Not as stated in the VRBO write up ,there were a lot of little niggly problems with this property, no sun beds , lovely pool which broke down after 2 days ,did get cleaned after 3 days and ok when fixed 3 bedrooms 2 baths not ,3beds 1 shower and a jacuzzi but not useable. advertised as for 6 guests,not 6 adults not enough room. not enough crockery ,cutelry ,I could go on. Pierre owner says he has listened.

Des vacances au calme !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, le logement était parfait pour nous, le propriétaire est de plus très sympathique et très facilement joignable. Le seul petit bémol, la baignoire jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas mais pas vraiment gênant en période d'été. Nous avons grandement apprécier la situation du logement et le peu de vis a vis.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Traumpool

Ein sehr schönes Haus, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Ort mit Bäckerei Apotheke und kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft, das gut sortiert ist für den täglichen Bedarf. Alles ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In 30-60 Minuten sind mit dem Auto viele sehenswerte Städte und schöne Strände zu erreichen. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus leider nur unzureichend gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal etwas aufräumen, Restmüll entsorgen und Durchwischen. Danach fühlten wir uns aber sehr wohl und wie zu Hause. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte gut.

Excellentes vacances

La maison se situe dans une petite commune, il y a toutes les commodités à proximité (3 min à pied: boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, commerce ambulant...). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la maison est spacieuse, bien entretenu, la piscine est magnifique, le terrain de pétanque est top pour l'apéro... La pergola permet des siestes à l'ombre, le salon de jardin de l'autre côté de la maison est abrité et permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Les échanges avec L'Hôte se sont très bien passé. Les petits plus: machine à laver et fil à linge, le barbecue, la douche ultra spacieuse, le portail motorisé, le grand parking, les chambres très grandes... En conclusion, une semaine de vacances au top, nous recommandons cette propriété sans aucune objections. Merci Mr Vaquier de nous avoir permis de vivre un vrai moment de bonheur en famille en proposant cette location.

Fantastic surroundings and cozy city

Clean, nicely looking house with everything you need in terms of space, in- and outdoor areas and with a good pool. The petanque playing area is a nice addition as well as the loungearea with automatic roof. The city has a great baker as well as a little shop with the lost necessary things. Pierre was a welcoming host and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage

Der organisatorische Teil mit Informationen zur Anreise, Check in und wesentliche Details wurden unkompliziert und sehr gut vermittelt. Der Vermieter, Herr Pierre Vaquier , ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr modern und technisch gut ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind modern und gut integriert. Die Betten sind sauber und komfortabel. Eine Klimaanlage hat uns nicht gefehlt, da das Haus gut isoliert ist. Das Grundstück und der Pool ist einfach ein Traum. Auch die Boule-Platz ist schön. Das Anwesen selber ist durch die schöne Natursteinmauer schön und sicher. Auch das Auto steht auf dem Grundstück geschützt und sicher. Leider war der Whirlpool nicht funktional, jedoch entschädigt auch die schöne Dusche die Erfrischung nach dem Sonnenbaden. Leider waren nur zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden, die aber sehr bequem sind. Wir (50,49, 18 Jahre) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Familie Schulte aus Leverkusen

Maison confortable trés belle piscine endroit un peu loin de tout malheureusement le jaccuzi était en panne dommage mobilier de jardin insuffisant et en mauvais état manque notices fonctionnement des appareils

Après 15 jours sur place, nous pouvons dire que cette propriété a répondu pleinement à nos attentes. (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Très bon suivi du propriétaire, très belle propriété sans presque aucun vis à vis, emplacement idéal et au calme. Nous ne pouvons dès lors que vous la conseiller. arrivée compliquée mais séjour agréable!

Maison de qualité, bien pensée ,très belles prestations. Quel dommage qu'à notre arrivée le ménage n'ait pas été fait! Poubelle des anciens locataires à vider, poils et déchets dans le jacuzzi, miettes sur le bar,plan de travail, chaises et tables . Sols non faits. Frigo dans un état lamentable!(le propriétaire nous a remboursé 30 euros pour le ménage fait par dépit et avec colère!) Pour couronner le tout la machine à laver qui ne se ferme plus, nous venions à 5!! La nouvelle machine devait arrivée dans la semaine...jamais vue! Les gros œuvres (configuration de la maison,piscine,terrain de pétanque), sont très réussis mais pour le petit bricolage et l'entretien (lustre mal posé,creux dans le canapé, idem pour celui de l'extérieur) beaucoup de choses sont à revoir. Malgré tout, après une arrivée décevante pour le prix investit, nous avons passés une belle semaine...piscine magnifique dans un cadre superbe.
