The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

El Pinar is a modern, detached property situated on a quiet street near Moraira resort, within a few minutes walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants, and to the beach “Les Platgetes” in Moraira. Calpe resort is just 15 minutes drive away. Outside, the enclosed sun patios surrounding the private pool are completed with full patio furniture, sun lounges, and a portable barbecue, perfect for a fresco meal.

This villa is a two-storey holiday home with two separate apartments. Downstairs apartment at the pool level: entrance into a lounge with SAT+TV+DVD, dining room and kitchenette, two double bedrooms with A/C, and a bathroom.

External steps lead to the upper level with a nice living/dining area that leads to a large balcony with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom, all three with A/C, a full bathroom, and a shower room. Central heating for the cooler winter months.
