About this property

Luxury, space and a great location

This self-contained cottage/apartment of 110 sq meters (1100sq ft) is on the site of the former coach house of a Victorian mansion less than 10 minutes walk from Hampton Court Palace, the River Thames, Bushey Park and the mainline railway station. It is quiet and private yet only 100 metres from the restaurants, cafes, bars, local shops, spas and antique emporia of Hampton Court village. It has its own entrance and parking for several cars.

Downstairs boasts a huge open plan living room (6.7m x 8.6m) with lounge area and dining (for 6). It has a 55 inch smart, ultra high-definintion TV with super fast fibre broadband connection (900 Mb/s) so you can watch TV and your favourite Netflix movies or connect to your own streaming/gaming devices. It’s connected to a Denon hifi system for great sound.

The sleek kitchen has quartz worktops with Bosch oven and induction hob, Samsung fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a full range of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cleaning materials to make it your home from home.

Business travellers can work comfortably and reliably at the dedicated work area with hard-wired (cat5) ethernet connection and in all areas via wi-fi connected to fast fibre broadband.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king-size bed and dressing area and a second bedroom with double bed, all with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding. The modern shower room has a walk in rain shower and twin washbasins and there’s an additional cloakroom/WC. High quality bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and soaps are provided for all guests.

The separate utility room has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Self check-in is via the digital smart lock. No handling of keys is required. Your unique code will be sent to you before you arrive.

An immaculate property close to Hampton Railway station with lovely local cafes and shops minutes away on foot. Quiet and comfortable, off street parking. We would definitely use this property again, felt like a home.

Wonderful experience

This is a well located apartment in East Moseley just metres from Hampton Court village where we found many cafes, 2 pubs, fruit & veg shop plus many other shopping options. A walk along the tow path with breakfast at the Boat Club and lunch at the cricket ground whilst watching some cricket help create a very relaxing stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean & well equipped and our host, Andy, was easy to contact and responded within minutes. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Family Space Hidden in East Mosley

We stayed for 5 weeks and couldn’t have been happier! The property itself is tucked away in a very quiet part of London, but incredibly close to Richmond and Kingston Upon Thames. Inside, the property was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a brilliant open plan living area situated downstairs, and two very spacious bedrooms upstairs. There was nothing we didn’t think the property needed or lacked and our children loved the proximity to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. We can’t recommend staying here highly enough and will definitely return again when we’re next in London.

Clean, bright, comfortable with well considered living accommodation. Fantastic London suburb with lovely eateries, bars and cafes right on the door step. 5 minute walk to station with a Journey time to Waterloo of 35mins. Wonderful, spacious accommodation in ideal location

We have just left after a 5 week stay and I can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment. We were a couple with two young children. It's a really big space and really welcoming to come 'home' to. Andy and Pam were great; they made it clear that they were around whenever we might need them, but left us entirely to our own devices, even checking when it would be most convenient for the cleaners to come. The location is great; 2 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Bridge Street and less than 5 minutes from the river. All the local amenities are on your doorstep - if you want a bottle of wine, a meal, a newspaper (or even a new winter coat!) then it's right there. The train station provides easy access to London and it's only 15 minutes from the M25 (there's even space for a couple of cars). Also loads to do in surrounding area; the Palace, parks, walks, shopping, etc. Can't recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend this place for a local stay or a quieter place to stay while exploring London city. We spent 9 nights initially while visiting our daughter who lives locally. Then travelled to Europe for 2 weeks before returning for another week. We were able to store excess luggage while away. Kitchen and dining facilities allowed us to host a couple of family dinners with our extended family. Great cafes and pubs in walking distance. Great transport links to London via the train and bus to Kingston for larger market town experience. Bedrooms and bathroom were excellent with a second toilet.

Beautiful flat in a great location

We stayed here for a week as a family (2 young children) and had a wonderful break. The home is an annex off the side of a family home, but with its own enterance means you have full privacy to come and go freely. The location is amazing, just a short, easy walk to great restaurants, shops and bars and of course Hampton Court Palace and grounds. We had incredible summer weather throughout our stay which made it even lovelier! Inside the flat is immaculate, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished with everything you'd need. There's a walkin shower (no bath) and an open plan kitchen and living space that's well laid out. As it's just off a family home we assumed the Gardens were not accessible (seemed to be discreetly blocked), so there's no outside space to sit in. However given it's so close to the palace, parks and gardens at Hampton Court we didn't have any problems finding space locally for the children to run around in. Andy was a wonderful host throughout our stay and we'd have no hesitation in recommending this property - would be very happy to return again another visit!

Fabulous property

We stayed 5 nights over the New Year break and enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing stay. The apartment is spacious, well stocked, stylish, beautifully maintained with parking and a central location. Alot of thought has gone into design and amenity, it is a pleasure to hang out and watch the large Smart TV. Andy and Pam live next door and are friendly and approachable, but certainly respectful of guest privacy. Of all the superb places we stayed in the UK we agree that Andy and Pam's place is the standout. Thanks so much folks, we look forward to returning next time we visit the UK.

Immaculate and comfy stay in the heart of Hampton Village

Andy and Pam gave a warm welcome to this beautiful place. All done to a high standard with lots of room and comfort...from the sofas to the beds. Round the corner from lovely restaurants, cafes, the river and Home Park as well as the station direct into London. It was very private but the owners were on hand if we needed anything. Thank you!

Great Place To Stay

This is a very clean, well organized apartment in a prime location. The apartment is full of amenities and the owners provide a good guide book on how the cooker, washing machine, heating etc works, and what there is to do in the area. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the area is very interesting. Public transport is good, with a train into London a 5 minute walk away. There is also a good bus to Heathrow airport a short taxi or bus ride away.
