Lovely House

A modern,clean and bright house with loads of space both inside and out. The location gives easy access to the beach (10mins) and the old town (15mins). Our visit coincided with the hottest temperatures in France for many years, which made sleeping very difficult. An electric fan in the house would have been welcome. The host, Fabian, was very helpful and easy to contact if needed.. I would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful bright spotless holiday home. Perfect location just up the hill from one of many beaches.

Pornic was a wonderful location for our 10 days in pay de la Loire and a perfect base to explore the coast north and south . Gorgeous castles such as the ramparts in Geraude, Clisson and Nantes. We had a great day out on Noirmontier and Pornichet. Pornic had beautiful coastal walks where we walked for miles and the kids loved the bikes for cycling around the town. The train station was also within easy walking distance of the house and we enjoyed a day out in Nantes after travelling by train. The resturants in Pornic and around the area served delicious sea food and sandwiches for lunch but we would recommend booking dinner in advance on busy weekends. There were plenty of fish shops to buy fresh fish for the barbecue in the garden where we had dinner many nights as well. The garden was great for playing boules and badminton in the evenings. The house was the perfect base and we would highly recommend Pornic and this house as a holiday destination.

Belle maison bien Est-ce que on droit quelque équipée, confortable. Nous avons visité Pornic et St-Nazaire sur plusieurs jours. La météo était bonne. Seul bémol :lannonce est à modifier car la plage est à 750 m. L

Ruhige entspannte Lage

Pluspunkt, mit dem bereitgestellten Fahrrad ist man in 3 Minuten beim Super U um morgens fürs Frühstück zu sorgen.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable. Seul bémol, dans l'annonce, il est noté ménage optionnel en bas de la page équipements mais celui-ci est obligatoire d'un montant de 90 euros (douche froide). En recherchant de plus près, l'info est bien notifiée mais il serait souhaitable d'enlever "ménage optionnel" afin que d'autres hôtes n'ont pas le même désagrément que nous

Séjour très agréable

Maison récente, fonctionnelle et très agréable, rien ne manque, nous avons apprécié la terrasse et les meubles de jardin. Quartier très calme et à 10 minutes de la mer à pied. Fabien est très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos demandes.

Séjour au top

Une très belle maison moderne, spacieuse, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Environnement très calme et accessibilité facile à la mer et aux commerces (Super U). Fabien très disponible et très accueillant. Tout est à dispo dans la maison pour passer un super séjour. Nous recommandons très vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Schönes modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem modernen und sehr hellem Haus.Es fehlte an nichts so wie Grill,Sonnenschirm,Sitzgarnitur und Fahrräder stehen in der Garage bereit.Das Haus liegt nahe am Hafen und im Zentrum von Pornic (800m) somit konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und zu Fuß alles erkunden bzw. die Restaurants besuchen. Der Besitzer sehr nett und herzlich.

Location impeccable et idéalement placée

Maison impeccable et très bien agencée, avec tous les équipements pour y passer un bon séjour. Le centre de Pornic et des ports sont accessibles à pied, ainsi que la plage à 600m. Le propriétaire est charmant et la communication est aisée. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Gîte Pornic Mermoz

Gîte très lumineux avec belle lumiere traversante, belle distribution des pièces, super équipements (LL, LV, FàR, …), très bel emplacement proche plage et golf, idéal pour les ballades et footing du matin. Je recommande vivement .

Superbe week-end

Nous avons passé un week-end dans la maison. La location est conforme en tout point à l’annonce et les photos également. Très bien équipée et proche de la plage, nous recommandons vivement. Fabien, notre hôte est très réactif et a cœur de répondre aux maximum à nos besoins. Petit bémol sur l’arrivée car le chauffage venait juste d’être allumé ce qui a mit un certain temps avant de retrouver une température « normale ». Peut être penser à anticiper l’allumage si pas de locataire avant. A part cela rien à redire nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Famille Bagourd

Vous cherchez de l'espace, du confort à 10mn du vieux port à pieds et de la plage c'est bien là

De belles chambres avec 2 salles de bains dans une maison spacieuse dont nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Propriétaire très sympa.
