unanswered. The restaurants in the port are very nice and the mountain and sea views around the whole area are stunning. We had great sunset BBQs for the nights when we did not go out. The international TV service also provided all the German TV channels for us (not that we watched TV too much) The area is not overrun with tourists and this added to the enjoyment even more. When we go back the next time, we will find a bicycle rental place as the whole area is great for this. In summary, we would highly recommend Casa Cozy and cannot wait to go back again.

Perfect property

Fantastic Villa everything you need and more.

Casa Cozy was perfect for us we could not of asked for a cleaner, well kept and fully equipped villa. The owners were so attentive making sure that we were happy and everything was in good order. we liked the quiet location and the surrounding mountains, a very peaceful place to be and within a 5 minute drive to the local town/port and large British urbanizasion (great for a fry up and also a good Bulgarian restaurant) Mazarron port was lovely lots of places to eat and a nice beach. Restaurant Viggos in the port serves very nice food but some of the waiters are grumpy even when killed with kindness ! The best beach in the area by far in our opinion was Percheles, we stumbled across this beach by accident and it was delightful, a small beach bar serving food and drinks with free wifi if you ask! We spent the day there with only around 20 other people on the beach for the whole day. One of many places we visited (don't if you have small children) is the disused mine Minas de mazarron, fascinating place no health and safety in sight, unlike the UK! The views are spectacular along with the varying colours of the many left over waste tips and surrounding mountains. We highly recommend the Villa along with the many things you can see in the area. 10 out of 10 to Chris and Callum for the amazing service provided to us, we will be back !

The best holiday

Casa Cozy is so well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The beds are the most comfortable that we have had. The shops are only 20 minuets away. The pool is an absolute delight and well maintained by the pool cleaner. The pool furniture is very comfortable. The BBQ is also very good and had plenty of use by us. The outdoor eating area was used every day and in the evening to sit and watch he bird life. Penny is very friendly and welcoming and is at the end of the phone if needed. Callum the owner is also at the end of the phone to answer any questions. He also goes further than other owners to look after his guests. I mentioned that a hand rail for the pool would be useful for disabled guests. This was on a Friday. By Monday the hand rail had been installed. I also have to give a big thank you to Helen another guest. We visited Casa Cozy to see what it was like. Helen told me that it was the best she had visited on Mazarron Country Club. We will be returning next year and would recommend Casa Cozy to all that want a quiet holiday with plenty of places to visit not far away. Derek 1st September 2018

Absolutely lovely, relaxing holiday home.

This was our second visit to Casa Cozy and we will certainly be booking again for next year. The whole booking procedure is made very simple with the owners efficient correspondence, The friendly housekeeper met us on arrival and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. This villa is perfectly appointed with particularly impressive outdoor space and pool. There isn’t anything that we could have asked for that would have improved our stay. It is clean, fresh and welcoming, I cannot recommend the place highly enough. The secret gem of the region is perchelles beach- absolutely gorgeous. I would live here it is so perfect.

Why they chose this property

The south facing corner plot location overlooks the local communal gardens leading to the stunning mountain views over the whole day.
The pool-side garden terrace provides great privacy without limiting the views. It is nicely illuminated at night and looks especially beautiful with the pool lights on.
The area is quiet and provides great possibilities to relax after enjoying the beaches and the many facilities in the local area.
The luxurious Country Club development is very well looked after and serves as a clean and secure base from which to enjoy your well-earned holidays in the sun.

With the virus outbreak of 2020, the privacy of the villa, the garden and the pool means that you can keep yourself and your family in a safe and isolated environment that has everything that you would want for a relaxing break in the Spanish sun.

What convinced us and what all of our guests like:
The mountain views from the pool-side terrace are stunning. The pool and garden area are very private. The public garden areas are great for evening walks. The cleanliness of the entire development is very impressive. The outside areas around the house offer varied seating areas in the shade and in the sun.
The warm pool is just the right size for the 200m² main terrace area.
The cozy and comfy living room with its open plan design provides ample relaxation space. The close proximity to all of the local facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach-side walks, the marina, family and adult friendly beaches to play and relax on.
