Perfect location for seeing London!

Ed’s condo in Westminster was the perfect size and spot for my husband and I during our 7 day trip to London. We appreciated that Ed allowed us to have an earlier check in and accommodated a bit later check out. The location is a 7 min walk to the Pimlico station, close to many local restaurants and easy walk to local grocery store. Also easy walk to many top attractions including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square. The condo is exactly as described and spacious with everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Ed’s condo again!

Absolutely fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The hosts were highly communicative and kind. The space is EXACTLY as advertised and is the perfect amount of space for a family of four. The neighbourhood is lovely and grocery shopping is nearby. Access to the Tube is simple. I'd be very happy to stay at the Westminster apt again. 10/10

Great location

This is a bright spacious flat that has a great location for seeing all the sights in London. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable Stay for two adults, two teens

Property is located in residential area. Markets, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Property has windows into inner courtyard. Per other reviews noise does travel/echo in the courtyard. It isn't every night but ear plugs are helpful for the few noisy nights. Otherwise we all slept well on the king bed and sofa bed. We did cook meals. We used the washer and the electric drying rack without issue. Property is 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station on the Victoria line. 15 minute walk to Victoria train and 20 minute to Victoria coach station. Also 15 minute walk to Vauxhaul train station for a quick day trip ride out to Windsor Castle. It is 10 minute walk from the Evan Evans tour office for departures to Stonehenge, Bath and Harry Potter Studio tour. Although you do need to book all attractions in advance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property or Edmund's hospitality to others.

Fantastic location and a pleasant stay

Lovely place to be while in London! It’s as pictured as in the Vrbo site. Spacious and clean, the flat is just a 5-minute walk to Pimlico station(a fast and convenient stop from Victoria Station) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby. Ed is such a gracious host, easily available when needed. He even accommodated our request to check in early because of an early flight, which we were very thankful for. For those who are sensitive to noise, know that sound sometimes carries in the building, and a playground nearby with loud kids can be heard even with the windows closed(most likely quiet during colder months; you might not hear it at all if you’re gone the whole day). But this is all part of living with other people in a residential area. Other than this, the building is generally quiet. Ed’s place has a lot to offer especially for the price, and is a nice and warm place for a pleasant visit in London.

Great little spot in London

This is a quiet and charming apartment with walking distance to many historical sites. I loved waking up in the morning and being able to grab a quick morning coffee at the local shop then head out for the day. At night we welcomed the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The flat is charming with a variety of art which makes it unique and I appreciated the fresh flowers. Great host

Great for the holidays

This was the perfect apartment to stay in between Christmas and New Year. Close to everything, but just out of the crazy crowds. The apartment was perfect and Ed was great with communication and recommendations.

Fantastic Christmas Stay.

Stayed for a Christmas vacation / belayed 10 year anniversary and loved everything of the rental. It’s centrally located to all of the standard London tourist attractions, in a quite and safe location, easy access to the tube, plus there are plenty of local pubs that we didn’t have a problem finding a table at. Ed and his sister were the best to work with when checking in and made sure our stay was the best we could have. Definitely the best host experience we’ve ever had!!

Great stay in central location!

We loved this flat in Pimlico! We came for 5 days and were able to see so much of the city. The check-in process was so easy, and Caraline was very helpful. The flat is a very short walk to Pimlico station. There were plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Plus, it was great to come back to the flat after a long day and relax! Highly recommend staying here.

So convenient!

A few blocks walk to buses to almost anywhere in London. Bakery/coffee shop 1block away, mini grocery nearby. Flat is clean and comfortable. King sized bed!

Great flat and location!

My husband and I enjoyed 4 days in London staying in this flat. Ed was extremely communicative and personally showed us around the flat. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is within walking distance to the tourist attractions in Westminster. Also very accessible to taxis and the tube. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Flat!

This flat is the perfect location with all the amenities you need. You can get to the tube station in 3 mins walk and go anywhere in London you would want to go. The property was clean and Ed was available and close by for whatever questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment not that central

Apartment fairly sparsely decorated, insufficient towels. Elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up 2 flights. Not many resturants nearby. Host needs to leave a more detailed information brochure on appliance operations, etc. Clothes dryer would not get hot.

Just wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. Ed was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. His sister met us on arrival and explained everything about the flat to us. The building was clean, safe, and in an excellent location, convenient to transportation, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and charming. The flat had everything we needed. We used the bedroom and the pullout sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. One bonus for us was Pret a Manger, the sit in/take away coffee shop 2 minutes walk away. I went there every morning to pick up fresh croissants and pastries for our breakfast. Yum! We thoroughly enjoyed our syat and would gladly come back again.

Awesome experience

We loved this gorgeous home that hosted us for my family’s first trip to London! Our host is so helpful and extremely responsive and kind. The location CANNOT be more ideal. 2 mins to Pre A Manger for a coffee breakfast, Costcutter for grocery, 5 mins to the tube and walking distance to Buckingham, Westminster…you name it. The apartment has all you need to make you feel truly home while thousands of miles away from our own home. We would love to come Back for our next London trip!

Great host and great location

We recently stayed at Peel House and had a very positive experience. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in many ways. (Mind you, the price was quite steep.) The flat was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfortable and linen of the high quality (no flimsy, overused towels here). The location was good too with an easy access to metro. A few attractions are within a walking distance. There's a grocery store only a few min walk away. Ed an Caraline were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs ensuring they were met. The building itself was clean and quiet. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well located and nice place to stay for a few days while visiting London.

Roomy and comfortable 1BR/1BA Flat in Heart of Westminister

The owner's mum was kind enough to meet my boyfriend and I on arrival, acquainted us with the building and flat, and made sure we felt comfortable with everything upon her departure. The flat is roomy, with a lovely sofa, dining table, and TV in the main room, and a roomy bedroom with king bed and TV. WiFi provided as well. It was in the ideal location for a walk in any direction; for longer trips, it was very easy to call an Uber to arrive within a few minutes. Lovely pub one long block away with delicious fish & chips, many options on tap, and ginormous cocktails. Also a tasty Lebanese restaurant and a corner shop for all we needed. Our host was kind enough to check in with us prior to our arrival and departure to make sure we had the info we needed on both ends of our stay. Had never stayed in Westminister before, but would check the availability of this flat again in a heartbeat the next time I'm in London. Had easy access to the Tate and Millbank Pier. A little further out, we explored the Imperial War Museum, as well as a gorgeous, delicious, and entertaining 4 course (4 hour) dinner cruise from Westminister Pier. Well worth the price to book. Each night, we returned to Ed's lovely and cosy flat, and always slept very comfortably - no noisy neighbors inside the building or out. Many thanks to our host for letting us book, and his cancellation policy is more than reasonable if we'd needed to reschedule - which thankfully, we didn't. Many thanks for everything, Ed!!

Great location, great apartment, and excellent host!

My girlfriend and I stayed here while we were in town for the London Marathon. Ed was an excellent host and was very proactive/responsive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. Highly recommend!!
