Fab Fulham Flat sleeps a maximum of 4 persons, with one double bed in the main bedroom and one double bed in the study. A travel baby cot is also available for infants aged up to 2 years.

Newly refurbished throughout, the apartment consists of a double bedroom; a contemporary styled living room with smart television (Netflix, BBC iplayer, etc) and DVD player; an open-plan kitchen with pod coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher; a level-access shower room and toilet; and an open study containing the second comfortable double bed.

All bath towels are provided, as well as sheets and bedding for the two double beds and baby cot. Laundry facilities and wi-fi are also available.

Highly recommended flat in Fulham

We've stayed in Wayne's apartment for 12 days and we've found it really great. It is only 5 minutes away from both West Brompton and Fulham Brodway tube's station on feet. There's also plenty of bus stops and, even though Fulham's not in the city centre, you can get there aproximatively in 10/15 minutes (20/25 by bus). The apartment is clean and comfortable, the only reamark could be that it's a basement, so people can easily look into the house if they're walking, but it's absolutely not a big problem. Wayne is super nice and will reply as soon as possibile, we always heard back from him in less than 2 hours and he gave us extremely detailed instructions to get to and into the apartment. Highly recommended!

Great property

Great place to stay, short walk to underground station and plenty of amenities nearby including some great cafes and restaurants. Everything was as per pictures; bathroom had soft towels and a good shower!

Happy in Fulham

Waynes apartment was smart modern and clean.It was extremely well furnished especially in the kitchen. Just 10 minutes walk to the tube and an excelent shopping centre. The nearest main road had a good open market. Halford road was quiet. Altogether an excellent stay.

Wayne’s flat was ideally located for major London attractions. It made an excellent base. The flat was so comfortable and very clean. It was well equipped and I would be pleased to stay there again for future London visits.

This Apartment is a gem!

Staying in this apartment was a delight for us because you get to experience "living" in a real London neighborhood whilst having easy access to everything that London has to offer. You are able to walk to a myriad of coffee shops,Restaurants, street and supermarkets in the immediate area. We were delighted on arrival as the apartment was exactly as pictured and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. Having a walk in shower was a bonus and the cooking facilities good enough to have all meals there without having to eat out should we have wanted. The area close by though has multiple choices of good Restaurants from inexpensive to moderate in price. Fulham Broadway Station (Underground railway)is only 5 minutes walk away with connections to Central London 20 minutes from there. Plenty of buses to use as well. We had no problems whilst in the apartment but our Host/"landlord" did check in just to to ensure sure everything was OK A stay here is highly reccommended!

We would be jealous if anyone else stayed!

Wow! The apartment was great, ideally located for all amenities including the tube. It was spotless and everything available. Although we never met Wayne he was most accommodating. Went out of his way to call in and leave a residents parking permit and assisted us when a certain need arose. Very obliging guy. We would be jealous if others took advantage of this jewel because I don't know where else we would stay now that we have discovered it! Certainly would recommend to use as a base if staying in the area.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Souterrain Wohnung

Ich habe selten eine so ausgestattete Wohnung gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain ist aber hell und angenehm. Der Vermieter ist gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Man muß aber bedenken, dass Fulham in der Anflugschneise zu Heathrow liegt und deshalb von 5:00 - 23:00 Fluglärm herrscht.

We Could Have Lived Here

This flat was everywhere as fabulous as it is advertised. Wayne was super helpful and replied to all correspondence quickly and the flat also had a super helpful compendium for use as well. The location was great, and right near the Fulham underground. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay in London and we liked the apartment very much. The location (Fulham) is also very pleasantly quiet in contrast to the city. In the North End Road there are many small shops for normal shopping, wonderful.

Really good place!

This was a great place for our short stay! Close to two tube stations (Distrct Line) and full of good places to eat. Our daughter got to have her own space. The only qualifications are that the notes and tourist resources are a bit out-of-date—several restaurants in Wayne’s book are no longer open. Great value!

Gute Lage für London Besuch

Wayne war sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation, der Check-in mit Schlüsselbox war problemlos. Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche war gut, inkl. Kaffee und Spülmaschinentabs. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain, eine steile enge Treppe führt nach unten. Gelegentliche Laufgeräusche der Nachbarn oben. Insgesamt idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Trip nach London, Geschäfte um die Ecke, Tube ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg.

Sfeervol souterrain appartement

Sfeervol appartement, goed uitgeruste keuken en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Wayne reageert direct bij een vraag. Veel restaurants binnen een straal van 15 minuten lopen. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand: bussen en metro. Kortom een topplek!

I've had my flat for about 12 years and spent the years renovating and modernising it mostly myself (with the help of professional plumbers and electricians) to its current high standard.

I love to travel to out of the way places, in Europe, north Africa and the Middle East particularly, but enjoy both busy cultural trips as well as easy-going relaxed breaks.

I enjoy experiencing the local flavour of places I visit, whether it be food, drink, local markets or simply whiling away the time in a cafe soaking up the atmosphere.
