A bit tired and needs updating to be genuine luxury
The good bits. Stellios and his family are very friendly and welcoming and the villa is situated in a secluded, quiet, secure area just off the main road to Pasada port only 10 minutes from Argostoli. You can appreciate the original design intent within the building and the high-vaulted ceilings do make the second floor feel spacious. The pool area and pool was also very nice if a little small. Beds are comfy and there is plenty of storage.
The not so good bits. The décor and some of the fittings are tired and need updating. leaks from the upstairs bathroom that shorted the electricity, a flooded and unusable room at the rear of the property (no DPC here), broken handles on the kitchen cupboards, cutlery and kitchenware not up to standard, the whole kitchen needs replacing in my opinion, an uninspiring garden, intermittent TV signal.
Overall I think this villa is over priced for what it is and I would not say this is luxury by any stretch of the imagination.
With a little bit of work internally and externally this villa could be something very special but currently falls short of the mark.
