Nur 2-3 zu Fuß von der Wohnung finden Sie ein Einkaufszentrum, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Minigolf etc etc und alles, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen.

Beautiful Views - Good Location

Our general impression was good - the only reason I commented on cleanliness was that we arrived shortly after a Sahara dust storm had swept through so there was still some dust outsde on the balcony. A small problem with the shwer head which i reported to the owner so I guess that will be taken care of, The property is in easy reach of shops, restaurants, and bars at the top of the hill overlooking Playa de Amadores. It's about a 25 minute walk down to the beach or to Puerto Rico beach but a steep long walk back up the hill - we tended to walk down and get taxis back (Euro 4 approx). For sjhopping generally, there is a really good range of shops in the centre of Puerto Rico. Overall an enjoyable holiday - loved the location.

Lovely Apartment with amazing views

It was a perfect holiday. The driver picked us up from the airport then in 40mins we were in the apartment after a quick tour from the driver to show us around. The views of Amadores Beach from the apartment are amazing. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We walked down to the beach everyday but I would suggest you get a taxi back as the hill is very steep (taxi €3). There is lots of bars, restaurants, gift shops and 2 supermarkets at the Europa Centre which is a 5mins walk. A taxi down to Puerto Rico which is livelier if you like that is €5. Go and visit Puerto de Morgan (Little Venice) you will see an amazing little fishing port. Lastly If you do get chance one night sit on the lovely big balcony with a glass of wine and watch the amazing sunset it is stunning. We would definitely go back to the apartment. Amazing Veiws

Just got back after spending a week in this beautiful apartment , looks exactly like the pictures , the complex is very quiet and relaxing . Veiws are absolutely outstanding , apartment was outstandingly clean , no issues with anything Wifi is super fast I had a fantastic stay and will defo be returning

Loved the apartment had everything you needed and more. Exactly was like the pictures. The views from the large balcony were amazing. Truly a home from home. Would defo stay there again.

Amazing view

We stayed for 12 nights for our honeymoon. The apartment was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen apart from an oven but the owner Paul brought over a table top oven/grill for us to use. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and another portable fan for wherever you needed it. The pool is lovely and clean and never crowded. The view over Amadores beach is abs amazing and we never tired of admiring it. It is roughly 10 mins walk downhill to the beach and 3 mins back via taxi for€3(we didn't fancy walking back as very steep). Behind the apartment going up a low gradient about 200 metres is a shopping centre with supermarkets, souvenier shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a Doctor and pharmacy near the shopping centre. The only downside for us was the washing machine had been broken by the previous guests but Paul said he will get a new one,and only one tv channel in english(not the end of the world though) some comfier pillows would be nice too. The owner Paul was very friendly and helpful and a really nice guy. We would definately come back here again. Thanks Paul for letting us stay at your lovely apartment. Lisa & Andy

Bonito lugar

El apartamento es tal cual en las fotos,limpio,una terraza para sacarle mucho partido con sus bonitas vistas. No le doy las 5 estrellas, no se si por un mal entendido por parte de los dos, pero creo que cuando estas pendiente de recibir nuevos huéspedes lo mínimo que debes hacer es estar pendiente del teléfono.... Por lo demás todo correcto

PERFECT APARTMENT, PERFECT HOLIDAY, PERFECT VIEWS.

My husband and myself had a fantastic week in February at this apartment which is a real little gem. The location is amazing, only a 5-10 minute walk down to the beautiful Amadores beach and only 2-3 minutes walk to the Europa shopping centre. Everything you need is all within a comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself is lovely, with a large balcony overlooking the beach and Ocean. The views from the balcony are out of this world,..Breathtaking. It is very well furnished with a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The apartment contained everything you will require for your stay. Paul was very helpful from start to finish and sent me excellent directions and information which made getting there very simple. I will definitely be back and highly recommend a holiday at this very nice apartment... ( We have found our home from home in the sunny Island of Gran Canaria ) Kind Regards Lisa.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

The property was in one of the older blocks in Amadores and offered stunning views across the bay. Attention to one or two details would bring this up to a 4 star experience: - overall the property was clean but clearly some things had got missed off the routine eg there was thick dust on the DVD player, the patio doors were dirty as were the kitchen tiles behind the hob. - The fridge and washing machine were rusty and the fridge contained a bag of the previous occupant’s food items. - The bed was not a full size double and was not the most comfortable. I had to ask for extra pillows as the two provided were so flimsy. The pillows provided had no protection covers on and were stained. I also asked for the fitted sheet to be changed as it had clearly seen better days and was bobbly. Good quality bedding would improve this experience enormously. - We had to have a new battery fitted to the car park key fob as it didn’t work. We did mention to the housekeeper that we had paid 5 € for a new battery but there was no offer of recompense. - The remote control to the TV is a universal which has to be paired up with the TV at every viewing. We had to trawl the internet to find a pairing code to be able to do this. -It would be helpful to provide basic items eg salt and pepper. The biggest disappointment for us was that there was no sun on the sun terrace at any time of the day. We are not great beach lovers but relished the thought of being able to relax and read our books on the terrace and that was the main reason we chose this property. During the previous week we had stayed in an owners direct property in Las Palmas. We had been met by the owner who took the time to talk to us about places to go and things to do, providing maps and guide books etc. A more personal touch and attention to detail would improve the over all experience.

Lovely apartment, perfect holiday, what more do you want?

The apartment provides everything you need for a pleasant stay (including a safe and very good WIFI) and looks exactly as in the pictures. I felt very welcome. The view from the spacious terrace turned out to be even more fabulous, it's absolutely amazing! I spent a lot of time on the balcony relaxing, the furniture is comfortable and perfect for it. I also very much liked the great pool which was never overcrowded. A shopping centre with a lot of different shops and restaurants is in walking distance. To go to the beach, for little money you can take one of the taxis waiting in front of the apartment complex (or walk downhill). Paul, the owner, is really a very nice guy who answered all the questions I had during my vacation quickly and patiently. Thanks for all your help, Paul, it was much appreciated! I had a wonderful holiday and will definitely try to come back again next year!

Amazing location and Accommodation!

FANTASTIC APARTMENT, AMAZING VIEWS, GREAT LOCATION

Myself, my husband and our baby daughter stayed for a week in July at this FANTASTIC apartment.!!!.. WOW...!!! Everything about it was just perfect, with beautiful modern decor, it really is very homely and comfortable. The location is great and the views from the large private balcony/terrace are BREATHTAKING, just amazing... We are already planning to return for another week in Febuary 2018, fingers crossed... Outstanding apartment

I braught my wonderful wife here for some chill time away from work. We totally fell in love with this apartament.the view from the balcony is 2nd to none.we were well impressed with the whole place. Very nicely decorated and had lovely homely feel to the place. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The pool was very nice and clean too,never any fighting over sun loungers.when we arrived we were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and quite chatty.he told us all the hotspots to go to.very close to the beach and shopping centre.the safe in the room was great which you dont always get.10/10 from us. Thanks for having us
