Had a great long weekend stay here. The property is spacious with nice outdoor areas and on a very quiet lane with stunning views across the hills. We were a group of 8 friends are the property was perfect for us to catch up with a big table indoors as well as outdoors and plenty of seating in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals too.
It was perfect for a long weekend my daughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday with a relaxing time in the hot tub a
and a barbecue so absolutely great for that with the hot weather felt like we were in the Mediterranean. Kitchen was well equipped and the ice and cold water fridge was very handy. Lots of lovely cotswold villages around for great local producers and shopping. Quite and relaxing location.
Myself and 6 friends stayed at this beautiful house for a friends birthday. The photos don't do this house justice it's beautiful. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and tidy along with the outdoor space. The house is quite remote so you need to drive everywhere, this was fine for us as we stayed in the house making the most out of the hot tub during the evenings. There are some lovely little villages not that far away. John the host was very friendly and communication was great.
We had a lovely few days in this beautiful area. The taxi availability and food delivery services weren’t great but that’s not going to take stars away from the property or the service we received.
The property is lovely and spacious and the beds are incredibly comfy. The only thing we’d suggest would be that there are more storage / hanging facilities provided, primarily in the main bathroom and dorm bedroom.
John was a very helpful host though and was on hand via text any time. He provided us with some great recommendations and ideas for our stay.
This property is beautiful the pictures do not do it justice! Had the most amazing stay with friends and would definitely recommend for a breakaway in the country.
We can’t recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. Everything worked perfectly from booking to departure. The accommodation is perfectly set up for two families with a flexible third bedroom that can be configured to sleep up to 4 comfortably. The communal living space feels open and relaxing, with a very well equipped kitchen, large dining area and lounge and plenty of space to spread out. We opted for use of the hot tub which we would highly recommend, situated undercover it’s perfect in any weather. There are good places to eat in walking distance and a short drive to Stow or Chipping Norton for shops and supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
This place is such a gem! Everything about it is perfect. We came for a rainy, windy weekend in October and it was such a lovely place to hide from the elements. Close to various lovely scenic walks and sights. The hot tub was a real highlight as well. Couldn't recommend this place more!
We had a fantastic weekend break. The cottage is even better than the pictures. The living space is ideal for a big group - very sociable. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions and went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any group that want a weekend away in the country.
We had a relaxing week soaking up the beautiful surroundings. It was a fantastic base from which we explored the Cotswolds, and was a spacious, clean and well stocked home from home.
