Welcome to Splashing Rock Cottage.
We offer weekly rentals of this vintage cottage. Many updates and renovations have been completed and we are excited to share it with you.
This is formerly one of the cabins of The Old Mill Inn.
The Old Mill Inn was one of the last resorts on Green Lake in Spicer, MN. Each cottage has been sold into private ownership. Almost all of the cabins were built in the 1940s and have been allowing lake enthusiasts to enjoy the lake ever since.
This cabin sits on Green Lake, just off a spillway from Nest Lake. The fishing in the spillway boasts many walleye and bass, just waiting for you and a pole. The view from the deck is a perfect thing to watch as you relax or read your favorite book.

About the host
Hosted by Nancy Prososki
After enjoying the Spicer area for many years, we decided that we wanted to share this area with as many people that we could. With that, we purchased this vintage cabin on Green Lake. The Old Mill Inn Resort has been around since the 40’s and now most of the original cabins have been purchased under private ownership. We have lovingly updated the cabin while keeping the old cabin charm. We would love to welcome you and your family and friends to Splashing Rock Cottage.
What makes this property unique
This property is so close the water and has such a beautiful lake views, it is just waiting for guests to come relax and enjoy the waters.
