Il mio piano terra, spazioso e luminoso appartamento mette un tocco contemporaneo in stile georgiano. Situato nel cuore della famosa Città Nuova, a 10 minuti a piedi da Princes Street e la stazione ferroviaria, questa è la posizione perfetta per esplorare Edimburgo da.
Il mio appartamento si trova nel cuore della Città Nuova. Si tratta di un patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO, e quindi accuratamente protetto dallo sviluppo brutto. Supporta un bel mix di immobili residenziali e boutique di vendita al dettaglio - di tonnellate di caffè, gallerie private, ristoranti, negozi di design d'interni, ecc Il mio appartamento è dotato di chiavi di un orto comunitario privato anche, piacevole per una passeggiata o per leggere un documento in una bella giornata.

Perfectly located in Edinburgh's Newtown

Our host, Stephen, was there to meet us on our arrival and took us through the essentials of a beautiful city apartment, conveniently situated in the ground floor of a substantial Georgian House. Tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable it was place we were in no hurry to leave each day and very happy to be returning to each day. In short walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants and on a bus route to the old town, there is nothing to fault this venue.

Wonderful stay at Steven's

Steven met us on checking in and showed us around his apartment. We had a lovely stay, the place was clean, chic and stylish. Great location with lots of nearby cafés and restaurants. Around 15 mins away from royal mile and princes street. Highly recommended :)

Très bel appartement

L appartement est très bien situé très bien décoré très propre spacieux et fonctionnel. Steven est très disponible et répond rapidement mais les echanges notamment pour les clés se font à l oral en Anglais ce qui n est pas toujours simple lorsqu’on ne parle pas couramment. Édimbourg est une ville superbe. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Very nice apartment in great location

We stayed a week in Steven's apartment and found it very convenient to walk anywhere and groceries just around the corner. Exactly as described with a comfy bed, a great shower and having laundry was a bonus! We had barely a drop of rain too, so all around a fantastic week. Thank you Steven!

Amazing stay

Steven was super responsive to all messages and gave great recommendations when we checked in. The place is lovely—clean and well maintained. And, the location is perfect for walking to all sights and restaurants within the city. Thank you for such an amazing stay in Edinburgh!

Wonderful quiet flat in a great location

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay here. The flat is very clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants and tourist attractions but far enough from the business of the town center that you can get some peace and quiet. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Flat - Great Location

Stylish, comfortable, convenient - all as good as promised. And the bartenders at the Wally Dug pub across the road gave great advice on lesser known single malts and Scottish gins. Highly recommend!

A great base.

The apartment is exactly as described, a stylish and convenient place to stay in Edinburgh. It is in walking distance of all the attractions although set on a hill so probably not a good choice if you have mobility issues. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a Tesco shop. The bed is small but very comfortable.

Amazing Apartment

Steven, is the premium host. The apartment is in great location. A cafe just steps away, Tesco Express too. The apartment is well stocked, cozy, and enough space for one or two.

Five Weeks in Edinburgh

This was a cozy and comfortable flat. The location was perfect for walking to Princes St, cafes, grocery stores etc. Steven was a very attentive host. The bed was a little small for us, but overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything very much.

Loved staying in Newtown, everything we needed was within walking distance including the train station. The only thing I would have found useful was a microwave. Loved how quiet it was during the night and early morning. Great experience would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay. Ideally located, easily walkable to the train station and the Royal Mile, and away from the drove of tourists. Plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs. And the house was fantastic, such a Scottish vibe, inviting, comfortable, big windows, great views with all of the amenities readily available. Highly recommend.

Lovely home near everything!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is close to many attractions and with numerous restaurants and markets nearby. The appliances and all accommodations worked very well. Only improvement would be having a bigger bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Unterkuft sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt zum erkunden von Edinburgh, man hat sehr kurze Wege. Beim nächsten mal, würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Amazing place

Steven met us promptly as agreed at the flat. The kitchen has everything you could need but personally we used the kettle and fridge only as the restaurants and pubs too good to be missed. Its a safe and so peaceful in and around the flat.
