Seduto su un 7 acri di Natale Tree Farm che condivide con il nostro laboratorio di cioccolato, polli, capre, stagno koi e api. (Vedi sito web (ricerca "Clarks Christmas Tree Farm") per ulteriori informazioni azienda) Vicino alle spiagge, kayak, SUP'ing, vento, kite e surf da onda, 5 cantine entro 10 miglia, le aziende agricole, estuari, riserve naturali, ristoranti, su strada e off-road bike. (Siamo del Narragansett Bay Wheelmen popolare "Flattest secolo in Oriente" corso) 20 minuti a Newport, a 15 minuti a Bristol, 30 minuti a New Bedford e 40 minuti da Providence. Preparare la colazione con il nostro caffè e uova fresche di fattoria locali o in bicicletta / corsa a uno dei tanti stagionali farmstands sul ciglio della strada o negozi di caffè. Great stay!

Very cute little cottage we enjoyed the view of the Christmas trees and the little goat farm and koi fish pond..Very easy check in and out. Eric was a wonderful host would definitely recommend!

This was the 2nd, maybe 3rd (?) time I've stayed at Christmas Tree Farm and I hope to be able to come again soon. It's close and convenient to everything and it's cozy and quiet. I love visiting!!

Cozy cottage

We were looking for someplace to stay besides a hotel room. Searched VRBO for the area we were staying and we found this perfect cottage in Tiverton RI. The price per night was very competitive to local hotels but we got so much more! Privacy, amenities and roomy.b. Host were excellent to deal with and we would definitely book this cottage on our next trip to RI

Solitude (& Snow!) Delivered @ Tiverton Christmas Tree Farm

Solo weekend retreat at this idyllic 8-acre Christmas tree farm was quiet and a nice re-set / nod to simpler times. Visited in January and it snowed while I was touring the farm! Perfect set-up for one person or a couple. Would actually move in permanently - it was that lovely! Location is right near four corners/groundswell, so you are equal parts secluded and connected to local shops/cafes. There were even goats, one of which I nicknamed Tom Brady. Looking good in retirement Tom! Take it easy! Many thanks to the hosts & and your pup too!

This is such a cozy little place to stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable, hosts had great communication, and we had no issues. Loved our time here and hope to be back next time we’re in the area!

Great stay!

I had a 4 day stay and everything was lovely! the town was small and quaint and perfect distance to newport and providence (30 mins). The Vrbo was clean, comfortable, and we utilized the board games they had. We walked the grounds of the farm and it was so beautiful. Had everything we needed.

Great stay

Cottage is small but well equipped. The welcome gifts were wonderful and very thoughtful. The property is close enough to a few different points of interest like Dartmouth and Newport, as well as some other areas we werent aware of but found very unique. The welcome packet dies a great job of highlighting things to do in the area.

Christmas at the tree farm

Excellent as always. Our Fourth year. Tiverton and Fall River have lots to offer. The privacy here is appreciated as well.

The cottage was in easy driving distance of a variety of interesting activities, hiking, sight-seeing and visiting museums and sites of historic significance.

Nice little place

The host had a bottle of wine and flowers which was a nice touch.? The place had everything we needed and was very clean. The only negative, was my wife is is allergic to mold and that bothered her somewhat, but we enjoyed our visit.

Restful location

Explored the surrounding coastal farm region. Enjoyed the downtown close by at Groundwell for breakfast . Owners very accommodating. Goats very friendly .Beaches close by and very peaceful if you want to unplug which my son and I did.

Host: Eric R Watne

Clarks Christmas Tree Farm is the oldest such farm in Rhode Island, established in 1958. We are the second owners after the Clarks sold it and our family has been here since 2005. We moved here from Newport where we'd lived for 20-years.
Since moving here we've affixed a number of improvements including construction of a post and beam barn which now houses the equipment and shop for our Christmas tree operation. As a small farm, selling Christmas trees is more hobby than vocation - we have 'day jobs.'
